Love this shop! Took our truck in for service. They contacted us every step of the way. They fixed what we took it in for and a few other things after approval. They got it done way faster than expected and did not go over what they quoted us.Most trustworthy shop, highly recommend!

I had called Precision and asked if they could get a Hercules tire for me as my rear passenger side tire went flat and I was riding on the spare. The man who answered my call said yes and that they would order and have it there around 2:30 p.m. And sure enough it was there when he said it would be. I drove out there and it was changed promptly. The personnel were friendly and the service was excellent! I believe I found my new business for my tire upkeep. I highly recommend them. Problem with TCM on 2012 F350 dually. Ford said there were no TCM available and they were not producing anymore. Aaron and his crew studied the situation, ordered the same item for a single wheel, programmed it for dually and it worked like a champ. I cannot give a high enough praise and recognition of their work and willingness to fix a problem.

Everyone at Precision was very kind and helpful! Got my emissions test done and plates renewed in under 10 minutes. They were so kind I went back for an oil change and tire rotation. Will definitely be going back for any work that needs to be done on my vehicle. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Good for oil changes, not for other repairs.PROS: Great option for oil changes, as they offer a rewards program, and it's well priced. They aren't pushy nor give you a laundry list of things wrong with your car. Only bring up major items and let you make the call. Also convenient to get emissions testing done here.CONS: Two out of two times I've had any repair/diagnostic work done, I've come out with surprise charges that weren't communicated beforehand. The first was an engine filter replacement, and the second was a nearly 3x increase in diagnostic fees after I declined service (which wasn't called out on the quote).Overall repair prices seem average for any other auto shop.

TJ and the team at Precision A&D are always very professional and customer service focused. The assessments on my vehicles at any anytime is fair and explained in detail informing me of what exactly needs to be done. Their pricing, scheduling and turnaround on service is A+. I drive 1/2, instead of going to any place much closer, simply because of Precision's great service.

Shout out to Aaron at Precision Auto! Went in with general questions about new wheels and tires for a truck and he spent almost an hour going over all of my options and what would work best vs. what would not. Awesome help from him and will be going back! Thanks again Aaron!

Precision shouldn't be in the name, brought 2 cars to this shop, one for a coolant leak and the other for brakes. First car still leaks after 2 separate times going back to the shop. Second car got rear brakes, and I understand brakes have a break-in period, but after the first 300 to 500 miles or so they should stop making noise and be quiet, just over a thousand miles later and they still make noise. Brakes also shouldn't be putting out so much brake dust it coats the wheels after every wash. They haven't installed them correctly... Save your money and go somewhere else.

Honest people. Took my car in for a repair and he informed me that it was covered under my power train warranty and to take to the dealer. Always good to find a honest and trustworthy shop!! They have definitely earned my future business!!

Great shop, I make the drive from pewaukee to take my truck here. The people I ve spoken to on the phone are nice and the techs there do quality work from what I ve seen. Will be taking my truck here in the future and suggesting to friends and family. The pricing is reasonable compared to other shops and the dealer and they get the work done quickly. Don t have anything negative to say

Once again they were able to get me in quickly and back on the road! I have taken several vehicles here and they always do a great job at a fair price. I do a lot of my own work on my cars but on the things I can t this is the shop I go to! Thanks for the great service as always!!

I drive a Metris. My go-to Metris forum has several posts indicating poor tire wear from poor alignments done by Mercedes mechanics and others. Had springs changed and a subsequent alignment at Precision a year and a half and 20,000 miles ago. Hadn t rotated the tires since then, my bad! Tires have all worn equally/evenly and are at 6/32. Will get new tires in 8,000 miles and get $120 per tire warranty payment.Work was completed as promised and priced competitively.

I had a great experience with Aaron at Precision Auto & Diesel! I called early one morning explaining I had two bald front tires. I was shocked to find out they had my tires in stock and they could get me in that afternoon! The price was amazing, Aaron was wonderful to work with, and now I feel safe on the road! Thank you!

I have a 2010 Lexus RX 350 and I needed a new starter they were able to get me in in one day and out by 3:30 that very same day with phenomenal pricing. I would highly recommend these guys anytime

They replaced my bad fuel pump and leaking water pump. I picked my truck up, and that day, pulled my camper out to South Dakota. Truck ran perfect!

The service and quality of work was top notch took care of my older vehicle and treated it as if it was there own . There equipment is state of the art . Had oversized tires balanced along with alignment.

All of the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they do a great job on all my vehicle maintenance, have more than fair prices for all of their services along with a quick turnaround time. Precision Auto & Tire Pros is where all of my family that lives in the area takes their vehicles because of their quality work and personable employees.

The lobby was inviting and clean. The staff was friendly, informative and personable. Aaron informed me on tire tread technology and what I should look to buy when winter rolls around. Adam at the front desk was helpful in dispensing information and updates on the car coming from the mechanic who worked on it (Ben). Family run business that will definitely have repeat business from me. Definite must and worth a drive even if you're not local.

Came here for the first time to have an emissions test done. I called first and the guy on the phone was very friendly. The guy that did the test was also friendly and completed the test in about 5 minutes.
