Everyone at Ewald Chevy in Oconomowoc is great. We've been customers for a very long time. Sales & service departments always go above and beyond for us. It's nice to know people know you by your first name, and not just another customer.

2 hours I waited for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. No body came and talked to me other people that came in with appointments after me left long before me. Have been progressively more disappointed with Ewald been very loyal to this point.

My car s heat stopped working on Saturday night. Monday morning I called when they opened and they fit me in right away. I worked with Michael Thorpe and was very grateful for his patience and willingness to go above and beyond! They found an issue with my engine while they were diagnosing the heat problem, and were able to fix both in just one day. I will definitely be relying on Ewald for my car maintenance from now on.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

I got my bolt evs battery recall done here and I'm not impressed. I had a issue in the past with this service center when they turned me away for the software update for the safety recall on my car, I end up having to travel out of my way to a dealership that would do it. This time upon reviving my car I had 2 tires at 28psi which is odd since I should have received a tire rotation that I paid for and my invoice specifically says that air pressures were checked. So who knows, I ended up rotating my tires elsewhere. Now i have another recall on my car and will probably go anywhere else for it to be done.

My first time buying a car and Mike and Pete made the experience really great. They answered all of my questions in depth and explained everything to me really well. They were really nice overall and I will definitely be going back and would recommend them to anyone!

Service Advisor Michael did a great job! I quoted the same tires at 5 different places, this one was the best price. Definately coming back for service next time!

Went to 5 other dealers and found nothing that was in my price range that I liked. So I would just like to give Eric, Jay, and Rex a big thank you for the outstanding experience at your dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, they let me do my thing and inspect and find what I really wanted in my price range so thank you very much for being patient with me. I truly found the truck that was meant for me, thank you very much I am looking forward to getting my wife s next suv with you guys. Keep up the good work and great customer experience it really makes a difference!!

This is our second time purchasing here. Worked with Ken Hirn and our experience was just AMAZING!He took his time to work with us and was very friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. We really could not have asked for a better experience. Thank You Ken.We will definitely be back for our next car purchase. They also offered to me at no cost a 20 year, 200,000mile warranty at NO Cost! You could not ask for more. Thank you again Ken. Ewald had a true gem with him.

If you want to be treated with respect and dignity when it comes to getting maintenance on your vehicle. Don't go to russ darrell in west bend... Go to Ewald Chevrolet Buick Service Department. I will be the first to say, I know nothing about my car besides when I hear a noise, I it needs to get checked out. Here at Ewald, I dealt with PAYTON- he listened to what I believe my car needed. He walked me through paperwork and explained why things were stated a certain way on the report. He called when further issues arose, taking the time to explain things further. GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE. I dealt with the Service Manager as well at this service department, Bob. Who went above and beyond to help me in further understanding the complications that were taking place with my car and more. To make sure I wouldn't have to deal with insurance myself , he spoke with them to make sure my replacements were covered under my warranty. ( GREAT COSTOMER SERVICE)I can not say enough that to anyone reading this review.USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT- 100 out of 100, hands down, I will bring my car here and no where else cause I know not just my car but myself will be taken care of.To the GM at this dealership- personally, Thank you for hiring great worker. You can't find them around these day and you did!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I highly recommend Shannon Karow at Ewald Chevrolet in Oconomowoc. I have bought my vehicles from there for many years. Shannon is amazing and very helpful. You won t be disappointed!!

called on a newer vehicle asked the salesman about hours on the vehicle and informed me that it could only be recovered by the police department that owned the vehicle previously,that is completely ridiculous all vehicles have hours on them and it can be recovered either to the overhead dash display and or through the computer itself being a dealership they should be very forthcoming on that.most police vehicles that are sold have extremely high hours of operation with lower mileage hence the reason he was being deceptive on answering it we're not buy a moped from thisplace
