Mike, the service consultant is Extremely unprofessional, and a blite on the Bergstrom name. I had my car towed in and because it was there for over a month when I went to pick it up I noticed there were scratches on my windshield. I went back inside to ask Mike The service consultant if they knew anything about it Or if it had arrived on the tow truck that way and I was told that my car was "such a spectacle, how could they know anything about it?" Brandon, the sales manager promises return phone calls and then never does. I literally had to call the GM in Appleton to get returned phone calls from the Oshkosh location. The first time I had my car worked on here it had a check engine light on and an oil light. I paid for the diagnostics and was told what the repairs needed to be and I approved and paid for those. When I went to pick up my car, I drove off the lot. The lights came back on, drove right back onto the lot and then had to fight with them for three days to get them to actually fix my car on their dime. Due to the mess up the work order was voided and can't be found in the system. Now two years later I am being told the same work needs to be redone after the same issues arose. The second time I brought my car here was for an electrical issue because I drive a hybrid. Mike the service consultant called me and accused me of having my backwoods cousin in some third-party shop, ripped out all the electrical in my trunk only to figure out that he was looking at the wrong car and never once apologized. I had to take my car to Chicago to get fixed. I ordered a car in January at this location. I was preapproved through Kia and two other sources and had money for a down payment. I was told we needed to order the car first because they didn't have any in stock. It was supposed to arrive in April. In March when I called to check on it, No one returned my call and in December I still don't have that car.The only saving grace to this trip was Mike the service manager. My car will absolutely not be back so long as Mike the service consultant works here.

Brought our vehicle in after we were hit by someone's board of wood on the highway, and they were able to fix it all. Its been about 3 months since we got the repairs done and everything is still intact no wind noises. The new mirror shakes a little but nothing major.

It's a shame Bergstrom has monopolized the car market in the Fox Valley. I have NEVER once talked with someone who has been satisfied with this place, and I am surprised there are any 3-star or higher reviews for them online. They will straight-up lie to you, and they never seem to have their ducks in a row. They still call me Adam (that's not my name) after multiple times "updating" me in their system. They take significantly longer than any other car shop I have been to. Doesn't matter what you are getting done. It will take forever. I'm so glad I didn't purchase a car from Bergstrom and only have to rely on them for the recall work I have done on my cars. I suggest that if there is any other place within driving distance from you that has the product you are wanting you buy it from them so you avoid Bergstrom. It's not just one location, it's all. I've dealt with the Honda, GM, and Chrysler locations in Oshkosh, and they are all a freakin joke. Don't let their free drinks, desserts, and shuttle service distract you from how awful this place is in the areas of customer service that truly matter. You are just a number to them, and they won't ever have your information correct in their system or parts in stock, even if you've been on their schedule for an appointment for weeks. Save yourself some headaches and avoid this place if you can. Top to bottom, this place is a joke. I warned you, you're welcome!

Pushy sales people that will waste your time for a commission check. They dont understand that not everybody shops for cars based on monthly payments. And everything is priced well above blue book and they wont come down. I bought the same car i was looking at with you guys at a differnt place with 50000 less miles, way more options (even a back up camera that your salesman said wasnt available for that year) for only 2k more. Maybe somthing on your lot would of worked for 2k more but i guess it was more important to dump that one off on me then to explore more options. YOU CAN PLEASE STOP CALLING ME NOW!

I Purchased a Nissan Murano from this exact dealership and my sales guy Turk gave me the best experience before and after the sale. I never forgot how well bergstrom took care of me and my vehicle for years after my sale I came back yesterday February 11, 2023 and met with Christopher Rodriguez. He was very professional, he worked fast with us and many other people with the crew from Honda and hooked us up with the best deal AGAIN. I will never go to any other dealer again.Bergstrom on Waushburn will give you the dedicated and expert care before and long after the sale guaranteed! I didn't know what make and model I wanted when I walked in! My husband William Camacho, and I drove home in a 2022 Honda Pilot chosen by Christopher! I love it!!!!! Thank you Chris and the crew that all helped make my experience fun! I promise I will Always come back to you when I am vehicle shopping!!!!

