Well I ve been here a few times and never had a problem. Was always decently priced and decent rooms. This time I decided I m never going back. Roaches in the bed and in the bathroom. I was told the lady couldn t do anything about it until the supervisor came in or I had to wait until the cleaning crew could come in an hour. When I found the second one in the bed I walked to the front and she was magically able to give me a refund. She also didn t seem surprised at all when I told her of the roaches. Anyways I went to the travelodge only a little ways away and it was a dollar more and MUCH better rooms all around. Won t be back here. Ever.

This is one of the worst motels I have ever stayed in I stayed there for 5 months straight they don t clean the rooms there is black mold in the bathroom there is cockroaches in the room they charge you what they feel like the whole 5 months I was there they never gave us fresh blankets so we went and bought are own and washed them weekly at the laundromat there is Constant partying and drug use and all the rooms the staff is horribly rude. If I was ever homeless again I would rather sleep under a bridge than to stay there. I strongly recommend not staying there. We found keys from a different hotel that closed down 10 years ago in that room that shows how often they clean it.

The problem is that the staff is very much looking into your personal life which is none of their concern. They spy on renters and have actually tried to break into my room while I was in my room resting They blamed it on city inspectors I called the city and they told me to call police and make a report! My family had stayed here and would come back from work to find pistachio nuts all over there tv stand and charges to their room!! Unbelievable! Only reason we are here is to wait until we find our forever home! Besides I feel like this place needs serious restaffing and new management! Very filthy which is the reason we CLEAN UP our own space! Alot of police interaction all the time! Very upsetting to see in such a great suburb!

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We needed a place to crash as we were in Wisconsin for a funeral. We figured a quick, cheap motel just to lay our heads down would be fine, and the nearby searches showed a fair price. We pulled up to a run down, way past its prime motel, and thought "well its better than nothing." We walked into the lobby, which reeked and was dimly lit and filthy. Literally, the only positive at this point was that the front desk lady was friendly. We checked in, got our keys, and found our room. Absolutely disgusting. Filthy floors with food pressed into the carpet, food under the bed,squashed bugs on the bathroom floor, mold-like stuff all over the air conditioner/heater, dust, grime on everything a smell that made you sick to your stomach. It was like a mix of mold, stale cigarette smoke, and body odor. An incredibly filthy room. Even the bed felt "grimey". I did not want to even take my shoes off. We never unpacked. I then saw the reviews of bed bugs, roaches, police showing up, etc. and immediately brought our belongings back to my vehicle because there was no way we are staying here.We go to the front desk and asked to get a refund and explained the situation and were offered a different room. We declined and asked for a refund instead, which we did receive, thankfully. Our total stay was about 12 minutes. This place needs to be inspected by the Health Department and an exterminator. It was like a halfway house. I do not wish this place on my worst enemy. I've stayed at some pretty questionable places in my life but this one made me gag. Stay away! Yech!

2 Stars We stayed here for the price $55 and having truck parking available to us. The first room we stayed in was very outdated and not very clean!!! The shower drain was clogged and disgusting things over flowing into the tub. After that we asked for a different room and was given a bit more updated room but we still went and bought our own cleaning products came back to the new room and whipped everything down and poured drain cleaner in the tub just in case . The throw pillows we GROSS you can tell they hadn t ever been washed pretty sure it was supposed to be navy blue and white. The carpet hasn t been steamed cleaned probably never!! The bedspread was even dirty. Say the least no one slept on that bed You get what you pay for. The plus side of this hotel is friendly staff, truck parking and the bed was actually comfortable with the new style mattress and the more updated room. Plus all the places you can walk to.Like my review and please let me know if it helps.

Personally, I really enjoyed staying here. I thought $60 for a room it'd be basically a roach motel. It wasn't. For the price, it's great! Yes, it is basic and a bit outdated. But you can't expect marble floors and a massage for that. Be realistic. And the best part, they allow pets! For ONLY $10 MORE. (No cats). $70 for peace and quiet and they have a HUGE room service menu. Haven't tried the food yet but I will be tonight! The only problem I see is it's a bit hidden. There are plenty of places to eat surrounding it but it's a few blocks off the main rd. (Ryan rd) Overall I'd give it 10 stars if I could. Service and quality are way better than you'd expect!Walkability: Within walking distance of so many businesses.

