I purchased a vehicle from Chaplin Tarshis at O'Towne Auto in March of 2024. I very much appreciated his professionalism, expertise, and friendly service - he made the purchase process easy! I feel like I got a very good deal on a vehicle I will be able to drive for a long time, and I would definitely do business with Chaplin and O'Towne again.

Very friendly, comfortable place to do business. Received a good price on a good truck and gave me what I thought was a very good price on my trade in. Anytime I need to buy a car I will see them first. Very happy. Thank you guys.

Great dealership to work with. They stand behind their product without question. I purchased an older vehicle and the A/C compressor went out the first day. I called them up and without hesitation they said they would take care of it. They gave me a loaner vehicle while it was being repaired. Top notch used dealer I would recommend to anyone.

Buying our van was a totally positive experience - the purchase price was reasonable and they gave us a good value for our trade in. Just nice, straight-forward, no push people. They went the extra mile in staying late without grumbling when we were delayed, and attending to extra details to be sure our new van was super clean and set up just how we wanted it. There selection of used vehicles is excellent. We will check there first when we are vehicle shopping.

We were very happy with the service at O'Towne Auto. We worked with both Pete and Chaplin and they were both very friendly and easy to work with. We came back to pick the car up a few days later and they had it waiting for us in front with all the paperwork ready to go. They very responsive and quick to get back to you with any questions you have. Would definitely look to buy a vehicle there again.

Pete and Chaplin were great! It was a busy Saturday and just the two of them working. They still managed to make me feel appreciated as a customer. They were helpful and knowledgeable. No pressure, not pushy with the sale at all. They even stayed late to help me finalize the sale which only took about an hour! They gave me a full tank of gas, and I was on my way.Also, their detail shop does phenomenal work. I felt like I was driving off with a brand new car.

Had a great experience buying a van for our business. They had a lot to choose from and gave us time to check things out. When we purchased they addressed all our questions and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. Would really recommend checking them out if you re in the market for a used vehicle.

My wife and I were in the market for our first car together and we absolutely came to the right place. We dealt mostly with Chaplin, the finance manager, who was awesome to work with. Very friendly and accommodating the entire process. Was very clear they didn't want to just screw us to make a buck like the big dealerships but instead wanted us to walk away happy and we have definitely done that. Was an overall great experience, would highly recommend!

We bought our 2014 Armada Platinum from O'towne auto, only to discover the heat on the passenger side didn't work. This was an honest mistake and they came and picked up the car for repairs the same day (we live four hours from them.) I'd happily do business with them again! PS; we named the Armada Chaplin, after the gentleman that sold it to us.

Fantastic experience buying my Tacoma. Genuine, honest, and offered a great truck and a great price. Very friendly, straightforward staff. It's hard to find a pleasurable dealership experience these days, but this is is one of them. I can't recommend this place enough. Thanks Chaplin, Pete, and Ashes!

Had the best experience getting my vehicle from here.They worked with our time crunch we were on and finished paperwork in no time at all so we didn t have to spend the whole day there. I have spent hours at bigger dealerships before, feeling like I d never get out of there. This place was far superior in that aspect. Very very friendly staff, and I would tell anybody they are worth the drive to work with and find more than fair prices on vehicles. Highly recommend!

I usually dont do reviews, but my experience with O'Town Auto was very positive. I came in looking for a car for my Grandmother, and both Peter and Chaplin were very welcoming and helpful.I found a vehicle I thought my Grandmother would like and negotiated a fair price. We ended up not purchasing the vehicle because my Grandmother was unable to reliably open the rear lift gate on the SUV, and we realized at her age she would need a motor assisted lift gate. They were very understanding and we left on good terms. I'll be sure to check them out the next time I need a vehicle.

Finding O'Towne Auto was a huge relief after spending the previous two days trying to work with several larger dealerships. Their cars were all in great condition, and Pete and Chaplin were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as I chose my new vehicle. It was impressive watching just the two of them run the place, and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. I'd highly recommend checking out this gem for used cars.