The Nissan dealership couldn't get me in for an oil change on a Saturday when I called to book it so they booked me with the Subaru dealership. The Subaru dealership called Saturday morning because they didn't have anything they needed to do an oil change on a Nissan. He said he'd touch base with the Nissan dealership and call me back. When I called him an hour later to see if I needed to cancel, he said the Nissan dealership was closed that day, but he already went over and got everything he needed. Truly above and beyond!

Came in looking for a specific subaru that happened to be sold earlier in the day. Andy Z was super in helping me find a different but similar one that I fell in love with! He made miracles happen all while maintaining a hilarious attitude. Definitely plan on going back to him again

Met Brent (salesperson) to discuss getting a new car. He was extremely helpful and informative. Discussed our needs and wants. Bam!! We get our new 2023 Kia Seltos in couple weeks. My son dealt with this same Brent. He is very easy to talk to and makes you comfortable!!

After coming from two other horrible dealership experiences as a first time buyer, Bergstrom (and specifically working with David) was a breath of fresh air! They were able to get me approved for a loan without any hassle (unlike the other places) despite having only 6 months of credit history. David was also aware we were traveling from an hour away and was able to have all the paperwork ready to go. We were out the door within 30 minutes! I loved every second of my experience here and will be back in the future.

the bergstrom people are the worst for service, probably also sales, just know that if you bring a vehicle here you will be paying double vs taking to a local mechanic, and bergstrom will also take twice as long to do work as well. avoid bergstrom at all costs

I spoke with Steve Goeser at the Bergstrom Oshkosh Subaru Dealership and he was amazing! Even though I decided to go with my usual Chevy Brand, he was thorough, upfront, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all followed up with me. If I ever decide to change my brand of vehicle I will be giving him a call!

I recently came to town from Missouri, my car started having issues on the highway and the closest place was this location. I walked in was greeted immediately and helped as soon as I walked in. I leave in 3 days so I expected it would be done by then. Nope, it was done the day of! I was very happy with my experience with Jeff, he helped me get my warranty and insurance in and I walked out spending only 50 dollars. Needless to say if you ever need help go here and see Jeff.

Stopped to have noise checked out, asked "can someone take a look""Sure" they said, great I thought - service, that's nice. An hour and a half latter at the cost of $75.00, I finally got an answer and a bid...$100 over what my certified mechanic is going to do. I couldn't be more angry... they had a chance to get a new costumer..I will drive to Madison next time. Very poor service!!!

I went to get a Honda key and some parts for a 1999 Civic. I was treated like I was buying a new engine. Very knowledgeable parts staff and obviously well trained in customer service. I run a shop myself and I know that takes a big investment in your employees to provide service at this level.Well Done!

I called first because my horn didn't work. Asked if there was another fuse block except under the hood. The lady didn't know.i was better off coming in. When I came in I was told no one could look at my vehicle I should make an appointment. I started looking at it myself service writer said I waited a while he could have someone look at it . We waited and told they had to order a horn. Pretty bad that a parts department doesn't stock a horn.they will all me when it gets in..Thank You. For the car wash. Unexpected.

Good service but you better check your bill every time you re there. They will sometimes charge you for things you didn t ask for. The work that they do do is very good. On three separate services they did things I did not approve. After pointing out I did not approve them they did not charge me for it but this is still very annoying. So if you go there be sure and check over your bill in detail. Again I will go back because the service work they do is good.

I purchased a Mustang GT from these guys. Joel Henning made the process very simple and fast which is great when purchasing the car out of state. Joel has great customer service experience and keeps you in the loop throughout the entire process so you are never left wondering what s going on with your car. I would definitely buy my next car from here!

Bought a used car at Bergstrom Toyota. Had the best pricing in the area. Sales and management treat you with respect . No hurry up sign here kind of place that I experienced at other car dealers. Service department excellent also.
