Service department was excellent. Speedy and thorough. Keep you updated every hour while your vehicle is being worked on. They even sent me a video of what they were fixing on my truck. I Live out of state and I would consider coming all the way back for them to work on my truck. Very trustworthy and clean environment. Courtney Ohlfs service writer was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and organized throughout my whole experience. Which leads me to believe that the backbone of the service dept (techs) are very good at what they do and relay the message properly to the writer to then let the customer know. Thanks so much Oshkosh Bergstrom service team. Job well done.

I've had good service in the past but this time went in for tire rotation and tps sensors. I got a list of items that needed attention. I even got a grainy video of the tech showing the back of my backing plate for my rear brakes saying worn and needs replacement. I didn't have time to wait but the service writer said I would probably be good to the next oil change. Well I ran 6k on my truck and got home had to turn around 2 days later I said I'll throw pads on quick. Disassembled got pads in hand and wondered how in the world are these bad. Put them back in and will run them another 50-60k. I was an ase certified tech years ago and this recommendation is simply a money grab at tax return time.

Our truck was brought in to express service for an oil change and tire rotation.Good: convenient scheduling and drop off/ pick up.Bad: The next weekend we took a family trip to Eagle River. Before returning home we found that one of the wheels was missing a lug nut and another lug nut was about to fall off.When brought up to the dealer they apologized, replaced the missing lug nut, and torqued all lug nuts.

Sales A+ (Larry)Service A+ (Jeff and Team)Great team here at Bergstrom. We are located about 1.5hrs away from Oshkosh area and Larry made the car buying process very easy. Again, not being local and having a very specifically desired almost new Suburban, our search efforts were tiresome. Larry MADE a Youtube video for us to walk through a Suburban they had on the lot, on top of thoroughly answering all our questions. Bergstrom made a virtual appraisal of our trade-in based on some photos and information regarding the vehicle that I gave them. We made our trip out there the following weekend, Larry had all the financing in place, the vehicle ready for us, and they held up their end of the deal on what they offered (virtually) for our trade. We purchased the Suburban in under 1 hour of being at the dealer and were on our way home.Fast forward a few weeks, the Suburban actually had 1 issue with the rear wiper fluid. Found out it was a leak in the hose inside the cabin. This was not Certified/Preowned and this component was not covered under the current warranty from GM. Jeff and the Service Team fixed me up at no charge. Actually gave me a truck to use over the weekend while they took apart and dried out our truck.Hands down best experience from a dealership from Service AND Sales. We WILL be back when its time to upgrade our next vehicle.10/10 Would Recommend

Took car in for two problems with my Buick at 11:30 appointment sat in the waiting room till 3:30 about no one came to say anything about anything until I asked what is going on. Then they most of looked for my car and what is going on. Lucky they found it and said the charge to give me an estimate was 392.00 dollars and the estimated was for over 6,000 dollars. So it cost me 100.00 dollars an hour to wait in the waiting room to receive an estimated more than the car is worth. Is this the new way for business?

I recently purchased a 2020 GMC Sierra with 150k miles from Jesus. After driving for a couple days I noticed a little vibration while driving and braking. I texted Jesus and told him about my concern. He said to bring the truck to have it looked at. I worked with Shellby at the service department. They inspected the truck and said it needs new front rotors and brakes along with new tires at no cost to me! Wow! I could not be more pleased with Jesus and Shellby at Bergstrom auto.Thanks for the excellent service!

I was sold probably the worst car I've ever driven in my entire life. I feel used and taken advantage of as I have had NOTHING but issues that cost me thousands of dollars in the (almost) year I've had this POS. Brake issues, touch screen issues, heating/cooling unit issues, sloshing under my hood issues. YOU NAME IT. ITS PROBABLY HAPPENED in this vehicle. The salesman saw a vulnerable, desperate mother in need of a vehicle and took advantage. He failed to mention I was buying a vehicle from a collision center which was also used as a rideshare vehicle. I overpaid for this vehcile, putting $5k down, as he also told me it's "the only vehicle I could afford". After showing him multiple that were in my price range, HE KEPT COMING BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR VEHICLE. I don't know why I didn't see this as a red flag before, but I was desperate. I will NEVER recommend Bergstrom for anyone buying a SAFE VEHICLE.On another note: I was recently in a not-at-fault accident. I had taken my car to bergstrom body shop to be repaired. I had told them FIVE times that something was wrong with my brakes after the accident and they refused to address the situation, telling me nothing was wrong with my brakes. They never checked it out, they took it for a ten second test drive. My brakes went out going 70 on a highway which almost caused me to crash, almost killing my entire family. Nothing is wrong with my brakes though, right Bergstrom?THE ABSOLUTE WORST.