Wow! I was absolutely stunned at how easy of a process this was. My wife and I bought a Prius at a big dealer a few years ago, same year, similar miles and price but we were basically held hostage for over 5 hours. With Otowne we had two very short appointments and were on our way in no time! The staff was honest and friendly and offered competitive prices. Absolutely recommend!

Well run and Honest dealerships are hard to find these days. I found their selection of used vehicles above average. Woody and his team are all super knowledgeable and helpful while making finding the right car easy and low stress. I purchased a 2013 BMW from Otown and I absolutely love it. I ve put about 5000 miles on it now and it has been everything they said it was! They were great to work with, And when I had a question several weeks after purchase they were more than helpful and even sent me a product to try free of charge. When it s time for me to get my next BMW they will be the first place that I look.

The gentlemen at O'Towne Auto were so nice and helpful when purchasing our new truck today!!!!! I called last night since my heart was set on this Gorgeous Dodge Ram 1500. It was a little out of my price range at first but when I realized it had all the bells and whistles I was looking for in a truck plus more then I realized it was actually the best deal out of Madison, Milwaukee, and Chicago. We have been looking for a truck for about 6 months and I'm so glad we waited. Pete helped us out with the entire process and gave us a really good deal on our purchase. Pete was understanding and super down to earth. Pete thank you so much for everything you did! You Rock!! The prices are pretty good for their inventory and if you're interested in other vehicles they can also help with that. I had a great experience here. From the initial inquiry to the closing paperwork, I found the team responsive, honest, accommodating, and down-to-earth. Obviously, when talking about used vehicles, each will have its own unique history and condition, but I got a mechanically and structurally sound vehicle for a fair price. I definitely recommend that you at least stop in.

In 55 years I owned 2 vehicles totalling 27 of those years. Guess you could say I hate carshopping,especially as a female!HOWEVER, Chaplan an incredibly knowledgeable man, made my auto buying life extremely pleasant! He listened to my needs and shopping habits. He was courteous and kind, so was the other staff.He is incredibly knowledgeable on high end autos and hybrids. He let me pick and test my car by myself.He gave me No pressure!The paper work was quick compared to other dealerships where you sit for hours. Car prices comparable to blue book valuesNo real haggling!Quite honest about maintainence,problems and upkeep. Even knew where I could go for reputable repairs.He even tinted my windows for free.I recommend them highly to anyone willing to give this used car lot a try.

They told me the injectors and transfer case were replaced; that was one lie. I called saying I had a problem with the transmission - it would clunk after coming to a complete stop. They swore it was my brakes, so I replaced all the calipers and rotors, but after, it still had a clunk. Then, conveniently after my warranty was up, the transmission went out. I was out of a truck until I could save the money to buy a new trans and transfer case. Don t buy from these guys - giving them one star was being generous.

Peter was a very nice person, had I only dealt with him we probably would have had a deal. Chaplin made it seem like I was being unreasonable for trying to haggle the price. His poor attitude really put a bad taste in my mouth yelling at Peter to call the other man that was interested was really distasteful. You should calm yourself sir I am not a sheep and I do my diligence by researching a vehicle and the prices they are selling for.

Very friendly salesmen but not in the typical over the top way everyone s come to expect, laid back and very fair with me on pricing and I even got a set of plates and my vehicle registered to avoid the hassle of the DMV. Honest and up front on all of the paperwork and technicalities. A much preferable auto buying experience to your run of the mill auto sales place.

Worse dealership I ve ever done business with!! They sold me a Canadian vehicle that can t be serviced in the US according to the Dodge dealership. Tried to call this dealership and they swear up and down they disclosed that to me. No where on any of my paper does it state my vehicle was a Canadian vehicle! They gave me a bogus report that says Quebec, Michigan!!! Their practices here are horrible and I will not go away quiet.

I picked up a 2010 Subaru Forster. They did everything they could to get the price to what I want to pay. Very nice to deal with. I've had the car for 2 weeks no problems
