Fast and friendly service. Did manual check of all lights, filters, fluids, and oil. Recommended new inside air filter. I did not know I had an inside air filter behind the glove box! I wonder if it has ever been changed before. I always have a good experience at this Greased Lightning. Employees are well trained and cordial.

For a very reasonable price, Greased Lightning provides outstanding service. I give them 5 stars. They NEVER oversell me like their overpriced competitors try to do. At the same time, if Greased Lightning guys tell me I need something (cabin filter, air filter) I know they have my back and are not trying to cheat me. Locally owned, these folks are the best.

The team was extremely thorough, and soo kind. They were very informative about my car and I did not feel as though I was being swindled in any way which does happen with car places sometimes. I felt very comfortable with everything and well taken care of. It was quick easy and convenient for me and my busy schedule! Not to mention they were very sweet to my puppies and gave them a treat!

These guys are my go to for oil changes I always come here now. Prices are fair, always get greeted with smiling faces even on the hot summer days I have been there on in the past. They get you in and out and on with you day. I will never mess with a big dealership again for the little things again these guys are the best! Even if you see a line they are worth the wait because you never wait that long!

Wonderful experience here. I have now gone on 3 separate occasions for an oil change and each time I have been very pleased. I have been to multiple other places in the area that are a drive up oil change spot as well and have had terrible experiences there. Most places try to up charge or find some way to make you pay the most money. Here, I am asked what I would like done and when I ask for an oil change that s exactly what I get. The whole process takes no more than 10 minutes. They operate swiftly and efficiently to get you in and out with god quality work. I have and will continue to recommend this place if you need an oil change.

I was in an emergency for an oil change for my car and I was able to be checked in right away without appointment. My car was ready to gone shortly. I was very happy with their customer service.

First timer here. I couldn't believe how fast it went. Also I don't know much about car stuff and the guy explained it all so easily so I could understand. I think I will only go through greased lightning from now on. Thank you guys for your hard work

Fast, easy, and friendly staff! They get you in and out in no time. I've been there twice now as I'm a mom of 3 boys and always busy, the change oil came on and the wait time at my dealership was over a week. They check off everything a dealership would and in half the time. If I lived closer I'd go there more often but the two times I've been there I was visiting my mom and happened to needed my oil changed.Service: Oil change

Reliable, fast and friendly- with a free car wash! They're informative without being pushy and the convenience of staying in your car is so nice in the winter. I've been bringing both of my vehicles here for routine maintenance for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience.

Absolutely wonderful, as always. Above and beyond to do right by me, which I appreciate. And one guy has dance moves built into his *show me your brake lights* which cracked me up. Nice to be in a place with employees who are enjoying themselves - well done

First time there, You are paying for Convenience since the prices were higher than I have paid at my dealers. I did not know that you could get oil that last only for certain milage. Also on the report that you get at the end with all the services they checked off, I noticed that my tire pressure was said to be set at 40 PSI. When I got home I checked them and three were at 34 PSI and one was at 30PSI which meant I had to go get it filled with air.Maybe will try again but maybe not.

Greased Lightning was great! First time visiting, needed an oil change. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, explained additional options (replacing filters, wipers, etc) without any pressure to buy, and the whole process was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.

They did a good job, were quick, friendly and professional. I rate them 3 stars only because their cost has really increased. My fault for not asking before they started the job, but $120 for an oil change and air filter? Was leaving town unexpectedly and needed an oil change. Was referred by a friend to go here Great customer service. Was very impressed. They were very fair, knowledgeable, honest about my truck! Blinker light went out two days prior and it was only 10 bucks for the light and replacement. They noticed my tire valve was slightly leaking and brought it to my attention. I was aware but impressed they noticed! Would highly recommend this place.Service: Oil change

The guys were very pleasant and did a great job. They let me know what I needed and topped everything off. The only thing is, we showed our military ID but didn t give the discount. Otherwise they were great.

I was able to get in for an oil change within 15 minutes without an appointment. The service was done quickly and efficiently and a complementary 21-point check was performed, all while I was seated in my car. The mechanic recommended the replacement of the cabin filter for an extra charge, and it looked like it needed to be done. Overall very happy with the service.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These folks are efficient and effective! Replaced all 4 tires and even put on my spare tire at no extra cost while we were waiting for the new tires to come in! My car is funky so they even managed to fix the A/C and heat temporarily! It did go out again soon after however I was not charged for this service and I have taken it to a different shop for the same thing last year and they couldn't fix it either. 10/10 would recommend when in a jam

We only waited 5-10 minutes for the car ahead of us to clear/leave, and ten minutes later we were doneStaff were helpful and professional, offered to top-off fluids and tires air pressure

I enjoyed my experience at greased lighting. They were quick, knowledgeable, and non judgemental which is important to me because I hadn't taken the best care of my car caused by personal struggles. Do go here if you can't stand awkwardly waiting for your car to be finished and then lectured about your car care.

I had a blown out tire, so I called Andrew at Greased Lightning. He went to pick up tires for me on a busy day and got me back on the road within an hour. Great service!
