Tow it somewhere else, don't waste any time or money here! We took a band new truck to this location for a check engine light.Driver was stuck in a hotel for almost 5 days while they went back and forth with Cummins on what to do about it. Repairs were finally made and we were told it would be filed under warranty with the engine manufacturer, but that they had to go ahead and bill it to our account before they could release the truck. I was told, after the warranty claim was filed, that we would receive a credit later. Almost 4 months now, and the invoice is still open. Today, we were served with a collections notice in regards to said invoice. Side note, all the repairs that were made didn't even resolve the issue. We wound up having to take it to another dealership to get the problem fixed correctly.

Hands down best dealership to work with in Milwaukee area. Tom and Ian in service are extremely helpful, get repairs done quickly, and keep you updated along the way. Also can t beat JX s part support no waiting around to get parts, and can do a call back if there is a hold.

Stopped and had break can done charged over $600 and they didn't even do it right! Left Tbolt in and tightened slack adjuster tight and smoke my breaks would not recommend this place to anyone! When I xalled to tell them what they did they denied it lol really

One of the better JX locations , Lain was great did exactly what we requested and didn't hose us on the cost we run a fleet of over 200 579 units so we spend a lot of time at dealers these guys are some of the bestService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Overall Average 3.7 stars seems generous considering my experience. I was quoted 3 hours for a 3 axle alignment. When preparing to pick up the truck I was told it was over twice that number of hours. When I asked why it took so long, Ian told me "they had to heat the bolts up" Not sure how many bolts can be heated in 3 additional hours but theoretically it's a lot of bolts. When I got to the oak creek location to get the truck, I had Tom the service manager and Ted the tech show me the work they had done. I asked Ted "how many bolts had to be heated?" He said "none"Service: Steering & suspension repair

Maybe he was having a bad day but not the most friendly people. Needed to get truck worked on warranty. Needed a room overnight, he told me to take a taxi which cost $20. This is the first time I've ever been to a dealership or they didn't give you a ride to a motel if truck needed to be worked on overnight. Will not be back to this dealership anytime soon.

Service manager was great to work with. His boss even came out and talked for a while. I wish they would have had a driver lounge to wait in but all in all a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. I'd be happy to go there again for service work.

Hey Tom I want to thank you and your team for the great job you did on my 2017 kenworth T680 , who ever is reading these reviews I want to say give JX a chance I promise you want regret it , these guys are the best with some of the best mechanics. Let me tell you , I had my truck in kenworth Milwaukee I was overcharged and the problem wasn t fixed , when I called JX they listened to my complaint about kenworth Milwaukee and assured me with great confidence that they will find the problem and get it fixed so I could get back on the road to make money for my business. when I bought my truck over they prioritized me and got me in the shop even though they were backed up , they thoroughly diagnosed my truck and fixed the problem now I m back on the road , I ve had no problems ever since , I thank you guys at JX I really appreciate your work I mean that from the bottom of my heartService: Auto engine diagnostic

It took a while. But it was because of wire harness issues. (Peterbilts, go figure) The truck probably sat longer waiting to be picked up that for the diagnosis and repairs. No problems after I picked it up. Can't complain.

Very bad they charge me 900 $ to start my truck its a brand new truck i drop my truck for oil change they guys are really disgusting dont go to them
