I got my car repaired for a broken cam belt. When I got it, it ran poorly and would not idle. It drove great. It's better than it had in the last couple of months.I will be replacing this vehicle soon.Service: Auto maintenance

Went in to get emissions tested. Have 2 orange cones out front with a sign to park at. Went in and the lady working the front desk was super kind and helpful. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be using them again.

I went to La Belle Auto for an emissions test and had nearly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I got there a few minutes after they had opened, the sign read "emissions testing closed today", so I called from the parking lot and the woman confirmed that it was open and she had not taken the sign down yet. She told me to pull in front of the cones, but I did not see any so I parked in the lot. I went inside and gave her my keys and license renewal form and she again, told me to park in front of the cones so that she could get started. I went outside quickly and looked around, but there weren't any. I parked in front of the service door as I was new there and thought that is what she meant by cones. She saw me park and waited until I walked back inside to scold me (in front of another guest) about being in the way and not parking in the correct location, even though she had not yet put the cones outside for me to see. I went back out once again to move my car where she had now put the cones and handed her my keys. She told me that it would be a bit of a wait as she had to "do the job she was paid to do" first, and then ran the test. I felt extremely uncomfortable and will not be going back.

Awesome parts, wonderful work, amazing and knowledge staff!Only complaint would be the floor mats on my cars always dirty from being there, really bad black grease/oil stain one time Pressure washer took it out though... I just get in the habit of putting down a rubber mat before I send it there.

Super helpful. Only had my emmission testing done but they are organized and quick - just what you want.I'd definitely consider them for car maintenance and repair needs based on today's experience.

I've had 2 cars in here to install new tires. Each time my visit was extremely pleasant. The mechanics go out of their way to eplain what's happening and keep you in the loop! I love it when repair shops do that!

I recommend this place to everyone in southeastern WI!! They are incredibly competent and have saved me over $2000 in two visits! Dealerships had quoted me for entirely new parts when my car really just requires minor repairs...I am so grateful for LaBelle s honesty as well as wonderful customer service! 7/5 stars!

I have been bringing all my vehicles here since they opened. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You can trust that they are going to get the job done right and not overcharge you! You can't say that about many automotive shops. I recommend them to everyone I know!

I started using La Belle 3/4 years ago I belive. I was fed up with the local Ford dealerships inability to accurately diagnose issues with my diesel trucks. It kept mutiple trucks down for longer than it should have and then billed me for their mistakes on top of it.I started with one truck and since now take all of them plus even my wife's hybrid. They have been great with their knowledge of both diesel motors, gas and even the couple hybrids I have.They have came through every time from simple issues or major ones such as transmission rebuilds.Troy and his team has been great. I have always been billed accurately and the work has never had to be redone. Even on a couple hard projects they took the extra time to figure out the issues.Just very happy with them and highly recommend them.

By far, the best service in the area. Professional and knowledgeable personnel. Office staff is outstanding. Highly recommend and will always good back for any type service. Very good pricing, especially on any brand of tires.

Hi - I feel the need to amend my original post and change from 1 star to 4 stars. Tony really went above to correct and apologize for the original error. In talking with him I realize that my original experience was an isolated incident!!Original Post - Poor service!! Called last week to get an appt. received appt. Dropped my car off the day before my appt. Received call saying they didn t have an appt for me and they would try and fit me in sometime during during the week. Who has time. That s why we make appointments!!! Never go there again!!!

Found auto renewal notice, due today! Drove in, tested for emissions immediately, processed my renewal, cleaned my license plate and put the sticker on!!! In and out and on my way!Friendly, convenient, clean, competent, and fast!!!

This is the place to go if you need an emission test! I was in and out in no time. Very nice people...I left with coupons for auto work..oil change etc. Great customer service.
