A+!!!! I took my 2013 Maxima in for a front bumper replacement and to install new headlights. Car looks great and they did an outstanding job! It looks like they even vacuumed the interior and cleaned my windows! Great customer service. Heidi rocks!! They mixed the paint needed for my Lexus and touched up the scrape. Lexus dealership said that it would be three months before they could get me the touch up paint. My place to go if I need work done.

Pesicek provides great customer service and does amazing auto body work. I had to have the entire roof on my car replaced after the garage door in a parking structure decided to close as I drove under it. I can t even tell where they did the work, it looks just like new. No seams, bumps, weld marks, or paint differences. The staff is friendly and explains things fully. I never felt as if I was being misled or pressured into any unnecessary work. They communicated with my insurance company completely, making the entire process much easier for me. I highly recommend Pesicek if you re looking for honest people who do outstanding work.

I had work done back in September and I feel compelled to write Pesicek a review. First and foremost, their customer service is beyond compare. Never have I been taken care of by an auto body shop the way I was by the staff here. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. I couldn t be happier with the work I had done and the service from start to finish. They have earned a lifelong customer without a doubt!

My entire experience with Pesicek recently was one of the best I have had with an Auto Body business. I needed a quote for insurance purposes to start and they turned it around in 1 day. A few months later, I set up my appointment only to write down the wrong day. They understood and got me in the next day, awesome. Upon dropping off the car to get my back bumper replaced, they got it done in one day. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish were incredible.

I took two cars here recently. My Porsche needed a bumper repair. When I picked up the car, it looked good. But the more I looked at it, the more I questioned the color match. I took it back, and they were exceptionally helpful. I was happy with the end result. Shortly thereafter, I took my Camry there to have a leaky roof repaired (where it meets the windshield). They did an excellent job, and went the extra mile, adding a trim piece at no cost and coming in under budget. I'd definitely go there again if I needed a repair or just wanted my car painted.

I wish that all businesses treated me as well as Pesicek Auto Body in Oconomowoc! Their service is above and beyond and their staff is incredible. Jeff is one of the most professional, kind and helpful people I have ever met. I trusted him from the very minute I met him, and he represents the businesses so well. Any company would be lucky to have him working for them! My car was a huge mess and they made it look outstanding. I know that they didn t do a minimum repair job , but they went above and beyond. They even took the time to clean my car spotless inside and out, and even buffed my headlights! Every detail of their service from dealing with the insurance company to the bouquet of flowers they give you when you pick up your vehicle, is just phenomenal!

Had some body work done on my car, and the staff was so nice and courteous, and the end result was fantastic. They have a great waiting room ,and made sure I had a loaner car to get to work, and gave me flowers when my car was done. I would greatly recommend this business to any one in need of auto body work or painting. All around great local businesses :-)

I am not someone who writes reviews but this was such a stellar experience I feel obligated. From the very beginning the follow up was excellent. They called when they said they would call, they got my car in a week ahead of schedule and completed a day early. The real stunner was when I went to pick up my car. I didnt even recognize it it was so shiny/clean. I literally went around to the back to look at the license plate to be sure it was mine. I got in and the inside was also cleaned up and left on the passenger seat was a thank you card and flower! The body was was perfect. Cant say enough good things about this business.Service: Body & Trim

I have gone through Pesicek twice now for my auto body work. Both times my car was done a head of schedule and the price matched the quote(which was very reasonable to begin with)! They keep you updated throughout the time your car is at the shop and it always comes back spic and span! I would recommend Pesicek to anyone and everyone for their auto body needs! They truly do great work!!!

Pesicek Auto Body did a wonderful job on my husbands truck after he hit a deer. They are helpful with everything from insurance claims to pick up. Very friendly and courteous service. We highly recommend them!

Pesicek went above and beyond our expectations for repairing a dented hood on our Ford F250. Instead of just installing the new hood, they also washed the truck's exterior.... and interior! Stellar service, prices, and staff! I had some minor damage to the body of my car and need my front headlight replaced. I explained to the staff that I didn't want to put much money into the car because I wasn't planning on having it much longer. He walked through used headlights and every little piece that could be broken in the assembly as to quote me the highest price so there would be no surprises. He also was honest in telling me the small dents I had would not look much better if they tried to get them out, so I shouldn't waste me money there. The quote came back higher than the cost, my vehicle was freshly vacuumed, and I got flowers when I picked it up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My SUV was damaged pretty extensively by a deer a year ago and when I asked my friends for a recommendation of where to go, nearly everyone said Pesiceks. I know why now. They did a great job. Beautiful work. Very thorough. You can tell immediately that for the staff working there, Pesiceks isn't just a job for them, it's a passion. The staff working there make it very evident that they are doing what they love.Pesicek's goes way above and beyond in their service. I was treated with respect and kindness. Everything was thoroughly explained to me. The itemized work order was easy to read and understand and the price was extrememly competitive. Also, my SUV was spotless when I got it back from them. Inside and out, they cleaned it. And, they gave me a flower when I picked it up to boot! I am writing this review now because I just received a letter from Pesicek's saying that it's been a year since I've had that work done and, although their work carries a comprehensive lifetime warranty, they wanted me to take a few minutes to check over my SUV and make sure everything is okay. If any problems had resurfaced, they wanted to make sure to get them taken care of for me right away. How awesome is that?

Had my 16 fusion repaired from some front end damage. Very customer service oriented company. Everything was done well and the finished product looks great. Even was sent a hand written letter. No point in going anywhere else if you are in Oconomowoc or surrounding areas. Thank you.

We have been taking our cars here for years. You never want to have to go to a body shop but sometimes accidents happen and we have always been treated so well. They really go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

They do not seem to care about customers, substituted parts without confirmation, removed/took personal items from vehicle, charged for items not installed. They do not answer their phone, it just rings; the corporate office is no better.

Not a bad place. They integrate with most insurance companies nicely. Had them do some work on a couple cars. They are very good.
