These guys were more then helpful with helping me get a new car after my other car decided to try and practically start on fire. I would definitely suggest them to anyone as they were the only ones to offer me any money for my junk car as well, and with bergstrom there are a pile of different dealerships that they can get cars from and get to this dealership for a test drive and or purchase, there definitely worth a look! Also make sure to talk to Dan Schilz as he was the one who was so helpful to me, helping me figure out what is out there a bit and looking into getting vehicles from other lots that I seen on the computer for test driving, definitely a nice guy to work with!!

Usually do 98% of my vehicle mods and repairs, but my Jeep had a few recalls and one was a defective airbag, so made an appointment with Bergstrom Jeep in Oshkosh. Since I had recently replaced my A/C compressor and condenser I asked if they could recharge my freon. I used their shuttle service which was a really nice service, safe driver, good conversation. I was updated every step of the way via text, which was very convenient. Work was completed and I had the option to view the work details and costs as well as pay all online. Estimate was spot 5and actually a little less than they thought - always a bonus right? I asked a question afterwards and they sent me an answer very promptly. Service Manager reached out to me to see how things went with the offer to contact them personally if anything wasn't right. The only negative was my new Katskin leather seat had grease on it, but cleaned right up. They also did a free inspection and let me know a few things that needed attention and quoted me on each with zero pressure to have them done. Overall I have to say I was extremely pleased with their friendliness, efficiency, and everything was upfront and clear no surprises. I will definitely take my Jeep back in the future as needed.

Although we ve known about BERGSTROM for years, this is the first time we ve purchased a car from them. We were thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. Beginning with how carefully used cars are screened (our independent mechanic was extremely impressed), to how they are prepared and detailed, everything was top notch. Dan Schilz, our Sales Advisor, was professional, transparent, and very helpful. We felt like valued guests and not just a transaction. The entire environment is spotless and beautiful. We could not be happier with our purchase!

We recently had an experience where we found ourselves in need of a vehicle asap due to some issues with our previous car Bronson went above and beyond to get us into the vehicle of our dreams quickly and efficiently!! They offered us a more then fair trade-in offer for our issued old car and offered us the best package for our needs vs just trying to upsell us we feel well taken care of and look forward to having our car serviced by them for years to come!!

Bought a RAV4 in September at 89,750 miles and obviously overpayed cause it's a dealership, but now barley over 90k Bergstrom Toyota suggest $1000 in routine maintenance so shady people just trying to rob you blind. It's a good vehicle in all but a shady money hungry dealership go somewhere else is my suggestion.

We purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee recently. We knew what we wanted and were focused. Dan Schulz did not give up. Second time in a row I scheduled a simple oil change and tire rotation and waited hours. Scheduled for 8AM, at 930AM decided to leave as truck wasn t even started yet. I don t know how you book things, but it needs to be looked at. This was last time here for me!

Justin Marshall made my buying experience effortless and enjoyable. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the features of my new truck and took the time to explain everything that was important to me. This truck was actually at a different location so he had to get it delivered which he had done by the morning I wanted to come in. Absolutely not high pressure sales, he basically explained all my options and guided me through the process. This has been my best car buying experience ever. Sales, finance and service were also friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of my experience.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Bergstrom Chrysler of Oshkosh and was very happy with the experience and the car. I worked mostly with Bronson but also dealt with Moses when Bronson wasn't available. Both were very easy to work with. There was no high pressure tactics and they were very knowledgeable and accommodating. I also worked with Aaron in the service department who was great in solving a rattle problem in the dashboard. I would definitely return for future purchases or services.

Nothing but professionalism!!!!! I took my truck in to have repairs done after an accident and I was greeted with the BEST customer service by Marie at the Service Desk. My Truck was returned to me in like new condition. I will always conduct business with Bergstrom. Thanks for the great experience.

Back in the 90s I had some dealings with bergstrom and it didn't go well. I was lied to and their customer Service was just terrible. I vowed never to return. Back in July I came across a ram truck I just had to have at bergstrom kia in appleton. After test driving it it and finding a few issues. I bought it. The issues where taken care of by bergstrom of Oshkosh. And what a job they did! Mike h is a Service manager there and I just want to say what a genuine pleasure it was to deal with him. No corners where cut on any of the 3200 dollars worth repairs. Mike went the extra mile and then some. Bergstrom chrysler dodge and jeep in Oshkosh is the place to go for honest and complete service. Thank you Mike h for doing a fantastic job!!!!!!

I told TJ what I was looking for, he hooked me up with a Great sales guy, Mike H. About 2 weeks later, I had Exactly what I wanted and couldn't be Happier!! Wonderful working with them and great no nonsense, no hassle experience. Highly recommend!

Sales person Bronson is the absolute BEST!! Who lets their customer take a brand new vehicle home(3 hours away) for a week? Bronson completely understands his customer s needs and concerns. When we are ready to purchase a vehicle we will be working with Bronson again! Wonderful experience!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a low mileage, one year old Jeep Wrangler. Salesman Dan Schilz made the process easy. Low ticket price, excellent trade in value for our car and quick and easy paperwork. No haggling. I would give him more than five stars if that was possible.

Bronson did a great job locating a vehicle for my family! He brought cars in from other locations for us to test drive and look at and he understood our needs as a family.He also checked their incoming inventory daily to meet our expectations we were asking. We stopped be Bergstrom but unsure due to a bad experience a few years ago. My husband was looking for a new truck. Could not have been more happy with Dan Schilz !! He did an awesome job being straight forward with excellent customer service!!! I would give him a 15 out of ten!! Also wanted to shout out to Zach D!! We came out with a screaming deal