I purchased my car at a dealership in Wautoma, WI summer of 2023. At my first oil change I requested that they order the parts to do a recall on it. That was in October 2023 I heard nothing from them for 3 months. I called Bergstrom Chevy Oshkosh and they ordered and had the parts in just a few days, and I was able to scheduled right away to have the work done. A big thank you to Shellby, and the whole crew at the dealership, so helpful!! I ll see you soon for all my cars recommend maintenance.

I have always taken my chevy to the dealership for tire rotations and oil changes, among other maintenance, the last time I went for an oil change, the service advisor mentioned an oil leak and that gaskets would need changing, I declined and at my next oil change the dealership was booked and I went over to an instant oil change place to have the work done and they told me the oil screw for the pan was loose and that is why it was leaking.I have not been back since and I do not plan on ever going back there.This was work they wanted to do, that it never needed in the first place, how do you even trust going back there?

Sold my 2019 Ford Fusion to this dealer! This is the first time I ve ever sold a car and it could not have gone any smoother. I was very nervous about this, but Garrett, the associate who helped me, made everything so easy. A lot of the information was already given to the dealer before I showed up with the car so most of what needed to happen was already taken care of. A few loose ends needed to be tied up and the evaluation of the car, but it went super quick. Garrett was nice to work with because he gave me all the information I needed that I really had minimal questions in the end. A few signatures and I was on my way! They even gave me above what I was asking for it, which surprised me! Just tells me they re an honest company. I m not in the market quite yet for another vehicle but when I am I would work with them for a purchase as well.

Very unhappy with the service my son has received at this dealership, he scheduled a service appointment for tire replacement, but yet they only have two tires available, so they may be able to get two more by the afternoon, to add insult to injury he has been complaining about his brakes at every service visit and had been told they were fine previously, but now he is told he needs brake pads. The pads cost nearly $1,000 and of course they may not have them in stock, meanwhile he is sitting for hours waiting to hear, and despite the fact they did not have the tires as they should have for the scheduled service they also did not have a loaner to give him so that he could get back to work. Just the worst service. Shame on you Bergstrom Chevy Oshkosh

I want to thank my technician Brian Nagel for fixing my 2016 Silverado s shifting problem today by changing the transmission fuel and reprogrammed my transmission. My truck is just like new. Thanks to Bergstrom Chevrolet of Oshkosh and my tech Brian. He really knows his stuff .

I m way late posting this review but a big shout out to the great people at Bergstrom GM of Oshkosh, especially Service Consultant Shellby Joyce.While in town in early August my 2021 GMC 2500HD got the dreaded check engine light, just a few days before we needed to haul our trailer all the way back to Arizona. Despite an already overbooked service department, Shellby managed to squeeze me in and, after several attempts, her technicians managed to trace the issue to a bad sensor.Sensor replaced, problem fixed, no charge. Thank you Shellby and Bergstrom GM, I ll certainly return next time we re in the Oshkosh area and I need my truck serviced!

While visiting Oshkosh recently, we went to Bergstrom to take advantage of their free CCS charger with our new Hyundai Ioniq 5 to "top off" before heading home to Madison. On the way, our car started squealing terribly. We made it to Bergstrom, plugged in, and we almost immediately approached by an employee, Jacob, who did everything he could to help us identify our problem, including crawling under the car and then (with the assistance of technician Chris) put our car on a hoist to inspect for something stuck underneath that could have caused the noise. They found nothing, but the noise subsided and, because we now knew there was no obvious obstruction, proceeded on our way. We offered to pay for their assistance but they would hear nothing of it. If Bergstrom treats strangers driving a competitor's car this well, I can only imagine how well they treat their own customers. If I lived near Oshkosh, I would definitely include Bergstrom in my next car search. Thanks again Jacob, Chris, and Bergstrom!

Thought this place was great when I first went in for oil changes unfortunately I have taken it in twice this year for a sound concern and after 1600$ later I still have the sound and no closer to figuring out what the problem is. I even have a video of the sound and they couldn't wait for it to load to listen to it.

Do not go here for services on your vehicle. The worst experience with a car garage I have ever had. I'll just wrapp up my experience in a few words.-Dishonest staff-Tried to sell unnecessary services-Insanely expensive and never even fixed the car-Did'nt get my car back for almost 3MONTHS!-I had a friend fix it in a couple hours and it was such a simple fix all he did was wire brush a rusty ground wire and it starts fine.

Never again or would I suggest using the service department at Bergstrom. First was a oil change gone bad, lost 2 quarts of oil due to a loose oil filter. Good thing I wasn't on a long road trip. Second was a recall on a passenger side airbag, they cracked my dash and never said anything about it. I went back to confront them and all they said was yeah it happens and we will not fix it. My suggestion, is that you use a professional garage to work on your vehicle.