This hotel is great for $60 bucks a night, you get top notch WiFi that is strong and works in and outside your room, also while you walk the property! The staff are super friendly, transparent, and are willing to help when needed! Each room has a fridge, microwave, flat screen, ample storage in the armoire, shelf space, hanging space, separate room for toilet and shower, nice big vanity outside the bathroom, nice beds (depending if you DBL, queen, etc.) A office table with office chair, huge mirror, lots of lamps, and drawers!Great motel for the price, nothing fancy but it'll get you by with the awesome amenities i listed.Nearby activities: There's so many places to go near this hotel because it's right off of the freeway so there is a QuikTrip there's Arby's there's a family restaurant there's Denny's there Starbucks there's pilot gas station there's picknsave down the street, right in the middle of anything you may need in walking distanceSafety: Couldn't feel any safer, oak creek is very safe for almost always.Walkability: Like I said there's a lot of attractions very close walking is nice cuz there's a lot of grass and shrubs and greenery to look at

Disgusting, gross, and filthy! Smoke stench, cigarette burns and stains on the comforter, chairs so filthy and stained we could not sit in them, the ceiling over the sink completely broken, the sink and faucet gross, floor by the sink had not been swept, carpet had not been vacuumed, lampshades stained and rusted,... Not sure how they can rent a room like this and the bill was $103.00!Rooms: We stayed in room 134 on August 4,2023. To describe the room... Gross, disgusting, and filthy. Not even sure how it is possible to rent a room in this condition and for $103.00! For a non-smoking room, the smoke stench was overwhelming. We had traveled several hours anticipating an 8:00am appointment in the area the next morning. The state fair was going on and most of the hotels in the area were sold out so when we checked in after 10pm. and saw the awful condition of the room, we had no place else to go! It was too late to find some place else. We checked out by 5:30 the next morning and waited in a wayside park for our appointment!

I can definitely say this is one of the best ones I have stayed at within the last 10 years. Several reasons for saying this number one being the location. Number two the rooms you know they're not the best but for the price in my opinion they are. Number three parking lot set up once you're in this complex you're in this complex I feel that is very secure. I have not seen or met a lot of the staff here yet cuz it's my first run through here but they all seem nice and even if they weren't the price and all the other stuff that I mentioned are what makes this place a five star in my opinion.

The hotel that I booked was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! NEVER EVER ADD THIS HOTEL TO YOUR WEBSITE !!!The room had a strong odor of mold or something. It was ridiculous. I literally couldn't sleep because of the smell. I tried to make a complaint with the representative at the desk, she was very rude and unprofessional. I have photos of the room too.Rooms: Help desk lady was rude and ready for war as soon as I brought the situation up. She didn't even properly check me out. This place deserves better treatment for its paying customers. Also the microwave oven didn't work either. I wouldn't wish the room I was in on Anyone. Even if they were my worst enemy

The lady at the desk was very nice and very helpful. The rooms are kind of old style but very clean no musty odors. No bedbugs and I had a great night sleep. They allow dogs $10 deposit nonrefundable. No cats allowed. Overall I would stay here again if I m in the area.

Ok, so I'm an OTR driver and needed a place to stay at a reasonable rate. Found this little gem at a GREAT price. Parking for my truck and trailer was not a problem. The parking area was made to accommodate all that. As per the rooms? Yes, it's like an old 70s style but, still very comfortable. It's a place to rest not live in so it won't please everyone who stays. I would stay here again if I have to. The staff was very helpful. Lots of stores within the area for a quick restocking. Can't beat this place. Thanks! (There's also an albino deer roaming the area!)

