They were absolutely amazing and I will definitely go there again and again. The price may be a bit more than I would like but the service was phenomenal!!!I brought my dog and we waited inside. My pup got treats, loving, and made friends in the waiting room.Very professional and extremely nice people.They give you the price upfront so you know what to expect.

I highly recommend this service center. They got my car in right away and had it fixed in a timely manner. They're very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to ensure your safety and satisfaction.

I brought my car in for CV Axle repair/replacement (clicking noise when turning) and was told it would be fixed in a day. I was told next day that it was in fact my two year old Firestone tires not a CV Axel (they put my car on a lift and meticulously checked it - per manager). I went to Greased Lightning in town for an oil change and they explained to me my CV Axel was missing an entire piece! I then went back to Goodyear to show them the issue I had earlier described to them and the manager lied to me and explained they meticulously went over my car and lifted it to check underneath I showed the manager where the piece was missing and he proceeded to tell me it was still my tires causing the issue! I took my car to Top Notch Auto and they fixed failed CV Axel.Goodyear would ve charged me $1,000 plus for new tires, not even fixing the problem. This would ve led to catastrophic failure while on interstate going 70 plus MPH (wheel lock when CV Axel fails).I would not trust this place to put oil in my car, let alone tires. 0/5 service. This place is an utter joke.

The Team and staff at GoodYear Auto Service in Onalaska have always been TERRIFIC! Their work is always first-rate and done promptly! The tire products that I've purchased have been consistently GREAT! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

I own a business and had a major tire puncture. Last minute and had to replace both tires. Greg was great, he was able to get me in, and Devin was an amazing tech. Got my stuff done faster than expected so I was able to get back onto the next job. Very impressed!

My rear suspension failed at 5 pm last week. Goodyear added me on to their schedule and completed a difficult job within a week. The service was exceptional and every person I talked with was kind and gracious. I am truly impressed!

Our family van had a flat tire (big nail in the tread) and after two days of adding air we knew it was time to get it fixed properly. Goodyear in Onalaska got us in same day, they were so kind and courteous, and got our family fixed and out the door in 20 minutes! We will definitely be going back.

To say I m disappointed is an understatement. I was traveling from Wisconsin back home to Iowa for my son s birthday and caught a flat tire. I had 6 kids with me when this happened! I pulled over on the side of the highway and put the donut on so I could make it to Good Year in Onalaska WI. I called ahead and the store manager said they would have to change out all 4 tires not just one due to company policy. I said you know what, let s just do it so I can get home! I then pulled in and was told he didn t have time and that he couldn t work overtime. Mind you, I got there at 3:30 and they don t close till 5pm. I was so upset because I had called ahead and just needed to get home! Then he proceeded to tell me he couldn t even put the one tire on, that I had to put it on myself!!!! At that point I paid for the one tire and waited until the next day to get the other 3 tires from Tires Plus in Onalaska WI when they opened! They were super helpful and dropped everything they were doing to squeeze me in! I have never ever received such horrible customer service from Good year! I m so disappointed and upset that this is how you treat your customers! You re guys couldn t work 30 min of OT to help me and my kids get back home!? Thanks a lot GOOD YEAR! I will never buy tires from you again!

I came to Goodyear to get a my flat tire patched up. Greg and the rest of the team were very nice and the fix was done faster than I expected. Would highly recommend going here if you are looking for quick and friendly service!

We were on our way to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN when we had a tire losing air. We got to the Goodyear place just before 4 pm. There were no time openings for today and the guys were to go home by 5 pm. Most places would send you away saying "sorry no openings". Paul O., Store Manager went Above & Beyond by providing great customer service! He found the leak and repaired it himself in 93� temp w/high humidity. Many thanks to Paul-give him a raise he's an asset to your business.

Devin Bagniewski is a great example of a consultative and trusted service advisor. He takes the time to understand, explain, and educate his customers - you understand not only the work performed, but the why. He shows great personal care in his approach to customer service and that is why we are repeat customers at the Goodyear Auto Service Center in Onalaska.

This is way overdue. We had a bolt lodged in my tire. My niece told me to go to Goodyear because they do great work. So I went early on a Saturday morning and the Manger also showed up early to open up. He ask what I need help with. He took a look at the tire and mentioned he could fixed. He was great help. I'm sorry this review is late.

What a great place to get service work done. Had to pull off the highway to see about getting an air conditioner drain hose fixed and was seen and fixed within a half hour! Thank you Paul!

I blew 2 boat trailer tires on Memorial Day afternoon and was only carrying 1 spare. I showed up 15 minutes before closing time and these guys saved me. Greg, Nate and Mitch stayed past closing time to mount the new tires and get me back on the road. Professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended.

We have recently needed tire repair and replacement for the Bethany Water ski team trailer, as well as our boat trailer tires! We worked with Paul and he is a honest and great guy to work with! We got great customer service, fair prices, and very quick service! We will continue to work with them both for our personal tire needs as well as any ski team tire needs!!!

Paul and the staff from Goodyear Auto were absolutely amazing. They were able to get my car in on short notice to fix an issue with the skid plate, and were incredibly professional and caring throughout the entire experience. I would highly recommend this location for any services needed.

We were visiting from out of town when something went wrong on our car. Paul, the storage manager, answered our early morning phone call and was able to get us in immediately. He went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend Goodyear Auto service!

Took my car for a wheel bearing replacement and brakes. They changed my bearing, its still noisy though; they also found broken struts, awesome. They told me my breaks were good, they aren't what so ever. They informed me they did an alignment after fixing my broken struts, well there's no way when another mechanic instantly knew that it was out of alignment the second he started driving it. ALSO they told me I wouldn't need tires until winter according to my receipt, however I have divots in all four of my tires (also on their condition report I finally saw they made that note). I hope they enjoyed their almost $1000 because I won't be returning, and I will tell everyone I know to take their business elsewhere.

AMAZING! I was told that I had to replace my tires due to a nail to close to the outer wall.I called to schedule an appointment (which they always answer their phone quickly and professionally!) when I went to my appointment to have all 4 of my tires replaced they called me and let me know that they would be able to patch it if I preferred that. Of course being a college student I can always use the extra money! I was surprised they were able to patch the tire after the last business I went to said they would not patch it. On top of that I asked if they could check to make sure my battery was working correctly after another business said I needed to replace it. My battery had no issues!The store manger and other staff are professional, helpful, and most important to me they are HONEST! The current store manger has been working with this company for 26 years and he truly cares about their costumers!My boyfriend and I will never go to another business for our car needs.

I blew a tire out on a pothole the evening before I was supposed to go out of town for the weekend. Devin stayed late to evaluate my vehicle and then took the initiative to stay even later and change my tires so I could make my trip. Great service. Goodyear Onalaska has a great employee.

Kevin and Mitch are truly some of the best individuals ever meet. They where willing to help with prompt and quick service and knew exactly what the issue was my vehicle at the time. They understood my rush and quickly got to work without hesitation. Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had at a Goodyear and I hope others out there know just how good a shop this one was!

My experience at Goodyear was excellent and because of the pre-appointment help I received on the phone and kind service I received at the appointment, I will be a faithful Goodyear client. Kudos to Paul Orzechowski for his excellence in service. He went above and beyond!
