Great job on my truck! Worked with my insurance seamlessly. Vehicle was done earlier than promised. I was kept up to date throughout the whole process and the work was top-notch. I'm very happy with them and I'll be going back for more work again.

I hit a deer and I took my car to Caliber to get it fixed. The staff at Caliber was amazing. They did a great job fixing the car and the level of communication along the way was outstanding. they also worked directly with my insurance company on all the paperwork. They made the whole experience great, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend Caliber!

I recently used Caliber to get my car fixed for two different accidents/insurance claims. Brody and the team at Caliber were great to work with. They explained and helped me through the process of the claims and setting up a rental car and had excellent communication with me during the 2 weeks they worked on my car. I cannot recommend Caliber enough and will be sure to use them again in the future if I need my car fixed!

Caliber Collision Oconomowoc-West did an amazing job on my 2017 Toyota Rav4. The personnel I dealt with were easy to talk to and friendly. The body shop was clean and offered free refreshments for their customers. They returned my vehicle back to me in under 3 weeks. They definitely went above and beyond. Heidi and Brodie at Caliber Collision were wonderful to work with on my vehicle repair. Professional and courteous. I needed to have a small scrape buffed out on the right front quarter panel of my 2020 Ford Explorer. They did it on the spot. The following day they did a paint touch up. Took my car there for hail damage repair. Got my car back within a couple of weeks, dent free, a new paint job, and as clean as the day I bought it.They sent me updates through the whole process and I didn t feel an ounce of worry because of that.Overall I don t think it could ve came out better and I got a clean car out of the deal so that s one less thing I have to do.10/10 would recommendServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber West is awesome! They repaired my car in record time.They even kept my mini labradoodle while I went to pick up my loaner car. The whole team was incredible!! I ve told many people that if they need their car repaired, go to Caliber West!! I highly recommend them.

I had very minor bumper damage on my vehicle and they tried adding parts that weren t needed. I ended up getting a second quote because their quote wasn t sitting right with me. I knew I only needed a new bumper and they tried adding on fog lamp bezels, an upper seal, and a fender liner which was over $100, $120 of repair scans and then over 14 hours of labor.I got a second quote from Acosta Body Shop in Dousman and they only quoted me a new bumper and 11 hours of labor. Caliber collisions quote was $1650 and Acosta s was $1000. I knew I was getting scammed by caliber and Acosta s quote proved it. No extra parts added, no repair scans (for a bumper incident that happened at 2mph), and quoted 3 hours less labor. And on top of that my car looks fantastic from Acosta s work. For $650 less. Always get a second quote.

Everyone at Caliber Oconomowoc West Location is absolutely amazing! They were beyond helpful and caring when my car got totaled out due to the recent hail storm. They made the process easy and painless! Heidi and the girls in the office are amazing. Brody is great. Keith was wonderful in helping explain the process. After hitting a pot hole in town and blowing out my passenger side tires and severely bending both rims I had my car towed to the Caliber collision west location where Brody and the crew there did a excellent job making sure my car was fixed right and back on the road in a timely manner. Our vehicle was nearly destroyed by a serious hail event in our area. We were skeptical that it could be repaired to a level that even remotely resembled it prior to the event. Caliber far exceeded our expectations on every level. The office staff was professional, courteous, understanding, patient and personable. The status communication was timely and consistent, and the technical repair crew did a phenomenal job of restoring and repairing the damage. No detail was too small, and they went above and beyond on the final finishing, which was super labor intensive. A plastic peice was missed on my initial quote, didn't realize until after my repairs were "complete". I was slightly frustrated, just wanted to be back in my own vehicle. They went ahead and fixed that peice, and made things right. Quickly at that. I appreciated it. Good work as well.

Willie, Brooke and Heidi were amazing. They walked us through each step of the process, making sure we felt comfortable with was happening. They also gave us updates on the status of our car. Even with our car taking longer than expected, they made sure our rental car company was aware so we had a car for a bit longer. Workmanship is top quality!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent and very friendly staff! They had to replace a rear hatch and recalibrate sensors in our bumper. The body and paint work we're done efficiently and the color match was dead on perfect. My next-to-new truck was hit in a parking lot and there was substantial damage to the front end. I brought it to Caliber Collision after getting a recommendation from a friend who's car was damaged by a deer strike. As soon as insurance was sorted out, they got on it and I had my truck back in about a week and a half. It was like the accident had never happened.
