Took my vehicle here to have my exhaust replaced and an aftermarket muffler installed. "Requested full replacement Muffler cats and 02 sensors front to back replacement" Gave them the flowmaster model of muffler I wanted installed and set the appointment. After the repairs were completed, I was told they could not install the muffler I wanted and that they installed one that would sound the same.It did not sound remotely close to what i wanted. It sounded like a factory muffler.I was not refunded any money for the difference of work completed. After inspecting the work, I noticed they only replaced part of the exhaust system. And it was clamped and not welded like it should of been.To sum things up.Staff was polite and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.The vehicle ran great and passed emissions after the repairs.I did not get exactly what I requested or a refund for the exact muffler or parts that were not replaced. When picking up the vehicle, I was rushed out because they were busy."I did reach out one time to try and fix the issue, The appointment date was too far out to justify the fix on top of missing another day of work for the repair that should have been correct the first time."It is likely I will not return.3/8/24 Update: I found out they never changed the upstream 02 sensors along with what was requested above, and that caused problems with a rough idle and running rich some time later.100% will not return and also advise others to stay away from this place.

This guy is very nice he s good and his prices are real good. I ll be going to him always. If you need repairs go to this guy he won t do you wrong and try to charge you for things that don t need to be fixed he s good and honest.

I called regarding my oil drain plug and was given expert advice. The owner explained that the motor size/make/model determine the size needed and that often places that change your oil too quickly over tighten this plug and strip it. It was a good reminder to go with shops that focus on quality. Thank you!

they always charge much less than what other shops quoted me, service always efficient, fast turnaround and patient with my questions. Never had any issues, highly recommend it.

I know they have a 4.9. I know a lot of you love the service they do for you. I know you say how nice they are..BUT, when you lie, especially at an auto mechanic shop, I have to draw the line. I'm hoping this opens some of your eyes that sometimes, THE NICEST PEOPLE LIE! Brought my BMW there to get looked at. I've used these guys several times before. Parked it. Drove past the 4 times that day. My car never moved. Drove by at 4:30pm and called. I think it's Kevin? The younger one? Says "oh yeah, the BMW..were you coming now or no?" I said yeah you close in 20 minutes. When I get there he tells me he did several things to it to get me through the weekend, but easily, awkwardly gave me my fob and said "well, um there you go." I never was charged. Now hear me..I've been charged for the simplest things there and now after supposedly doing several things, you don't charge me? The next day I took it to another mechanic. My car was never touched. It was never moved. Were you too busy? Ok. Did you forget? Ok. Lost what to do? Ok. BUT WHY LIE??!! I would have taken ANYTHING but a lie. Forthat, I will never return. Be careful all of you are so in love with this place. Who knows how many times you've all been lied to..Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've been bringing our vehicles to this shop for about 7-8 years now. Hands down the best experience I've had with any shop before. Honest & transparent about what work needs to be done, willing to explain the work to you in a way you can understand when needed. Also awesome about scheduling and getting the work done on time. I've been bringing our vehicles to this shop for about 2 years now. It's best experience I've had with any auto shop before. Very transparent and honest about what needs to be done, willing to explain the work to you in a way you can understand (I'm no auto expert). Also very good about scheduling and getting the work done on time. Excellent place.

I have taken my car here for a few yrs after a referral from a friend. Now they work on our entire family's cars and we trust them completely. They do great work, affordable prices and for repairs they can't do, they referred me to another shop and refused to charge me to run diagnostics, even though they tested it for hours. Outstanding guys!!!!

I have had the need to use this shop several times in the last couple years with two different vehicles. They have always been very nice, accommodating,knowledgeable and very friendly to do business with. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. If you find yourself in the situation that you need service done on a vehicle this is the place to go.

My son had an awful rattling sound coming from his car, fearing the worst, we brought it into Ryan Road Automotive, just because they are close by. They diagnosed it as a loose heating clamp, took it off and the car was perfect again. They wouldn't let us pay them anything for it. We offered to at least give them $20, but they said no, it took them longer to put it on the hoist then to fix it. We will definitely take our cars back there in the future. Nice to know there are honest car mechanics around!
