I have been a Batteries Plus customer for many years while living in FL. I bought all of my motorcycle batteries there. This location is Oshkosh is by far the best one yet! The manager, I do not recall her name, was phenomenal! Knowledgable and very helpful. I came in with a bad key/fob for my Honda Pilot. I had already replaced the battery and that did not solve the issue, so I figured buying a replacement was in order. The manager cut me a new key only to find out that all my original needed was to be reprogrammed. She did not charge me anything even after having cut the new key. I am very grateful to her! She gave me a great Christmas gift; money I can use for something else. Thank you!!!

Came to recycle lightbulbs, but saw the signs on the front advertising key fob repair and asked about it. The employee was very helpful and replaced it for free with a spare battery that they had on hand, which was very kind. It was a very good experience.

This was the only retail store that carried the battery I required on-hand. Plus with their great price & exceptional customer service, this was a great purchasing experience. Sure glad we have a Batteries Plus in Oshkosh WI

Very good selection and pricing. They stand by their products with warranties so if there s ever an issue, they ll swap it out. All purchases are saved in their system too so no need to carry around receipts forever

Wow! Amazing customer service. A young man helped me replace a watch battery and get two covers put on two watches. He was polite and pleasant. I believe his name was Jamie but could be wrong. I have to give a shout out to this store. Good customer service needs to be applauded these days. Thank you!

Super friendly, fast service. Everything about the transaction was pleasant and accurate which becomes rare now a days. Internet ordering was fast and convenient and the speed of it being ready was much appreciated. Plus, I love the 20% off for ordering online. I paid about $100 for a SUV battery. The order was ready in under an hour (email prompts very fast!) and the (free) install and disposal was a breeze.The associate took great care installing my battery. He seemed very comfortable with what he was doing and left no damage. Top notch friendly service the entire time.Check these guys out for your next auto battery purchase. Order online, have them install, and have the best car battery buying experience you can have. Prices are spot on with anyone else, but those others wont go this extra mile.A+ effort and execution! Thank you!

Danielle is wonderful! She went above and beyond towards resolving my broken screen on my Note 20. Business practices are fair and prices are reasonable. Danielle is very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

I went to batteries plus to get a cracked phone screen fixed on my girlfriend's phone recently. I was so impressed by Danielle who helped us with the problem. The repair ran into a snag and Danielle went above and beyond in a big way to get it fixed. I would feel great recommending to my own mother to get her phone fixed here if she needed that help. I know this sounds like hyperbole, but I am sincerely impressed with the service and in particular with Danielle!

I had to have my son's iPhone battery changed. I went to Best Buy first. They gave me such a hassle over it. Telling me it would take hours to see if needed a new one. I went online to Batteries Plus, made a same day appointment and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. Great customer service. Phone works like new now. Can't say enough good things about them.

The associate, Danielle, was very friendly and good with kids. She helped explain to my daughter how to find the right watch battery and install it. She was very pleasant and took great care of us. We will be coming back!

We brought in our dead truck battery that was still under warranty. They replaced it with a comparable battery because they didn't have the exact same one in stock. They checked the other stores but none of them had them in stock either. They employees were very friendly and knowledgeable

This past Monday Batteries Plus Bulbs saved our day. And the young lady, Beret that works there is one of the best customer service persons my husband & I have had the pleasure to help us out in dire strates. We called Batteries about 7:57 pm. Beret answered. We asked how long the store was open. She explained they close at 8pm. Our van's battery was dead. We explained our problem & issues. Beret was so sweet. She said she would stay open if we got to the store shortly. And we did. She was so helpful. Above & beyond. Beret got the tools out & also tried installing the battery. She called her boss. He arrived. They put the battery in the van. It was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. They actually cared. We needed that battery. Thank you so much Batteries Plus Bulbs. Thank you, Beret. My husband & I highly recommend this store. They saved the day!

I used the online form to schedule service to repair my daughter's broken phone screen. I received a confirmation email along with a $10 off coupon. My daughter arrived at the store at the confirmed time and was told there was no one there who could fix her phone. Like the Seinfeld episode: "You know how to TAKE the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." My daughter's friend said she had the same experience. If you decide to give them a try, do not use the online scheduling form. The $10 off isn't worth frustration. Be sure you speak with a human and confirm your appointment. You MIGHT have better luck.

Always quality products. Knowledgeable service from employee, (DBENTZLER2), and engaging in conversation with me about other battery products. She actually sold me more than I walked in to buy. And, I have always left with the batteries I could find no where else.

Very unprofessional service, Kaleb was supposed to fix my girlfriend's phone while I was along and all he did was constantly flirt and keep offering specials if we would get him a lemonade , I honestly don't feel comfortable giving a stranger my phone to play around with unsupervised for a hour and a half. Needless to say hour and a half later the phone was in worse shape than when we got there, the new screen he put in was blemished from the get go and the home button didn't work. I would recommend that you go somewhere else if you need a screen replacement.

Very good service, I bought a replacement key for my Honda online, It turned out to be the wrong key they didn't change to program it even though it wasn't their fault, Ended up buying the replacement key from them and they programmed it. Cheapest place i could find and excellent customer service.

I frequently order online and pick up in store, or receive delivery. Either option is super speedy! Even when I have had to order something that isn't normally in stock, the wait time was minimal. Very pleased with this store and it's employees!

Ordered a battery on line...got a e mail shortly thereafter ready for pickup. This was a Sat...Drove 71 miles round trip to Oshkosh on Sun the following day. Specifically asked if battery was fully charged. Told yes...Got home put my charger on it, got a red light, checked it every couple hours, no green light till 1pm today...So was not happy with that! Now I will install it in my Corvette (2014)

Easy online ordering by putting in vehicle specs, getting a discount and setting up an appointment online. As soon as I got there the guy replaced my car battery.

Do not go to store #0503 in Oshkosh WI. Went in for a simple iPhone screen placement and battery to get my phone back SIX hours later with a broken digitizer. Go in to get it fixed under warranty where they have my phone another SIX hours. I call to get an update at hour 3 it has yet to be touched. I call another 3 hours later to be told it s fine and put back together they DID NOT change the screen to a new one, so now I just have to wait for it to act up again and start calling 911 and changing texts and trying to order stuff with apple wallet again. I will never go here again I have never been treated so poorly on a situation. Also these tests that was ran by the man at the store was going through my personal apps. I am not one to write reviews ever, but this needed to be shared.

Nearby store 'UBreakiFix" said my iPhone7 Plus could not be fixed. I took it here to Batteries Plus Bulbs. They not only took the time to look at it, they also fixed it at a good price too! I'll definitely be back if I need service in the future!

They had what I needed for my cordless phone and put it in for me. Also suggested AA and AAA batteries that they had on sale. I would highly recommend Batteries Plus.My key fob kept saying low battery. They had the battery and put it in the fob for me. Great service