I ve stayed here multiple times. I ve seen nothing wrong with it at all. The staff is friendly and help me every time I ve been here. The rooms are old fashion but I like it the look personally. The tv works great. The bed are comfortable in my opinion. The bath tub is a little small. There is a microwave and mini fridge in each room. Each room is a decent size. The heat and air both work great. I say if your looking for a cheaper hotel stay for a night or two. I would definitely check them out especially if you like the vintage looks. And I ve seen no bed bugs room has always been clean. They do have cheap blankets tho so I would definitely bring your own.

Don't let anybother reviews fool ya. This place is pretty good. May not look like much, but it's got the basics and easy access. My son and I stay there for Brewers games often -- there's Kwik Trip, Arby's, Denny's, Dominos and more within a few minutes. It's a 15 minute drive to Miller Park (American Family Field).Rooms: Basic setup, beds are fairly comfy, fridge and microwave all work well.

Out truck was in the shop next door. Only hotel within walking distance. Cheap rates. And you definitely get what you pay for. Old, dirty, and not clean. Police were there due to the couple next door screaming and fighting. Room has a old stale cigarette smell. And my husband got eat up by bedbugs. Definitely do not recommend. Go to Comfort inn and suites a few miles away.

So today is second day in this hotel I am here for two weeks.. I have two dogs and a baby. Room is average hotel size in the pet friendly hotel. It's not the prettiest room but you don't have to walk down a hallway and has a mini fridge and microwave. Plenty of grass to walk your dog. Staff was friendly as well. If anything changes I will post update

so i checked in here about 10pm at night. so i was very tired. i took a shower & went to sleep. Morning time i feel better and i took but it was dust all over the shelves and they say it was clean. i asked for my money back which was the only money on my card. They said it smelled like smoke which i don t smoke. Any reason to have their money. hope to use it for cleaning items

The rooms are NOT clean, staff was friendly until we said we had a pet, there is a 3 day max stay if you have a pet. I went to the lobby to ask for an extension of one day as my husband is 66 with several health issues and was feeling really sick and was turned down. We are good people who are clean and respectful of our surroundings and should have never been denied one day. If they're worried about the animals doing damage then ask for a deposit, but don't turn away sick elderly people!

We rented 3 rooms. Two of the rooms were relatively tidy and fine. The third smelled like urine. It had been reset, but appeared to have gone several guests since someone actually cleaned it. Several lightbulbs were out, the carpet was firm with dust, and there was grime on the walls. We wouldn't have stayed, but we didn't get in until 2 am and had to leave first thing in the morning.If not for the state of the third room this review would have been a 3-star. You get what you pay for and the price point was low. We expected dated and got dirty and kind of gross.I don't like leaving negative reviews. Just be weary. For all I know our experience was a fluke. Take your chances if you want, but there are affordable options closer to the airport if you're not looking to gamble.

The staff was nice and easy to work with. The room was dusty and not as clean as it should have been. I didn't complain due to the fact that it was 2am when I checked in. The bed was comfortable,the linen also appeared to be clean. I did bleach the tub which is a habit I have no matter where I stay. I may stay there again in the future if need be.

First, my room was ready 20min prior to check in which worked out for my schedule perfectly. I stayed in the superior king room. The TV was screwed onto the entertainment center and I couldn't plug in my fire stick because it didn't reach an outlet. The fridge was nice and cold. The toilet rocked a bit, some cigarette burns on the blankets, dirty wash cloths. You get an actual key, not a swipe card, but your door to your room is always locked whenever you close the door. Surprisingly, the king bed was firm but comfortable, I didn't feel the springs and the bed didn't make much noise either. The air unit is definitely old but when I wanted my room nice and cold, it certainly did the job. I never sat in the chairs because there were stains. It's a good place if you need somewhere to sleep.

Top rating is not enough. Truck drivers this is THE place to do a reset. Think South Of The Border on 95 with rooms for less than 60$. Great staff, comfortable CLEAN rooms without having to worry about having to hold your breath walking in or out of the room. And if you need it (Loves and Pilot across the street) they even have their own truck parking for guests. Seriously though, cheap rooms without the slum mentality.
