Can't take or keep Penske rentals. No computer. Confirmed several times, then sarcastically yelled at me. He confirmed my pick up time but never showed. He could have told me there was an issue but didn't. On my first rental with him he over charged my card by almost triple his quoted price without telling me. Had to call Penske to resolve. Many hours and aggravation wasted on Ken. Rented without hassle from HD in Waukesha.

I brought in my 2019 Mustang to have the stock exhaust system replaced with an aftermarket one and also to have my brake calipers painted red. The results were absolutely incredible! It is very obvious that he took his time and handled my vehicle with exceptional care. Most mechanics and body shops are dishonest and try to rip you off, but Ken's was extremely honest and professional. He was absolutely right when he said the small details bring out the car's personality- and I ended up with a beautiful vehicle! I would strongly recommend Ken's to anyone because you get phenomenal service for an unbeatable price! Thank you so much Ken!

Had my cars windows tinted here and the day I got it back they looked great. The next day there were some bubbles that seemed to show up on my passenger side window and looked a little out of the ordinary. I gave them a call and they offered they would check it out if I swung by. They looked over the window, acknowledged the problem and were super helpful. They setup an appointment to have the window tint fixed free of charge within the next few days, honoring the companies warranty.I got the car back and the tint on the passenger side window looked awesome. I couldn t be any happier. I had no doubt in my mind that it wouldn t get fixed. It s nice to have a business that honors there word and respects there customers. Highly recommend if you are looking for a competitive price, high quality product and excellent customer service.They ll be hearing from me again for all my tinting needs!Service: Vehicle window tinting

We've been going to Ken's Auto Works for 14 years. He provides excellent service, together with his years of experience in auto diagnosis and repair. Above all, he is honest, fair and professional, with honesty and integrity topping the list. Ken knows cars, he knows how to fix them, regardless of make or model. He will refer out to specialists, if indicated. He has an enthusiastic, upbeat personality, is cordial to everyone he meets. His reputation for honesty keeps customers returning time and time again. Ken is a highly respected member of the Oconomowoc community and his colleagues in the industry.

I brought my car in for a radiator repair and had great customer service and wok done on my car. Ken's Auto was very quick about my repairs and reasonably priced. It's hard to find a honest mechanic these days.I didn't have to worry about any of that. i would bring my car here before choosing any other shop.A Loyal Customer,Andrea

My daughters car was leaking antifreeze So I brought it into Ken who had worked on the car previously. I called to see how things were coming along and he said the car was ready. He explained that with the cold sometimes the hose clamps need to be adjusted/tightened. After doing that he ran a pressure test for a couple of hours and determined that the adjustments he made fixed the leak. I asked how much I owed him and he said "No charge Merry Christmas"!! I couldn't be more Happy! This sort of Customer Service is Rare in the world of auto repairs. At minimum you are always charged some sort of diagnostic fee. I will continue to take all of my cars to Ken for Service. Thank you Ken!

I have used both the auto repair shop and the window tinting service located in the same building. I highly recommend both services to anyone looking to have their vehicles repaired at Ken's AutoWorks or having a vehicles windows tinted. We support our local small business owners when they give you the best service!

Ken got suggested to me from a friend and I'm glad I went. Ken was straight to the point, did the job fast, and even plugged a hole in one of my tires.Would highly recommend!

i had my windows tinted and they did a excellent job!!!!! Friendly and helpful. It took four hours and when I came back they had also cleaned the inside of my truck!!! Great work!! Reasonable prices.

Felt sorry for Ken. Truck broke down and towed to his shop as he's was the closest recommended service. He found truck was not fixable.

We have only taken 1 car there but they did a fabulous job. Wasnt too expensive and was completed in a very short time. We were extremely happy. Thanks to kens we were back up and running in no time.
