TLDR: Go to Discount Tire. You will not be disappointed. Excellent sales and service. When you call you get to talk to someone at the local store.Beyond impressed with my experience at Discount Tire. About 3 weeks ago, I had the misfortune of having a flat tire on the interstate. I was able to get my car home, but I was in need of some new tires. I called all of the well known places that sold tires- Sams, Walmart, Tires Plus, Menards, etc. Not a single store had tires for my car in stock so they all said I d need to order them and it might be a bit before getting them on. Out of options, I remembered seeing another tire place out by the mall. I called Discount Tire and was immediately talking with someone right at our local store (which is a big deal these days). I inquired whether or not they had my tires in stock and lo and behold they did! They weren t necessarily my first choice but I was supposed to go out of town the following weekend and really wanted this taken care of asap. If you go on Discount Tire s website they can get most name brand tires within a couple days (so the website said). I opted to call back and said I wanted the ones they had in stock. They said I could come right over or make an appointment online. I asked how long it usually takes- he said about 30 min. I hung up and pretty soon after drove over with my donut tire on (didn t make an appointment).When I walked in the door, I was immediately greeted and when I started talking they said they knew I had been talking to a different guy so he handed me off. As I paid for my tires, workers pulled in my car and a couple guys got to work at the same time right away. It was pretty cool getting to watch them remove and install the new tires. There s a huge window in the waiting room with seats and a counter that oversees the end of the garage.While I was waiting, I also got a chance to joke with a guy who was dressed up and walking around the waiting room. (Apparently he s involved with the company and was talking about building more stores.) He asked how my experience had been so far. I told him I was beyond impressed at how efficient everything was and how nice the workers were. I shared with him the bad experience I had recently had at a local dealership and how important communication is with the customer. He agreed that communication is huge. He actively listened and seemed to genuinely care. It made me feel good as a customer.I can t say I know exactly how long it took the guys but they got the job done fast. They said they filled up my donut and put it back in my trunk. They put my 2 good tires in bags so they wouldn t get my car dirty (as I had asked to keep them).As they handed me my keys, they told me that I would see my low tire light on but that they had looked it up and after driving it a short distance it should reset. (I m glad he told me ahead of time or I would have been confused, angry, and frustrated as my car was literally still there.) Before I was even out of the parking lot, the light went away just as he said it would.I took a few pictures of signs I saw around the store and in the garage. It seems their business has a great mission and vision. I will definitely go back in the future should I need tires.P.S. My new tires (what they carried in stock) are awesome. As I drove away, it felt like I was driving on pillows (I don t notice the sensation anymore though). I was especially thankful to have them in this recent random snow/ slush day. The tires performed exceptionally well.

Excellent experience!! I wanted a specific tire that i couldn't find. They searched there stores and found me a set and had them delivered to there store. They received the tires on a Friday. And got me in for an appointment rite away on Saturday morning. I showed up early and they got me in rite away. I got new tires they had me in and out in a half hour or less. They gave me all the key info I needed to know being that I rotate my own tires. So I wanted to make sure that the torque was correct.ect.ect ect. Two thumbs up for entire experience.

I was really impressed with the professionalism from my service contact, Chris. He explained to me that I had to replace all 4 tires due to the vehicle being all wheel drive. I left and ordered the tired from their website. The tires arrived the next day at the shop. I got a call from Chris and he got me in an hour later for installation. The tires were installed in about 45 minutes and I was out the door. Very easy. Thanks Guys!

I appreciated how easy and seamless it was to book an appointment on their website - even for an appointment on a Saturday. When I walked in the store I was helped immediately and my car was taken into the bay right away. The employees were professional, helpful, and kind. He showed me the different tire options on the computer and helped me pick ones that fit my needs and budget. He also quickly diagnosed a broken valve stem on a wheel I was having issues with. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, but I didn't need to wait in it very long because my car was done sooner than I expected. I left feeling very satisfied with the service I received and my new tires and wiper blades.

Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Stopped in to look at custom rim options for my vehicle. Found some I liked and they were placed on my vehicle in about an hour. I'm very pleased with my purchase so far.

Traveled down from the Minneapolis area to see family on 3/29 and saw that there s now a Discount Tire in the area so I scheduled a tire rotation. Once I got there, I was told the tread on the tires was almost too low to even service the vehicle. Found out that the tires on the vehicle were under warranty and ended up getting brand new tires put on within an hour of showing up. Excellent service! Chris is an absolute rockstar!!

I purchased my last couple sets of tires from other Discount Tire locations and always had great service. Today, Brett helped me with a tire issue and calibrated my TPMS sensors free of charge. Great service, I ll be back when I need tires!

They saved the day when another tire store had my car all day and did nothing with it because they wanted my approval to put on a smaller or larger tire. The other store had my tire size a week earlier. Discount Tire had the right size in stock and got me in right away. They even stayed a little late for me. Very happy with the price and competent service.

I called, they had tires. I came in, zero wait. They had my wheels off my car within 5 minutes and I had four new tires for roughly $400 in probably 40 minutes.Super convenient.Double edged sword is, the more people know about this place the slower service will become
