The people at Bergstrom were extremely friendly and helpful! What started out as a stressful situation (as any accident is) was quickly turned into a manageable process thanks to Trevor and Sunny. I appreciated their communication, honesty and efficiency. It only took a few days for the shop to complete the body work. They did a beautiful job! I wish I had taken a picture. It almost looked better than when we bought it! Thanks again for all your help!

We were recently involved in a traffic accident in which the other driver was 100% liable.Trevor Gutzdorf, Dane Bjorklund and Darren Markert made a very stressful experience so much easier given their expertise, customer service and just plain human kindness.They took the time to explain in layman s terms, the extent of damage to our car and the repairs that needed to be done.Our car looks and drives great and we could not be more appreciative.

Darren did a great job getting my car repaired properly. The body lines have been restored and the paint is gorgeous. After the great disappointment of my car being vandalized, the relief I feel of having the clock turned back is wonderful. I had the best experience working with Trevor and his team. He went above and beyond to get the actual body shop work done, along with scheduling secondary things at my request (window tinting and dent removal). They are flexible with scheduling and Trevor kept me updated frequently on status and even sent a picture once the tinting was done. My Forester was returned super clean and ready to go. I would highly recommend Trevor and team at Bergstrom. They exceeded my expectations!Service: Body & Trim

After my parked car was hit in a parking lot while I was at work, I took my car in to the bergstrom body shop. I needed a whole new bumper on the front end and various other mechanical components and sensors that newer cars all just need to have these days... I was nervous my car would never be the same again. It doesn't help that it's not a typical color (that kind of sparkly blue-grey color they call, "sonic gray pearl"). I figured a close match would be the best they could do. But when I went to pick it up, it looked like it was brand new again! The paint job looks flawless. I was, and still am, beyond stoked. I have mixed opinions of the Bergstrom Honda "service" center, so I was somewhat apprehensive using the bergstrom body shop initially, but the crew that worked on my car for body work at the Bergstrom "Body Shop" did a phenomenal job in a very fast time frame and they've far exceeded my expectations. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!. I had my Murano in for body repairs after being hit. As my car was in Bergstrom's "secured lot", waiting for parts, my cadillac converter was cut right off and stolen. Daren, the body shop manager, absolutely refused to pay for my $500 deductable in which I had to file a claim with my insurance company. According to the police officer who filled out my report AND Daren, this is the THIRD time people's cars have had converters stolen. I asked Darin if there are any camera's in lot. NOPE. You would think that this an on going problem, Bergstrom would beef up security. Grant, the store manager has yet to return my phone calls.I can't believe Bergstrom treats their customers like this! I WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE AGAIN. Don't think your car is safe in their lot, it's not! Correction: CATALYTIC CONVERTER. Silly woman who doesn't know anything about cars being taken advantage of.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Bergstrom Body Shop has always treated me great. I hit two deer in matter of six months apart with a fair amount of damage. I went here both times. They are friendly, willing to work with you, and timely getting your vehicle fixed. Great staff to work with. I appreciate all their help.

I came to get my moms car fixed after she got into an accident. Trevor was very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. I would definitely recommend coming here for maintenance work! I have a very busy schedule and can't spend too much time outside of work ,so it was very nice that Trevor texted me back whenever I had questions! 10/10! Service: Brakes

The purchase of my vehicle was fine. 3 weeks into ownership I needed some body work done. It took a week longer than expected. I called to schedule an appointment with Honda to fix my BRAND NEW radio that doesn't work while the car was there, and apparently, the scheduler never bothered following up and making the appointment. This is my 3rd Honda in 9 years, and I thought I would give Bergstrom a chance. I will probably go back to International.

One of the worst experiences I've had. I was told that my repair would take a week..it took 3 weeks. While I understand time estimates can be off, 1 of the 3 weeks was because they forgot to order a part. It ended up costing me $150+ for a car rental for that extra week. Did they offer to lower their price for their poor planning? Of course not! The real kicker though was that, despite the 3 week repair time, the quality was terrible. There are pieces of debris or small bubbles in the paint, and the anti-collision sensor hasn't worked right since they've had it (it thinks everything within a 50 ft radius is going to hit me). I'd take it back and make them repair it but I can't afford another 3 weeks worth of car rentals for them to fix it.

Very dissatisfied in the service we are receiving. We were told to bring our vehicle in March 23rd from hitting a deer on March 20th. They took pictures and sent us on our way. Then, April 12th (Tues) we were called and told they would start working on it Thursday. We assumed that meant the Thursday coming up as in April 14th. We dropped our vehicle off April 13th. We were then called and told there was a misunderstanding and that they had intended to start working on it the following Thursday (April 21st). They said we could come get it, but we decided to make it work with one vehicle as we just wanted it done. The estimated date of completion was May 3rd. We received zero communication from Bergstrom until after the date it was supposed to be completed (May 4th). Infuriatingly we were then told that the wrong grill was ordered and there was a long line to get a new one as there is a parts shortage. Why was this just discovered/communicated after we were expected to have a COMPLETED vehicle? Bergstrom told us we could get our vehicle (NOT completed) today May 5th at that time. We were getting ready to go pick up our vehicle today only to get a call that they had just finished putting it back together and we can pick it up tomorrow- May 6th. Raging mad at this point and will never bring another vehicle here.Service: Body & Trim

I bought my Subaru Forester there end of June. Contacted the sales staff shortly after the purchase because I had a air bag light going off and was noticing the car progressively pulling more and more to the right. After further investigation I realized the right front tire was bad! Now I was kinda of upset buying a used car and finding out that I got bad tires and I never heard back from the sales staff after leaving a message. So I made an appt for my 1st oil change which due to the fact I drive a long distance to work ever day was just a month after purchase. I also told them service team when I set up the appt about the light and the pulling. I get in and the service tech asked about the issue and I explained my story and was like yeah you have a bad tire for sure! Now you may wonder why I still gave a 5 star review? Here is the reason, Doug Beaupre was outstanding to deal with!!! He 1st of all listened to every problem I had. And wasn't quick to judge, trying to blame the issue on me. Kept me informed the whole time I was there, and I was there in total of nearly 5 hrs on and off in 1 day. Finally, came to a resolution that not only was what I needed to hear but still had me confident enough to give them an amazing review!!! I've only purchased 2 newer cars in my life so far and both have been from Bergstorm, and I can tell you that in a year or 2 when my wife needs her new vehicle, we will be going through Bergstorm again! Also I highly recommend Mike Lewallen who heads up the service dept at the Honda location is Oshkosh.

Greg Kubinski was a fantastic consultant! I shopped around and he provided the best price, which was great as I was covering the cost out of pocket (someone hit my car in a parking lot and didn't leave a note). Greg understood the situation I was working with and explained my options, answered questions, and kept me informed each step of the way. While I hope I don't need body work again, if I do I'll certainly come back and work with Greg.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have an older '06 Jetta TDI that I finally got up there for the 12 year VW rust warranty. Tim was very attentive even though the warranty would have expired in 6 weeks. He took pictures, was very attentive and said he would contact me. Two weeks passed...crickets...contacted him twice, no reply each time. Due to life, I never got it to another dealership to be covered by the warranty and now it is expired. I guess it doesn't really matter in the end, the car has 265,000 miles on it and we don't really care about the looks, just the awesome gas mileage. What doesn't make sense is that it would have given them business from VW and it wouldn't have costed them a dime. ugh

We can t say enough wonderful things. We took our Armada in because the brackets broke on the tailgate window. We took the car to them and they fixed it in 10 minutes free of charge!
