Luke's (not me!) has always been awesome and helpful. The folks that work there are always forthcoming about telling you about issues but not pushing any extra sales. They work to make things right and give amazing service for a decent price!

Starting using Luke's about a year ago. With 4 visits so far, they continue to impress me with how thorough they are on repairing my car. That includes catching issues before they become a serious problem.

Went for alignment last year and ended up could not align. Bad bushing. Paid for inspection. 64.00. I fixed the part called around for alignment and if not able to align how much would inspection be. Highest price I got was 35.00. Recently took a truck for front end inspection somewhere else 25.00 plus tax. Had the truck in and out 15 minutes.Told me what was wrong. Lukes priced abit high for me. Not go back there again

Turned a surprise lemon into a blessing to provide my mother with reliable transportation during her fight through stage four cancer, just before winter.Found a nearly impossible to find part and worked with Gundersen's philanthropic group for end stage cancer patients for part of the payment costs without hassle.We will be returning in the future, and we appreciate the extra time they took to track down that part through back-channels when conventional channels failed.

While it's never easy to shell out the kind of cash required to work on my old 7.3 at least I have found a trustworthy shop to take care of her. I have taken my truck in a few times they didn't try to upsell me; even going so far as to say "you can probably handle this yourself" for something they found. Will definitely be going back as long as I am in the area.Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

I had my car in today to get some brakes changed in it and I was very impressed with the service as well as the staff. I've walked in other places that make you feel like needing work done is an inconvenience to them whereas Luke's was very welcoming. They diagnosed everything wrong with my brakes and let me know what the cost would be before they started. It was actually slightly cheaper than what they said it would be. On the plus side if you don't have a ride to come back later and get your vehicle they have a decent place to sit and watch TV while you wait for your vehicle to get done. Very good. I was late for my appointment by 22 minutes, I felt bad about that but they didn't give me any grief over it and got the work done quickly and it was pretty inexpensive. Luke's was fantastic to work with! I went here for a second opinion when a different shop told me I needed a brand new engine and they were able to pinpoint the issue to just my timing belt tensioner. Saved me $7000! I'll be taking my car here from now on.

My wife and I have had several positive experiences with Luke's Auto over the past two years. Recently, they replaced the brakes on her vehicle and the cost came in less than we were quoted. We used to take our vehicles to their respective dealers for service and repair, but they became too unorganized and expensive. The staff at Luke's is prompt and courteous and their pricing is fair. This shop does not appear to have a lot of turnover and it's nice to work with the same employees each time. Thanks for the great work!Service: Brakes

I've taken my car to Luke's twice. Both times I was greeted by professional, courteous employees that took time to explain what was going on and how much it would cost. Work was completed quickly and at a better price than the place I use to go. Plus it's nice to support a local shop!Edit to add, just had my car serviced by Luke's again and the great customer service continues. No other place we would go besides Luke's.Service: Oil change

Very helpful in figuring out both a battery problem and a sliding door issue. Also did a fallow up diagnostic for free. I will continue being a customer.My only suggestion would be to have transportation to/from the shop. Maybe a deal with a company who's fleat they work on.

It was my first experience with Luke's. Friendly staff got me in for service quickly. Communication was great and they brought a couple of safety issues to my attention. They made me aware of the costs and I asked that they make necessary repairs. In short order I was back on the road and am very pleased with the whole experience. I'm recommending Luke's to family and friends.

All the reviews are legit, this is probably the best car shop in town. Very reasonable, they do not nickel-and-dime you, and the customer service is pretty great (which is VERY rare for auto repair).I like to do some DIY maintenance/fixes on our cars, and they don't sneer or look down at you for doing so. Much respect for these boys.
