Great job by John Sorenson, Tyler and their manager on selling me my Nissan! I visited them twice, took two test drives and had many questions about service programs and pricing that they answered and worked with me on that worked out very well for the specific needs I had for my new purchase.

So I had a car purchase agreement at another dealer even though I was not real excited about it, I stopped here on a whim, and Chelsi Mae Fuhrer talked to me about different cars and what I wanted. We drove a few different cars and I finally found one, I really fell in love with. She ran the numbers for me and it really worked for me and I m glad I did because I really love the truck that I purchased.I would highly recommend working with her she was not high pressure and she seemed genuinely concerned about me liking the vehicle I purchased, not just trying to sell me one.If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend to talk to her. She will sell you a car that fits your needs and you will absolutely love.EDIT: I have to drop my 5 star down to 1, due to the fact of promises the dealer made that were not kept. When purchasing the truck, Cory the sales manager (I guess he is no longer there) advised my truck was from another Boucher dealer and as soon as the extra key got there, they would let me know. I have been waiting over 2 months. I will take partial responsibility due to the fact, I signed papers over an ipad instead of print and did not see that they did not have what they owed me. Even though I was backed up by the sales person that they owed me the key, the dealer advised that it was not on the paperwork. My brother even talked to the GM and they advised that they would order a key fob and call me. I am still waiting after many phone calls an promises that they would provide one.Long story short, the sales part is great, they will be your best friend when purchasing, but when it comes to after care, they run away from you and act like you do not exist.Do not make the same mistake and take peoples words, make sure everything is on paper and do not let them talk you into signing on an ipad and letting them explain what the small print says.EDIT 11-1-23 Moved to 3 stars as of today, the dealer sent someone to my work and programmed a new key fob.

A+ experience with Phillip Graff and the rest of the staff I interacted with in the lease of my new Frontier. They were attentive to my time, gave a thorough delivery and I wasn t pushed into any aftermarket or additional F&I items that I didn t want. I recommend Lake Country Nissan!

Everyone I worked with was professional and helpful. They genuinely went the extra step to make this a positive buying experience and found me the car that met my needs perfectly. The person at the Service counter (young man with beard), who I assume was the Service Manager was outstanding and the most customer service-oriented person that I have encountered in that role. Additionally, the first contact that we had when pulling in was with a mechanic who greeted us enthusiastically and also was great when I asked a question about rotating the tires on the car, in addition to the oil change that we had scheduled.The overall experience with this work is very likely to lead me to use service at Nissan Lake Country for other needs in the future.

Was a pleasure working with Allen and Rafi. They made the car buying experience easy and enjoyable. It was also great to be able to look at the vehicle in the heated bay prior to the test drive. The car we purchased was nicely detailed and ready for pick up on the day we scheduled. I would definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.

My wife and needed a new car because we sold one of ours to our adult son. Alan was our salesman, Rafael the sales manager and Travis our finance person. All of them were great and treated us like family. Lake Country Nissan personnel were top notch. No pressure and legitimate negotiation led to a deal to all of our satisfaction. Reggie was my service advisor, he was very nice, professional, and courteous! He set me up in the waiting area so I could work on my laptop and explained everything to me about the service and pricing so there weren t any surprise charges! This was my first time at this location and I was very happy with my experience. I can t remember the service department cashier that helped me pay for my oil change but she was very nice and friendly as well!

It's so nice having Boucher Nissan in O-Town! Working with Tom Stamates (New Car Sales Manager) has been nothing short of a wonderful and engaging experience. Purchased a2021 Nissan Rouge. Price was fair and the whole process took just under 2 hours. Jake and Tyler were very helpful throughout the process. Beautiful facility and after talking with Tobias, the service consultant I am confident the service of the vehicle will be as trouble free as well.

Alexa was great! We were able to come to an agreement when negotiating the price of my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Tyler was also wonderful when it came to the paperwork. Overall, my experience with Nissan Lake Country was excellent.

I did buy a Titan at this dealership. I was promised free oil changes and carwashes. Changes might be adequate- but the washes are a embarrassment! I did not complain the the first time. Certainly rather pay for something good then get something terrible for free. I had to take it back to a carwash afterwards both times.

Nissan sent a video explaining what my car needed and showing me how dirty my engine filter was. My car was left clean and the pricing was great! The only complaint is I was told the appointment would be 45-50 minutes and I was there over an hour and a half.

Beautiful facility, the staff is awesome.I felt very comfortable with the staff even on the phone.Everyone spoke to me and not at me when I arrived at the service department.Reggie is the best by far. He is very knowledgeable explains things interns that was clear and understandable especially for a woman customer.Gold stars all around from Reggie to the cashier.I wasn t pleased with the Waukesha store at ALLI haven t used them for anything over the past 8 years.I think I ll be coming back to your dealership plus you are a lot closer to home.

Looking for weeks to get my daughter a car for school and sports. Finding a nicely priced low mileage, safe, nice looking, vehicle in today's inflated market is not an easy task. Worked with Chelsie F and Used Car Manager Rafael Dianov. Never once pressured. Almost entire building is glass so you have access to all staff, no getting trapped in a corner room, and can you have coffee while watching the mechanics work. Nothing to hide here! My daughter loves Denise. (De Nissan) I waited two weeks to write this review. Still smiling. Mike F
