Brought my business here after a poor experience at my local store in FDL. After a few visits I came to realize that not only is the uniform policy is not enforced, but there is an employee that constantly sits on a stool and doesn t do much to help his coworkers nor customers! The only time he gets up is to move his stool to prop open the front door and smoke! Not going to bother calling and complaining since FDL didnt take me seriously. Boo! Guess i will be taking my business to the orange guys!!

People who worked there were nice enough. Check engine light came on my car, someone ran a code and showed me the code but told me to google it. Didn t turn off the code either. If you work at an auto store you should know what the codes mean, wasn t very helpful.

In the near 90-degree heat, while wearing a black shirt under the baking 2 o'clock sun, Luna was kind enough to install the windshield wipers I'd just purchased, and did so with a great big smile on her face. Advance employees like Luna, Jeff, Bill, Hannah, and Aaron are the reason the Jackson Street Advance is one of my favorite brick and mortar places to shop for auto parts and accessories. The AAP universe is lucky to have employees like them! Kudos!

Words cannot describe how awesome these guys are!! I needed an alternator and they did everything they could to get me one and at the best price. I am so grateful for them and their kindness. If I ever need anything else for my car I know where i will be going!!! Thanks again guys!!!

Our alternator belt blew on a road trip, this was the closest parts store we could get to. The store manager was super helpful, and so accommodating with tools we needed to fix the issue quickly and get back on the road.

Didn't have any of the products that their website claimed they had in stock. Ok, I can look past that. Attempted to buy 6 scuff pads since they did stock those ... nope, computer "wasn't working". The guy behind the counter said, "I don't know man, everything runs off from computer's these days". In the end I drove to a paint supplier and made my purchases there instead.

This is my favorite place in Oshkosh for automotive parts. They even let you use their tools so you can do basic maintenance in the parking lot. I like that I can pay with PayPal.
