Got my emissions test done here. Five minutes, boom, quick and simple.In the office, it s nice and spacious, with a tv on the waiting area. I also saw coffee and drinks, though I was literally inside for 5 minutes so didn t use anything. For longer waits, it s a nice touch.The guys in the office were very nice and service was quick and easy. Nice enough for me to want to bring my car for oil change here. When I asked the guy who was doing the emission test how much they charged for an oil change, he told me he wasn t 100%sure, but something like $115. That seems a bit high for me.

I have taken both of my cars here several times now and I have always received high quality work with a quick turnaround. Prices have always been very reasonable and I 100% satisfied. I will continue making WJ Kuhn my regular auto shop.

So far, they have done good work on my vehicles.I'm hoping they keep up the good work.For some reason, the previous auto repair shops I have gone to have been terrible, but W J Kuhn seems to be good.Communication could be better.

They do Emissions! I was able to walk in without an appointment and the whole process was done in 15 minutes. It was a very positive experience. SO many places no longer do Emissions and if they do, they treat you rudely when you try to schedule with their very limited hours.Not here, everyone was pleasant, got me in & out and I was able to get my sticker and renew plates immediately. I mentioned this to a few people who were also running into issues finding somewhere to have their Emissions done & they too had a great experience with WJ Kuhn when they went. I will keep this in mind for other services in the future.

I had to find a new auto center to complete an emissions test on the spot. WJ Kuhn popped up in my search, I crossed my fingers and headed there. I walked it and they were able to take me, waited a few minutes and then the test was done quickly. Professional and friendly. Thank you!

Avoid this mechanic, they are ignorant, you go to check your car and nothing happens, after an hour you ask what time he will finish and you hear that maybe in five hours they will lift your car. I'm not surprised that they are looking for a mechanic for a long time and probably no one will work for these people. The only thing they do well is the emissions test.Before you call or go there, think about the waste of time and money.Regards

Did a good job repairing my Toyota. No more oil leaks. Would definitely recommend this place for anybody looking for quality service work on there vehicle. A+++++

Took my 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee to get a new transfer case put in. Kuhn kept me updated when the part would arrive and when it got installed and ready to go. They did a great job and it drove smooth again on the way home. Went back a few months later to get my battery and new terminals replaced and they did a great job on that too! Started up right away. Also got my emissions done there. Fast and easy! If I need other things done, I'll go back! Great customer service! Great service, went to 2 other testing centers,both had sign out for emissions. No testing due to lack of help. That's not the issue, pull the sign from the road if your not offering the service. WJ Kuhn great job, thank you

We live 30 minutes away but read reviews of how quick it is to get in and out with emissions. On a drive to Chicago, we took a quick detour for emissions testing and were pleased we did. 5 minutes start to finish.

Went in for emissions testing and was out in less than ten minutes from pulling up to the shop and leaving from the garage. Everyone working was incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful to me. Will be going there from now on, highly recommend.

As always, the service here was incredible. We are super fortunate to be located so close to WJ Kuhn Auto Center, because anytime we have any issues, we know we can depend on their team to solve them.I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I dropped the car off at 9 a.m. and by noon they called saying it was patched, plugged and ready to roll.Highly recommend!Service: Tires

Wow! Easiest emissions test ever!! Great place! No appointment needed. Just park in front, walk in, tell them you need an emissions test and they cycle you in as fast as they can. Employee who did my test was very nice and efficient. Total time from parking to leaving could not have been more than ten minutes. Will be considering them for my business if I have a car issue.

TERRIBLE. I dropped of my Explorer to have the tire checked for a leak and an exhaust leak. They called me and said the oil change and tire rotation was done. I was lost and explained that's not what it was in for. The girl said ok and would call me back when done. I get it back and the tire still leaks and the new front pipe installed also leaks. Many better options in the Oak Creek area.

The folks at Kuhn are helpful, efficient, reasonably priced and above all honest. I was advised by the dealership that my brake pads are on their last legs and can fail at any time. I thought I would check at Kuhn, and they checked and let me know that it wasn t even close to needing a repair. They have won my trust. 10/10Services: Electrical, BrakesServices: Electrical, Brakes

WJ Kuhn always take care of me. Friendly and honest team. Brady is always a big help detailing the work to be done and takes time to explain things when I ask for more details. Having recently moved into the area I was unaware of the emissions testing requirements for license plate renewals, never having previously had to do so. I was scrambling to get my car tested so I could renew in time. It was so fast and easy here and conveniently they let my kids who I didn't have time to arrange for someone to watch stay in the car while I stood right outside of it. Great experience!

Had a really great experience yesterday getting my vehicle emissions test at WJ Kuhn Automotive Center located in Oak Creek. I was able to sit in a nice air-conditioned waiting area and relax until my turn. The woman conducting test was very personable and kind. Overall great experience.

I recently moved into the area and decided to give WJ Kuhn a call and I am so glad I did. They take their time explaining the problems they find and the solutions, so I was never left questioning anything. They were able to get me in right away and were very flexible with my schedule. I highly recommend them for any of your auto needs.

Called on Monday, was given an appointment for Wednesday. WJ Kuhn was very quick and professional in getting an oil change/tire rotation appointment scheduled and confirmed. Day before appointment got call from Advisor, Brady asking if appointment could be pushed back 30mn due to a double booking, which was excellent. Went above and beyond notifying me of schedule change rather than having to wait an extra 30mn for car to be seen without being told of the delay in advance. Day of appointment, car was taken in promptly, with full appointment from drop off to pick up being 50 minutes. Very accommodating staff, with a decent size waiting room (or visit the strip mall next door to kill time). Total invoice ran about $85 for synthetic oil change and tire rotation (about $10-15, more than been paying at dealership) but the service was excellent, so slightly inflated pricing can be forgiven. Would return to WJ Kuhn in future for maintenance and potential repairs.Services: Tires, Oil change

I did my emissions test here today. Friendly and efficient workers. Will definitely consider this place to fix my car if I have any issues in the future.
