Zach is the kind of auto mechanic everyone should have...doesn't look for anything to pad his pockets..if it NEEDS fixing he will fix it at a fair price..and super nice person adds the cherry on top!

Zach's a great guy. Brought up with old school values. Very fair, honest, and no bs kinda guy. Excellent service done in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier with the service that Zach provided me with here at Toms. You don't find mechanics like Zach around much anymore. He's a great guy, straight shooter, fantastic mechanic, great to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about his trade!It will be tough if I ever move away or he moves away to find another mechanic like him. Highly recommend!!!

Zac is one of the nicest person you will ever meet. We have never had any issues with any work he has done on our vehicles which is a lot of work on multiple vehicles. I highly recommend Tom's auto.

Tom's Auto Repair was recommended to me about a year ago. This week I drove my 07 Pontiac over to get it looked at after the dealership listed 6 things terribly wrong. Zach, the owner and mechanic, looked it over and fixed the single main issue. Very happy with the service. Feels nice to have found a mechanic to bring our vehicles to for years to come. Keep up the good work Zach!

My first experience with Tom's Auto today, and it was a good one. Zach is easy to communicate with, explains what needs to be done, and what probably should be done since he's under the car (but leaves the decision up to you). He doesn't have the fancy amenities of the fancy shops, nor does he charge the fancy prices.

I trust Zach more than any other mechanic I've ever had. He does great work and is 100% honest about everything. Highly recommended.

Zac is very professional. I ve been taking my vehicles to him for years. Always reasonably priced. All work is through and he explains everything. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else.

This has been my mechanic since the day I got my license (4 years ago and 5 different vehicles) and I will keep it that way for as long as possible! He has saved me thousands of dollars and goes out of his way to be as helpful as possible. My only complaint is that he set such a high bar that when I have been forced to go to other places (due to my location), I have always been disappointed. Couldn't ask for a better mechanic! He is the first and only mechanic I would recommend 10/10 to anybody and everybody

Great service at reasonable prices. It's a small repair shop in a small town run by a friendly guy named Zach. He works on only what is needed and won't talk you into anything unnecessary. We've been customers for several years and highly recommend for auto repair.

I lived in Okauchee for 3 years and drove old, used cars because I was on a tight budget. Tom and Zach kept those quirky old machines rolling for me and worked with me on paying for things. I didn't just find an honest and talented mechanic, I found good friends. Tom's auto will solve your automotive problem and never BS you or rip you off.

Zack from Tom's Auto Repair is a great machanic. When he fixes something it STAYS fixed!! I'm so happy i found this repair shop. I was ripped off by so many shops in this area. Tom's Auto Repair is HONEST and he stands by his work. Thanks for always helping me with this car of mine :) D.S.

Zach is a treasure. Honest, accommodating, efficient. No upselling, hoodwinking, or tomfoolery. Excellent mechanic, and likely quite fun to have a beer with.

When I first moved to Okauchee my break line on my 99 carolla blew. He fixed the blown line for very cheap and also before touching the other one that was very rusted probably going to blow too he called to make sure it was okay to fix the other as well at the same time to keep the cost of labor down while he had the guards off and such.Every time I get my oil changed there, they will look over my car and let me know if anything is going to need replacing soon. But they have never lied about the condition of something like some other scummy places do to just get more money out of you.Tom and Zach also fixed my brother's audi with a million things broken on it for under 500$. They know their stuff and won't charge you an arm and a leg. And are always honest about everything.I do not take my car anywhere else than to Tom's Auto, and now my whole family takes their cars to Tom's Auto as well (30min drive for them).
