The Sales Advisors at the dealership were top notch at giving my wife and I an experience we weren't expecting. Everything was gold service! Some of the noteworthy treatments involved being introduced to others on the team should we have had additional questions while our application was being processed. Ben, Zack L., Jeff, Curt, Scott, & Marques were all laughing with us through the time we were there. The friendly candor that was shared among the floor was very welcoming. We're extremely excited to know that we're driving one of the first 2024 Desert Sand Bronco Sports in Stevens Point.

I am honestly so shocked at the level of professionalism of Bergstrom! We worked with Marques Scott for a purchase which ultimately didn't work out for us (at no fault of his). The entire process was extremely smooth and Bergstrom really holds their values at the forefront of their business. We will continuously go to Bergstrom for all of our vehicles going forward knowing what a smooth and buyer-friendly company it is. Zach was great in reassuring me during a very stressful time that Bergstrom would take care of us, and they sure delivered. I am so thankful for everyone! Major kudos to Marques, Zach, & Jeff.

TL;dr/ Too long; didn't read... Go with Matt L. and Zach S.I looked on the Ford site for what I wanted and made my decision. I walked into the shop and Matt was who I was looking for based on the Google reviews. Luckily, you can find him at the first desk to the left as you enter.I told him I don't need to be sold to, I know what I want, I just need a price to put in the order today. He checked to make sure it wasn't a restricted vehicle due to Ford's demand. Luck had it, I could order my dream car!!!! Matt helped me make sure exactly what I wanted was applied to my order. Send it.The best thing about my experience is the way Matt consulted me about the reality of the market and process. This is absolutely critical in selecting a salesman to help with your purchase. I ordered my Mustang on April 20 and he said to expect production to happen as early as early August, with a 3-4 week delay for shipment due to the bottleneck of trucking all the orders (and general lack of truckers/drivers in the US currently). He got me set up with the Ford order process so I was updated that my order was accepted, when my vehicle was scheduled for production, and when it was built and ready to ship! How cool is that?! Surprise call to him when it was built about financing timing and such. He let me know the scheduled time was risky and to wait until it arrived on site. On 8/5 it was built, 8/17 it arrived on site, and Matt let me know it did and he'd have it ready to pick up on Friday 8/19 in the morning so they could take the time to prep it and make sure it's 100% for me.Friday the 19th I took delivery. I went with the Ford Credit financing because they beat my local credit union offering by 4% less interest!! I got the 8-year extended warranty as well as other coverages. Matt explained everything to me.I also talked with Zach, the sales team leader about the gap insurance options, so I had more understanding when I talked with Matt at delivery. Zach helped me push the financing through the process to make sure I could take delivery the next day. Matt and Zach are a dynamite pairing. If you are buying a Ford from Bergstrom in Oshkosh, these two gentlemen are who you need to work with.- 2022 Mustang EcoBoost Premium, 201A group, spare tire, Atlas Blue Metallic paint, Mustang Grabber Blue interior seat stitching accent (not pictured). 500 miles on it from 8/19 to 8/23.

The staff are great. I worked with Scott and Zack on a purchase. They were superb about keeping me informed and did a lot of prework to make the actual sale smooth. Would have no reservations about going back to purchase here again. Quick note there are several Betgstrom locations. The Ford location is directly across the street from another Bergstrom so pay attention to your Google directions.

Zach was great. I walked on lot to look at a Bronco. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and ones I didn't ask. He was professional and pleasant and did not push me buy immediately.I would highly recommend Zach if you go.

On my way into work my tire light came on. Pulled into the service center and I was met by Lindsey Kloiber with a smile! She had my car repaired with in 15 minutes. I can t tell you how professional and kind she is, and her customer service was out of this world! It s a great feeling that there are people such as Lindsey that treats the customer #1! Thank you!!

Zach L was one of the best car salesman I've worked with and I didn't even end up buying a car here. He was helpful, kind and ultimately held my best interests in mind and was very polite even when I took my business elsewhere for no reason specific to this dealership.

Zack did an amazing job helping me on my journey to getting a new car. His manager even went above and beyond to let me take the car home for the night to get a better feel for it(and to save the hassle of me borrowing my dad's car). Zack made me feel like I've known him for a long time versus someone just looking to purchase a vehicle. The whole process went very quick and easy. Thank you again for getting me a reliable vehicle.

Great service. We called and inquired about this vehicle my husband had been searching for some time. Upon arriving at the car lot, the vehicle was parked by the door ready for inspection. We weren't disappointed. Wesley the friendly sales associate met and showed us the car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all of the questions. We felt well taken care of and very satisfied with our purchase.

Chad Ludwig with the service department did a phenomenal job. Despite working through multiple delays with parts (that were out of Bergstrom s control), he coordinated both recall-related work and elective maintenance to ensure my schedule was respected and work was done in a timely manner. This was probably the best dealership experience I ve had as a Ford owner. Thank you Chad!

