They got my car right in on time, did just what they were asked to do and the inspection. Always gives me piece of mind that all is right with my car.The waiting area is comfortable to wait in and I can walk outside to see the new cars.

Had a 9am appointment for an oil change. Our vehicle was returned to us at 12:14pm with no explanation. They did comp our service.

We were finally able to get some warranty work completed. I was unable to get through to there service department by phone even after multiple attempts. I finally went to the dealership and still had to ask a salesperson to find someone in the service area to make an appointment. I finally got an appointment and they still had to call me the day of the appointment to figure out what work needed to be done. I did explain all the work that needed to be done when the appointment was made. Not a good service department. It's been poor since they were purchased by Dahl.

Made an appointment a month in advance. I dropped my vehicle off the night before due to ride situation. I used their online service to leave a note stating that s what I d be doing. I also selected to receive a phone call the day of service. Which they didn t do. So after calling them 3 times, and leaving a voicemail. I received a call an hour before they close that they didn t know it was there . So I had to go through a pain of working out getting my vehicle the next day. The bill for the repair I had done was more than the highest quotes( I looked into after the fact) from other servicers.

Scheduled an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I waited for 2 1/2 hours, while watching several other people that arrived after me get their cars back while I am still waiting. When I asked if there was a problem with my car, I was told there wasn't and that they were just short staffed. Well, I understand that but don't serve people that came in after me before me, especially when I scheduled an appointment for something that shouldn't take more than 30 minutes! And at the very least, make a point to tell me that there is going to be a delay and that my scheduled appointment is being bumped and see if I want to reschedule. Ridiculous

I recently had my vehicle in for 2 specific issues. During the week long back and forth, with the service advisor, I became frustrated with Dahl for a handful of inconsistencies and communication breakdowns, in which made me think I was being taken advantage of. I've had a few bad experiences with Honda Motorwerks/Dahl Honda in the past, so I was hyper sensitive to having to get warranty work done at Dahl. It was a perfect storm for disappointment. After a brief chat with Pete, the Service manager, he informed me that his team is somewhat new, thus intercommunication and workflow is still getting ironed out. Any other day, I would take it as an excuse, but I do believe him. I do believe one of the employees involved in my poor experience, was trying their best that week and that they were new. It is quite feasible that my bad experience was due to a team learning curve combined with my over sensitive expectations. Anyways, The service manager was very friendly and he let me express my concerns uninterrupted and then went way above and beyond to make sure I walked out satisfied....which I was. Everything was top notch. Staff were friendly and helpful and my service advisor Pete was awesome. He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to help me. I can highly recommend this place for your car care needs.

Nice new facility, service staff is friendly and helpful. Dropped my car off for recall and didn't know they perform a 20 point inspection on it. A little better communication about the service they provide will keep customers better informed and happy.

The people at the service desk were helpful and friendly. I also needed to speak to the mechanic, and that was no problem. He was also very helpful and accommodating. The shop was clean and well organized. The prices are fair. The lobby is nice and clean.

They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We were from out of state and passing through when we had engine troubles. We called them an hour before close & they gave us a towing company to call, gave us a loaner, and sent us on our way. They called the next day - SATURDAY - to make sure we got home OK let us know what was wrong with our vehicle, and give us a timeline and estimate. Later that day they helped my daughter get our Christmas tree off the van and loaded onto her car. I can't say enough about how great they treated us and if they weren't over 120 miles away, I'd be going there always.

We had a great time here.The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jordan came right up to us and showed us exactly what we were looking for without any sales pressure you always hear about at car dealerships.
