I really, really needed the front brakes repaired on my old, high-mileage van, and they were able to get me in and out the same day. I much appreciated the shuttle service to and from work as well. I enjoyed my ride in the shuttle, a 2014 Tesla.

After continually forgetting to get new tires, I was able to get in last minute. Turns out the Honda dealership gave me false info on my brake maintenance too I was able to get into Silver Lake the day after I put in my request. Austin was wonderful! I also love the full inspection report. I ll be coming here from now on. I never felt pressured to spend money either which I really like

So happy with the services I received at Silver Lake Auto! I called to schedule an appointment for a few issues I was having. They were very quick to schedule an appointment for me. Thankfully I didn't need a car for a couple days, but they provided a shuttle to and from their center to my home. They also did offer a courtesy vehicle if mine was to take longer than expected. Austin was incredibly kind and helpful. They sent a report to my email which I was able to review prior to committing to any services and when unexpected items came up they were very honest about my choices. Although the work I needed was a little more on the pricy side, I will absolutely be returning to Silver Lake Auto for any future concerns. I believe their pricing is very honest and excellent for the services provided.

I had a slow leak in 1 tire and went in at 8am and was told tire not repairable and had 4 new tires installed same day and had my Jeep back by 5pm. Their staff is amazing and would not go anywhere else for tires. The new tires made an incredible difference in the ride quality over the factory tires that were still on at 30,000 miles. 5 Stars all the way and highly recommend. They treat you right!!!

From the beginning to the end, the management and staff were great. Kudos to Shawn H. for his in touch approach to management and for towing my dead car to the shop. Austin began working on it immediately, and I had my car back the next day, despite the number of services needed and my persistent phone calls. Other places had backlogs and want to make me grateful just to take my phone cal, but Silver Lake Auto took care of me and my old Ford. I will be a repeat customer at Silver Lake Auto. Thanks for the wash and vacuum too!!

The guys at Silver Lake Auto always take good care of my car, no matter what the problem is. They charge a fair price, do quick service, and provide a loaner car too. Michael is an awesome service rep! Highly recommend SLA&TC!!

This is my first experience with Silver Lake, Auto, but they did some work on my jeep. Grand Cherokee suspension that some other shops would not tackle. They didn t incredible job and got me back on the road in a timely fashion. Really happy with their advisors, specifically, Austin, who help me through the process. Will definitely be coming back for further automotive needs.

This was my first time using Silver Lake Auto and I was very impressed! The staff is very thorough and they walk you through everything they did as well as recommendations without making it feel too overwhelming. I never felt pressured to make a decision on the spot, which is a refreshing change from other auto establishments I have been to previously. I will definitely back for future services.

Austin did a wonderful job communicating with me through an unexpected & costly accident with my vehicle. He made me feel like a priority and secure in my choice to be serviced by Silver Lake! He made sure when I got back in my vehicle it was safe for me. Lastly, Austin was very understanding and personable with my experience. Thanks again Austin & the technicians who worked on my Dodge.

Mike S. took care of my vehicle and was up front and transparent about everything my vehicle needed. Great service work. They also offered a courtesy vehicle while my car was getting work done, which was appreciated but not needed. My only gripe (not a big deal due to my vehicle being done slightly earlier than expected) is that I had to call to get updates on my vehicle. I'm not sure if there is a texting feature for status updates for vehicles. Overall, great work! I'll be back for sure.

I had some issues with our vehicle that needed to be addressed and they were confirmed after inspection. The parts needed arrived earlier than expected which allowed for an earlier pickup. Conversation throughout the process was timely and detailed.

Highly recommend great place very clean, tidy and 1 of the cleanest shops ive ever been to!! Staff is very friendly. They helped me out a lot with getting my car back after being towed there's not a lot of great people in this world but the staff here really did me a solid and I can't thank them enough,, my gratitude cannot be put into words, if your car gets towed here you're very lucky best experience I've ever had at a tow lot no joke. I was arrested and jailed so my car was there a few days and their kindness was extremely refreshing and I can't thank them enough!!!!!!! Thanks again staff at silver lake auto!!!!!!!

I arrived at 10am with no appointment and a flat tire in my trunk but needed new tires anyway. The silver lake team gave me a loaner and four new tires on the car by 3pm. Great job!

We were stuck on the side of the road with a flat. We called silver lake and reached Brett. He was there in minutes and made us feel at ease immediately. He was so helpful. Because of him will use silver lake again.

Took vehicle to be serviced again. And again the folks at Silver Lake did an excellent job. Kudos to Zach. Recommended services I only needed and went out of his way to get vehicle back to me quick. He also provided updates, photos and video so that I knew exactly what was happening with my car. The people here are very honest and the pricing is very reasonable. CONGRADULATIONS ! YOU MADE A GOOD CHOICE! YOU TOOK your hybrid vehicle to be serviced HERE.You ll save yourself stress and a financial hardship. Un- Like up the street. The service center is quite knowledgeable on hybrids and TESLAS.They give you, your codes so you can research. They let you give your input by phone or email.They guarantee their work for 3 years and / 36000 miles. They don't put you in a small enclosed room to pay your bill.You will get a FREE LOANER IF YOU PLAN IT RIGHT. Or a ride home.THEY WILL admit to a simple mistake and try to fix it even after you paid your bill.That's quality service !!I recommend them highly. Unfortunately for me it took 3 years to find this place because I was convinced only a dealership, who should have had the right tools and access the correct info for my car, did not. Better late THEN completelyBROKE!Thank you to all the staff at Silver Lake Auto!

The tow truck driver, Shawn, was VERY helpful, professional an understanding with my dad's van the other day. At the time we didn't know why his van refused to start only that we needed to get his vehicle towed from his underground parking spot. Shawn arrived and showed us the key located within the fob and was able to start dad's car. Turned out the battery in his key fob had died making it unable to start the car. Thanks to Shawnfor coming to the rescue and helping get us on the right path quickly.Kathy

My rear brake seized so I had my car towed to Silver Lake Auto. They did a whole car inspection and noted several other items that needed attention as well as the rear brakes. I received a written quote the next day. I chose the items I wanted repaired and signed the quote online. The repairs were completed the same day and I was able to pick up the car by 5:00. Great work from the the team from start to finish. Only needed an oil change and tire rotation, but took great care of me. Hope to not use them often as that means my cars are working properly, but look forward to working with them every time.

Silver Lake Auto did an excellent job repairing my '84 Blazer. I was concerned they wouldn't work on an older vehicle but they had no issues. I personally wouldn t recommend them. I brought in my truck in that needed a rear transmission seal replaced and they quoted $800. They also have to do a diagnosis fee and charged me $200. I brought it to another shop that charged me $100 for the seal. They just over charge and want to make your vehicle perfect. (Nice people, just expensive)Service: Transmission

Always friendly and timely with their service. They take the time to explain the repair and talk you through it. Reasonable pricing and offer rides and/or loaner vehicles. Highly recommend!

Zac and Silver lake motors had opportunities to worked on my mothers first car she ever bought with her own money and try to take advantage of a family heirloom by charging us a whole lot of work to which they didn t perform with along tow almost $1000 for something which cost with labor no more than $4-$500 . And the right after the came back with the same problem. Even if you have the money to spend please be advice the inappropriate behavior of taking advantage of customers is not acceptable. To show how much they respect the community.