Parts department at this location can t get a new radio for a Ranger because they don t deal with that. Ending up going to a different Ford Dealership to get one. Bergstrom Ford is no longer a dealer that I will spend money with anymore.

I was very pleased with Zack from the Oshkosh Bergstrom Ford dealership. Zack did an amazing job with excellent service and a very friendly smile. His whole attitude was to make everything up front with no surprises. I definitely recommend him and his Sales Manager was no pressure, just wanted to make sure things went smooth. The best experience I ve ever had with a dealership. And, I m not easily impressed. I love my new Mustang!! Thank you Zack!!

Just yesterday, I bought there 2016 certified Ford Explorer. I'm very happy with how professional and friendly the staff is, especially Scott Shaffer, who was very helpful and considered. When I had called him the first time he assured me he will call me back as soon as he finds something that fits my budget and needs, which he did couple weeks later. We got the deal done over the phone and emails. He had everything ready for me when I got there. I took less than two hours and I was sitting in my new car.Overall outstanding service with very competitive upfront pricing. I will definitely go there again when looking for another car.

Bergstrom Ford team (from sales [Zach Leitzinger & Jeff] to service mechanic [Chad Ludwig]) has helped us in so many ways and we are very thankful for them. Our vehicle had broken down and was not able to be driven as we were out of town for the day and live an hour away. We had called roadside assistance to tow it to this location and my family of 3 was lucky enough to get a loaner for the night to get us home safely. We then had decided to trade in our vehicle and had our hands on a Honda CR-V that evening. As I drove it home that night and the next morning, I didn t feel right about the vehicle and know it wasn t meant to be called mine!! The one thing I do love about Bergstrom is that they go by their 7 day guarantee. I honestly felt so bad for using that grace period, but I was able to return the vehicle and purchase my newer used Lexus suv that I now can call mine! I truly appreciate their service and I am very grateful that I had the help I needed as everything that happened the past couples day was a first for me.

Jeff and Zack were phenomenal to work with. Extremely happy with my purchase, Zack made everything very simple and straightforward and went above and beyond helping me. Will absolutely be going back to him! My vehicle had issues on the way home so I brought it in and they took the best care of me, even going so far to bring it back to my house to accommodate my busy schedule. Couldn t be happier!

EDIT: Not sure if I had a different technician, but my next experience was significantly worse. I originally gave a 5 star, but I came out of my next visit with more issues than I started. I spoke with the Service Manager and he was a nice enough, but overall a frustrating experience.I came in with my radio being messed up, and somehow left with a dead battery (after buying it less than 12 months ago with no issues) and my car alarm going off anytime I use the automatic start. I replaced the battery on Warranty, but the car alarm was a big issue that has never happened since I have had the car for numerous years.The service manager was nice enough, and spared some of his time and kindest. I know he can only do so much to help me. But I would not recommend going to a place where you come in with a good battery and you somehow leave the place with a faulty battery or other issues. Seems like mistakes were made on my vehicle and no one was willing to take accountability on it.I think it would be unwise to take the car back here and have more issues arise after each visit, which is why I am going to go elsewhere for service.Original: I have been to many car dealerships and this is the best service i have received. They were honest, helpful and flexible. I really appreciated their service and most certainly will plan on going back there again.

Been to other Bergstrom Service centers and their techs and schedulers seemed board. Today I had the best service with Travis and Lionil. I was picked up and told them I didn't need a ride back. Luck would have it that halfway through the appointment my ride back wasn't available. Travis called to see if he/someone could pick me up. When I got there, I asked if they heard a rattle when they drove it. They didn't, but he quickly diagnosed the issue. Lionil confirm it. 15 minutes later it was fixed and Lionil came in with A SMILE and my keys and told me to have a great afternoon. I ended up on a work call and didn't even get a chance to properly thank them - I think this is better anyway.

Great experience! Ben and Zach were very helpful. The truck I drove 3 hrs to buy had another interested party and they were able to get an answer from them that day saving me another trip which was much appreciated. I got a fair price on my trade-in and so far am really liking my new truck. Thanks guys!

We worked with Ben in Sales, and Zach in Management, on a used car purchase. When we found that we needed a different car, due to needing a Class II towing system, we worked with Jeff in Management on the weekend. Everyone went above and beyond to help us resolve this to our satisfaction with a different vehicle that had the capability we needed. Thanks to the team at Bergstrom, especially Ben, Zach, and Jeff.

I have taken my 2015 Ford Fusion to Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh for many years now. And I have always had great service from the technicians.They are usually fast with repairs and answer all of my questionsI really appreciate the whole service team, and especially the Service Advisor Chad who is always there to answer my questions.I dropped it off the night before my appointment which was easy with the key drop, and the service team had my repairs done the next day by noon.I was notified via text about any updates while they serviced my vehicleI was able to pick up my car the next day, and everything is running smooth againThank you Bergstrom Ford of Oshkosh for your excellent service
