Transmission replacement. Took 3 days. Car was done at 5pm.The valet driver was gone already but they went above and beyond to get me my car for the weekend. My service advisor came and got me!! I was so happy.Car drives like new. Thank you so much.(Pro Tip: get the extended warranty when you buy a car like I did.)

I live in Georgia and saw a pre-owned car online from Dahl Ford that I was intersted in. I worked with Brian Lucey and Scott Siver, and I was so impressed with how they handled the entire transaction. Communication was excellent, making the transaction smooth, even though I was out of state. Most of all, it was very apparent that they were both straight shooters, who were very transparent. Absolutely no sales pressure whatsoever, which made the purchase easy and enjoyable. They even did a photo/video walk around for me, so they could point out any minor imperfections in the vehicle. Then they took the car to get those imperfections fixed, so the vehicel arrived to me in perfect condition. For those that live around Analaska, WI you can have complete confidence that Dahl Ford hires good people who have their customers' best interest at heart. Highly recommended!

Barry at Dahl was so great to work with! He was knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles we were looking at (engine, performance, safety, amenities, etc.). He spent a lot of time with us making sure he was putting us in the right vehicles that match our lifestyle and desired options. At no time did we feel rushed or pushed to make a quick decision.Overall a great experience and would highly recommend Barry and Dahl!!

Fast, friendly. Very helpful. Not pushy. Got a fantastic vehicle with great price/rebates. The dealership even delivered the truck to our home 45 minutes away, as we were not able to send another driver in the car to pick it up due to extenuating circumstances.

Dahl was amazing. Randy was awesome to work with. He wasn t pushy and was there to help you answer all your questions. I was there for almost the entire day because we bought 2 vehicles so we test drove a lot! The sales staff was fantastic and extremely friendly. I recommend looking and buying from them!

A few months ago I purchased a beautiful used Lincoln SUV. I noticed a little problem during the test drive but purchased it anyway. Dahl Ford ordered the parts and fixed the problem no cost to me. The car is wonderful and every person I ve dealt with there has been friendly and helpful! Glad I made the purchase there - highly recommend!

Overall I'm very happy with the service, purchase and experience I received. I stopped in late on a Monday and test drove a truck. Came back later that week and test drove it again. Due to the time of day, we weren't able to get all the paperwork and detailing of the truck done. So we left and arrived back at 1030 the following morning to find the truck ready and spent 20 minutes on paperwork.Overall I'm very pleased with the truck, purchase price, trade in price, "checkout experience" and follow up by Dahl in Onalaska.

Randy and Scott S. helped get our deal done. No complaints. I would definitely recommend them and Dahl Ford. They seem way more competitively priced and actually offer Certified PreOwned vehicles, which have a tiny bit of warranty at least. I was happy to finally find a dealer that could be reasonable and get the sale done quickly.

I had bought my 2014 Ford Fusion at Dahl ford 3 years ago. After purchasing it there I have ONLY ever had regular maintenance done by Dahl.I brought my car in after I had some lights go off on my dashboard. They scanned my car and told me that there was a faulty wire and that nothing was actually wrong with my car. After getting the wire fixed the same lights were still popping up on my dash board. Brought my car back in and after scanning it again they said a new code is popping up and that it was in regards to my transmission.I was helped by a man named Noah and he pretty much explained that there were apparently chunks in my fluid and that I needed a new transmission. Laid out a price of $6000-$8000. Didn t give me ANY other options on how to help or any other direction I could go but told me to call my mom and we should figure it out. I m a single parent and I do not have a surplus of vehicles laying around. After being told I shouldn t drive the car and not being given a loaner vehicle. I tried to get a quote on how much my car would be worth if I traded it in so I worked with one of Dahls sale associates and they gave me a trade in price and the gentleman I worked with told me he would email me some cars they had in their inventory that would match the price on what I could afford. I NEVER recieved an email, NEVER got a follow up call back or anything.Save your money and time people. I ended up going elsewhere, where they gave me a far better price, inspected the rest of my car and also told me that my breaks pads were as thin as a post card, which Dahl never told me about. I have had regular maintenance follow ups with Dahl so it s beyond me how this was never found. I will not be returning to Dahl. They were rude, unhelpful, and dissmisive. I m only writing this review to hopefully save others time and money.

