I talked with Kevin on the phone. I had some general service questions. He was very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions, and give me a price and realistic timeline for the work needed. I would recommend them to anyone. Great customer service.

Knowledge, quick service and fair prices on any basic car care needs. The owner, Kevin, takes pride in his business and gives back to the local community. A really cool historical building worth the stop if you re going by!

Sometimes I don t want to pump my own gas because I m tired from a hard work day. I appreciate the option of having someone else pump gas for me at Sather s.Sather s has very comparable pricing. I feel good about getting service and tires there knowing I m helping a small business, and a military veteran to boot. You never have to guess how much you re going to get charged and Kevin won t promise something he can t deliver.

Superior service with excellent knowledge and a smile! I had a broken belt in a tire and Kevin was able to diagnose and repair within 1 day and get me the correct type of tires for what I desired. It was great to have personal service with no pressure even though he was extremely busy. I will be going back for future service needs. This was a much better service experience than the big box stores! Thanks Kevin...love the new tires!

Kevin works hard before, during and after business hours. His dedication to make this small town business thrive is something to be admired. THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!! I came for gas, (full service station!) And when the man saw I had a bad tire & a van full of children, he got me right in for a new tire in front of what he was already working on, to make sure my children and I made it to our destination safely. GREAT customer service! So even though it's not local to me, I go for my fill-up every chance I get.AND they have farm fresh eggs at a reasonable price!!:)

We were driving back down to Northern Illinois via the country roads after spending some time in Wisconsin. We passed by Sather's and noticed the "full service" sign. We turned around and pulled up, and to our surprise, the amazingly kind owner came up and filled up our tank and gave us the works. The owner was super nice (as well as the cat and dog) and told us a little bit about the place while we checked out the back. Not only does Sather's offer incredible, prompt, and quality service, but the shop is a cozy and well-decorated garage. Will definitely be coming back when in the area!

Small town atmosphere. Kevin does his best to get you in asap. Will not take my car any place else, unless of course it would be a job Kevin unable to do

Had an emergency tire situation and called. Owner was so friendly and was able to get me in that day. It was a great environment and excellent service. I will definitely be returning again for my car services!
