Fantastic experience. Quick, reliable and professional. They even sent me a video of what they were doing on my vehicle. I believe D j was the service manager and took care of my problem immediately even though I did not have an appointment and was somewhat stranded. I would highly recommend them for any service

Had brakes fully replaced 6 months ago. Had a horrible vibration with breaking recently and brought it in for evaluation. Was initially told that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. After I insisted, the tech drove it and informed me that the rotors are warped and needed replace. No warranty was offered despite breaks being replaced 6 months ago. In addition, had trouble with the screen on the dashboard. Paid for 1 hour of a diagnostics where they didn't even pull apart the dashboard to see if there was any problems with connections which a simple Google search suggests is the problem in most cases. Solely recommended a $3,000 screen repair.

Chloe did an awesome job of getting me in and getting me back out again at warp speed! She was very pleasant to deal with and the one you want to see. Chloe, Antonio and Seth have their game on! They ll be in the playoffs for sure!

I recently bought a VW Atlas at Morrie s and I couldn t be happier with my experience. Juanita, my salesperson, was so knowledgeable and friendly. She went out of her way to make sure I got the right car for me and patiently answered all my questions. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure car buying experience!

Thorough, professional, customer- centered service.Ultra Inflated pricing i.e. $55 per quart of ATF, and an unannounced / unexplained $25 service charge keeps initial visit from being 5-star, but explains modern dealership decor.Overall positive experience.

This is THE place to go when you have maintenance needs for your Volkswagen. You get OEM parts installed by Volkswagen professionals. Not to mention the service consultants. Super helpful and friendly(ask for Seth). Makes this an easy decision.

Was there for almost 4 hours for them to fix nothing and then charge me 140 dollars. And then was told to make a appointment to fix the problem I went in for in the 1st place. Will be going elsewhere for my services from now on!

I called to schedule an appointment to get my transmission fluid flushed and spoke with a woman who made the appointment. She stated that it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours to complete, fine. I show up to the appointment at 12:45 (about 30 minutes late..my fault because I thought they were at their former location) and was told that they needed to let the fluid cool down and didnt think they were going to get to it that day and said more than likely i would need to come back the following day. I asked the man who was helping me how much it would cost he said 400-450$ max depending on my exact transmission but probably less than that. He also said that they would throw in a carwash i said great. Made plans for that evening. Then they called and said it was done at around 430. I said fine and made it there before closed it was 455.50$ and my car wasnt washed. Then when i got home i was looking over my service paperwork and saw i was charged 25$ for "customer pay shop charge for repair order" no clue what that means. Now, I realize these are somewhat all small grievances but when you add them all up it was a pretty bad experience. I was also told by the man who helped me that people are coming from far away because this is the only VW dealership in the area. Basically people didnt have any other choice and it showed.

Morrie's did a good job of getting us in and fixing our heater core.I bought 4 of these 2015 Passat TDIs and all of them are having heater core issues. VW needs to cover this under warranty as the corrosion from the block/heads is part of the drivetrain. They know it is an issue as they have changed the coolant specs at least 3 times since I purchased these. I think a class action lawsuit should get their attention.

We were sent an email offer of "Oil change for $39.95" from 9/1/23 to 9/30/23. We set up appointment for 9/22/23. We get there and we're informed Morrie's wasn't honoring the offer, they did give us a $20.00 discount. That email offer is what I consider a bait and switch maneuver. I'm not impressed. The Service Dept itself did a good job on the oil change. That is why there are 4 stars instead of 1.Service: Oil change

Brought my wife s Tiguan in because of a screw up Walmart did. They got her car in right away. I feel they went above and beyond working on the car. We were told the oil was changed by Walmart. VW service centers noticed it wasn t done. They changed the oil on top of having to do a transmission flush and detailed the car! Wife was very impressed along with myself. Volkswagen of La Crosse definitely gained new customers yesterday. Thank you!

Scheduled an appointment for an engine light and ac issue. Dropped off the night before the appointment using the drop box. Got a call within two hours of my appointment with diagnoses and a couple options. Mary, the service writer was great.They finished the repairs the next day and came in $60 under the estimate. Thanks Morrie s!Had a return appointment since this original review, and Morrie s did not disappoint. Exceptional service from the time I set up the service until I picked up the keys. Shane/Shawn(?) Mary Toppen was very welcoming and courteous when I arrived. She advised me of what was recommended at this time and what was not needed due to previous visits. She acknowledged a question I had posted online and upon gathering further information provided me with a wonderful solution. During my wait, Mary kept me updated as necessary.I liked the video from the technician. I am glad you continue doing it.I was disappointed there was no popcorn or other snacks.