The absolute worse place to buy a car.You ask a question and the sales idiot says 'I don't know I'm just a salesman. That is for a mechanic.'You start the negotiation on the price and he says I have no say in negotiating I just take your offer to the manager.I'm a Ford salesman. I do not know anything about this car. I sent you information on but I didn't read it.Very poor acting on his part.I would never buy from there or recommend anyone to buy either.

Another poor experience from Dahl. The communication is terrible. I bring my vehicle in at 7:30am and even after a full day they don t look at the issues it was in for. Can t get anyone to answer phones and then all I get are excuses when I finally get someone on the phone. Unfortunate when you try to support local businesses.

So disappointed with Dahl Ford s expert advice . Would never again bring a vehicle here to get serviced. They ve unfortunately caused me to lose my trust in Ford. Brought my vehicle to my local mechanic to fix Dahl Ford s error and will continue to support my local mechanic for all future service needs.

Since moving here in March, I have had several reasons to go to both the Dahl Ford and the Quick Lane. New tires, 50k miles servicing, repair of tire wheel well. Overall I have been extremely pleased with both teams, but I want to give special mention of Brock Schabel who has repeatedly gone above and beyond with his customer service. I m truly pleased to do business with someone who seems genuinely happy to assist me!

I like the idea of making and setting up your own appointment online. So I used this to make an appointment for my rear axle seals, that were leaking. However, after picking up my vehicle and driving home, I experienced an abnormal feeling in the rear of the vehicle. It would slide and get very loose when hitting water or driving on gravel. I brought it back to the Dahl Ford and they noticed the alignment on the rear axle was off from the previous repairs. They got it in and fixed very promptly and was very apologetic for the inconvenience. Still drove away a happy customer.

This is my first experience with Dahl ford and will be my last. I purchased a 2020 truck from Connor Z in January and started to have some battery issues. I had the battery replaced with a new ford battery but the issue remained. I directly asked Connor if this truck has ever been used as a snow plow truck and he said no just a start to the multiple stories I was told about the trucks history. I found western plow owners manual in the glove box and modifications to the positive terminal cover. I contacted Connor and he said I should have purchased the extended warranty then ignored two calls and messages to work this out. I called yesterday and talked to Scott S a sales manager and he said the same thing then back tracked and offered to make an appointment to look at the truck. I talked to him at 10 in the morning and didn t receive a call back to schedule one until 3:45. I have noticed that on the most recent service tag the battery box was left blank but was marked off on the Wisconsin buyers guide both done with the same mileage on the truck. I m not saying that they falsified the paperwork but the coincidence that the exact thing they didn t mark is the exact issue I m having seems a little fishy. There are lots of ford dealerships out there do yourself a favor and pass this one by.

So, after some thinking, I have to apologize to Barry and those at Dahl Ford. I made some mistakes in who too contact and which caused a domino effect of miscommunication. Barry and Zach are working on making things right with me (despite my disposition). Car is gonna nickel and dime me to death.Sometimes, we feel we are picking the right thing for us in the moment, (that is on us), then realize it does not suit us.Apologies Dahl Ford. I reacted poorly to the situation. I recommend you give them a chance too fulfill your automotive needs.Always ask for a copy of the work order on parts they replaced before putting out on the floor to sell.

Great service once again. Noah was very helpful and friendly and they were able to get my car into the shop for same day service. They fixed what i needed to get driving again, and when I declined to have my cruise control fixed due to the cost of a brand new unit, they did not try to twist my arm into having it repaired by them and instead i was given some good advice on possibly trying to find a used unit and they even printed out the part numbers i would need. Trustworthy, excellent service. Would recommend!

Had a breakdown on the way to Mayo clinic for medical couldn t make it the rest of the way. When is a car left our car at the rental from there I was place at the airport and called Dahl the next day they. They were very quick didn t have the part but let us know that they had fixed it temporarily so we could get home which is another 250 miles, so they were very good with us. I d recommend them to anyone.

Had my oil changed at Quicklane. Everything went smoothly, and efficient. I was taken to work, and picked up at my work when done. The employee's were friendly, and great. It was a painless process, and will go back again.

We were about 2 hours into a cross country RV trip when we started having difficulties with battery charging on our tow vehicle. We stopped at Dahl and we re introduced to Jim the shops foreman. Jim dropped what he was doing and helped us troubleshoot our problem, fixed it and got us on our way. I ve honestly not experienced this type of service in a very long time. Jim understood how important the trip was to our family and worked hard to get us back on the road. I ve been a Ford guy all my life and the next time I m in the market for a new F150 I will be going to Dahl even though it is 2 hours away from my home.
