My new to me Lincoln vehicle needed a thorough look over in the Service Dept and Paul happily obliged with utmost courtesy an attentiveness! His explanations and the report of an optional replacement to a concern I had, was all prepared and quoted.Assistant Sales Manager, Jack, shared his time to completely walked me through the features of the vehicle, and handled all my questions very respectfully and with ease.Gordon was helpful with courtesy rides to and from my job to make having the vehicle serviced an easy task to have accomplished. He was so pleasant to visit with as well.Thank you to your outstanding employees who made today s service a wonderful experience!

Trevor was awesome! Very attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Bill helped us get a fair trade in value for our vehicle that our family out grew and Allen walked us through our contract in a very efficient way that made it all painless with a 6 month old. Great Job! Will definitely choose van horn for our futer Vehicles and We will refer everyone here.

Jaret was fantastic to deal with. Very polite and respected my personality. The rest of the team was professional and got things done in an efficient mannerThe won't team was friendly, I was not given any high pressure pitch to buy extras, and I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time.On top of that, the team gave a fair trade-in value and a great price on my vehicle, which I'm very happy with.I would recommend this team if you want fair pricing, attentive customer service, and free oil changes for life!

I decided to visit this location after searching for days online for another Lincoln. When I arrived, the atmosphere seemed pretty friendly and I was assisted right away. I initially went to just view a vehicle but was satisfied to move forward with trading my vehicle after being offered a fair deal. Overall, I have no complaints and appreciated their service. My auto salesmen was Jack and he was also very friendly. I d definitely recommend.

Fantastic service! Jack and team in Oconomowoc helped me find exactly what I was looking for and personally delivered to my home within a 40 minute window to be able to surprise my wife with a new car for Christmas. Jack, Al, and Bruce went ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Jack did an outstanding job with hooking me up with a new to me truck, he was very friendly and super easy going. With my experiences with other dealers and sales guys Jack has been by far my favorite and most personable experience I ve had! As well as the rest of the crew over at van horn! I appreciate their hard work and time commitment to making an easy and smooth sale happen for me! I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Took a while to get an appointment. But once it was in, it was done in several days. They offered no loaner and my bill was over six thousand dollars. The car works great over all. They are close to my house so it was easy to drop off and pick up

I purchased an Audi Q7 for my wife at this location. I worked with Robert and he was very helpful and easy to work with. Even though it wasn't an Audi dealership, Robert was very knowledgeable about the Q7, and was able to show my family all the cool features with the vehicle. The sales manager and finance was also just as friendly and easy to work with. None of them gave off the stereotypical negative salesmen vibe. On top of all that, they gave me a great deal. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

Ben was great to work with, he was willing to help us out with looking at multiple different cars. He was very nice and I would recommend working with him. We did have some issues with cars not being available but other than that everyone was very helpful!

Found a couple vehicles online we were interested in and setup an appointment for a test drive. Our salesman, Trevor, was thoughtful enough to call us when one wasn't going to be available due to circumstances beyond his control. Ended up getting the one we could test drive and had a great experience with ALL the staff we interacted with! Highly recommend this location!

VanHorn didn t even look at my car. For some reason they took down my drivecam and erased the card. Keep telling me my issue is due to an aftermarket part, but was installed at the factory and is listed on the original window sticker- have had it in 2 times with no results. It s a 2023 Edge. I m taking the issue to the Ford District manager in hopes of resolving. I think they are billing Ford warranty for NOTHING done. They also left my hood not secured. It started to lift on the freeway. Picture of dash hood alert and camera hanging down. Why??

Jack was amazing to work with when trading in our previous vehicle and getting our new one. We were looking at a specific vehicle from a different Van Horn location and he was able to get it brought to the Ocon branch not even 24 hours later. Jack was very easy to work with and was able to walk us through the process quickly. We are extremely happy with the service we received at Van Horn.

Working at a few dealerships I know what to expect but they have really set themselves apart here and keep that small town feel. First, I used their pick up & delivery service for a recall notice. They picked up the vehicle in the morning from my work and dropped it off and was ready when I was done for the day. What a time saver!This week my battery died in this freezing cold. Called, scheduled a mobile service for the next day. Friendly guy came and swapped it out quickly. Super appreciative to not have to use a tow, jump, or depend on someone else as they came to me. Customer service is top notch from the texts, mobile tech and the link to pay. Made a stressful car situation hassle-less and truly appreciate everyone involved! Thank you!!

Great shopping experience with Van Horn Oconomowoc and their sales rep Ryan. My fianc�e and I had a great experience a no hassle purchase process. Ryan took good care of us and was a clear and effective communicator. We were an out of state purchaser and the dealership knew what they were doing. Very pleased.

Disappointing experience. I scheduled my service appointment several weeks in advance to secure the 1st available appointment slot (7am) so that I could meet other appointments later in the day - they had the truck for 9 hours. 9 hours for a simple oil change, tire rotation and driveline service (drain and fill). I attempted multiple phone calls to determine status - no one would answer the phone. When I picked up the truck, there was no comments from the service advisor on any issues. As I reviewed the techs paperwork - I found issues with the cooling system and the oil pan. I had to force a conversation to understand more. And the icing on the cake - they scratched my hood.

We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Metcalf, great experience and very professional. Absolutely no pressure to buy and easy to have conversations about anything in regards to the car. Ryan was knowledgable, answered all questions we had, looked for things we had questions on making us feel reassured about the vehicle. A few weeks delayed in writing this but a big thumbs up to Van Horn Ford. I don't think I've had an easier, more respectful and collaborative car buying experience in my 30 yrs as a car owner. Billy and Allen put in a flurry or work just before and right after Christmas to pull a deal together. Can't say enough positive things and I highly recommend. Working with them to finalize a missing key but have 100% confidence this team will finish that last play. Thank you.

Had a great experience with everyone at Van Horn. Primarily dealt with Jack and Stephanie and they were great! Very knowledgeable, went above and beyond, no pressure, very friendly... You could tell they really wanted to make sure we were happy and took their time answering questions, never seemed in a rush even though it was close to closing. We were very impressed (especially compared to how most dealerships are) and would definitely use them again even though they're almost 2 hours away from us. Thanks everyone!

I was searching for a used F150 for a few months with no luck. I finally found the exact truck I was looking for at Van Hornford of Oconomowoc. I wasn't sure I wanted to make a 2 hour trip only to be disappointed. In stepped Jake Knight. Jake set me at ease and convinced me to make the trip. I'm glad I did because he really made my trip worthwhile. He was honest, sincere and made the buying experience simple. Thanks to Jake, 2 hours later I left Van Horn with my truck. I would recommend Jake Knight to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Been looking for a car for about a month, found a 2020 Escape listed at Van Horn of Oconomowoc which caught my eye.I reached out and got hooked up with Jason.From the start, Jason really was the perfect match. Texted me enough to keep me up to date, but not annoyingly where it felt like a salesman. Set up an appointment, he was there with the car ready.He was knowledgeable and any butterflies I had evaporated upon meeting him. Met the finance team who weren t pushy, even though I used my own bank it was nice to go over their numbers. Sales manager Ricco was great. No hard ball. Right to business.I live an hour away but 10/10 would use Van Horn Ford again. Thanks Jason!

I was able to work with Ben, Jack and Bradley at the Oconomowoc Van Horn location. These three gentlemen were not only professional throughout the entirety of the process, but displayed the abilities to throughly communicate and follow up throughout the process. They worked with my concerns and were able to establish a relationship based sale in a short time. Very friendly, knowledgeable and were creative during deal making process. Would recommend this team to anyone searching for a used vehicle.
