I mostly needed to repair the back bumper, the side door areas from a car accident. I had a great experience here compared to prior experiences elsewhere. It can get pretty booked, so you would have to schedule far in advance to bring your car in. They were flexible in allowing me to change my pick times. Communication via text and voicemail was appreciated. I can t remember if there was communication for when the repairs would be done, but it was pretty standard and I wasn t in a rush about it. I would come back here for service in the future if needed.

Caliber Collision did a FLAWLESS job on my vehicle. I couldn t be more happy with the results. Bless the hands that took care of my car. I highly recommend them, you won t be disappointed.

Took my 2023 Highlander in for a windshield replacement, they had the job done in one day. However, the reason for the poor review is the condition they left my vehicle in after the service. There was dirt and dust all over the dashboard, seats, and floor of the vehicle. There were dirty shoe prints, as seen on the attached picture, that they didn't bother to clean/wipe down. This is not the attention to detail I was expecting from a reputable company. This is a brand new vehicle with less than 1300 miles in it, I keep clean cars, and I should not have to worry about finding my vehicle this dirty after a repair service.

We had a very poor experience here. The car took nearly 5 weeks to repair, there were multiple miscommunications sent via the text as to when the vehicle would be ready, they didn't test drive it after the initial repair so we wasted a trip there to pick it up when in fact it still wasn't fixed, they must have asked us 6 or 7 different times if we had a rental car when we told them no already, and they attempted to collect the deductible twice. Staff seemed like nice people but just really poor quality and communication. Car was clean when we did pick it up.

The caliber collision body shop does an amazing job to repair my car. Great service and friendly people like Bud really make the repair process smooth and carefree. I am glad that I have worked with them and would like to recommend it to others.

Collaborative Efforts with Geico Insurance, Caliber Collison and Enterprise Car Rentals = Great Customer Service.I had sideswiped a big boulder in a parking lot that left both the passenger side doors and the rocker panel at the bottom damaged.I filed a claim with Geico insurance on Mon., Sept. 21st and within hours, received a call from a Geico representative. I had decided to go with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress� program instead of choosing to get estimates by myself. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made.I was told I could use Caliber Collisions which was located less than a mile from my house. I was set up with an appointment for the next day and was told that it would take about � hour. Because I had a car rental included in my insurance, a car and representative from Enterprise would be waiting for me at Caliber Collisions.My Geico claim was assigned to Troy Szymandera. I received a text from Troy the same day and he assured me that he would keep me updated. And he did!I was greeted by James, the service writer for Caliber. He walked around the car and talked me through repairs while assessing the damage.When finished, I was greeted by Nick from Enterprise Car Rental. He handed over the key fob for a Ford Fusion and went through standard questions re: fuel and insurance. He advised that when my car was repaired, I could just leave the rental at Caliper Collision and they would pick it up later.Between the walk around and paperwork, I was on my way home 20 minutes after I arrived at Caliber.I received texts from both Troy at Geico and James at Caliber on an almost daily basis. My car was repaired within 4 business days. To my utter surprise and delight, the passenger side looks brand new! The paint job matches the rest of the car perfectly. Caliber had detailed the inside which I normally pay over $100. They had saran wrap around the steering wheel as well as plastic and paper mats on the floors and seats. There was no chance of spreading germs during this Covid pandemic. The car was washed and has a super great wax job. This car has not looked this good since the day I bought it.The repair process was seamless by going with GEICO Auto Repair Xpress�. Partnering with Caliber Collision and Enterprise Car Rentals made this one of the best customer service experiences of my life. And that s a long, long time, because I got my license when I was 16 and I am now 70 years old!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

James and his crew handled our small collision repair no different than one valued at 10 times the final invoice amount. Courteous, professional, quality work and on time. Worked well with both the car rental agency and the insurance company.

Bud did an amazing job communicating with me during the repair. He texted any issues right away, and was very friendly during the whole process. They cleaned the inside extremely well, and even washed the outside of my car. They went the extra step for me and I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Oak Creek if you want fast, quality service without worrying about shady mechanics. Thanks Bud!

Excellent repair of damage to my hood after road debris bounced up on the freeway. Scheduling took awhile but once in, the job was completed much quicker than expected and under budget! Looks great! Staff was professional and friendly. Recommend!

I had my Jeep repaired after a road crew sprayed my car with yellow road paint. The service I received from Kelly and the crew at Caliber was awesome! They were responsive to my concerns and I was so pleased with the status calls during my time without my car. They did an excellent job and helped me with the return of my rental. When I got my Jeep back which was timely, it looked awesome! I recommend them highly. Thank you!!!!!

As mentioned on here before by others, the attention to detail in the work performed was very poor. Received my vehicle back after repairs with a rag in the back seat, runs in the paint, debris in the clear coat and trim piece not replaced. Called back and was told to bring back as they would fix and install the trim piece they forgot. I have very little confidence in my issues being resolved, but I am giving them a second chance to remedy. Receptionist is super nice, but that was where the service ended. Definately will chose somewhere else in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Caliber collision didn t repair anything on my vehicle. The solutions that were offered weren t really solutions. The attitude and commentary that were made to me in regards to repairing my vehicle were also distasteful and inappropriate. The only reason I gave three stars is because of how impressive the enterprise rental service was set up through caliber collision, other than that I would give 1 star.

Best experience ever! Customer Service was top notch. Hilman communicated with me almost daily to keep me updated on my car repairs. They took a stressful situation and made it painless. My car turned out perfectly. No one can tell there was ever any damage. Goff's goes the extra mile for their customers. I was also impressed to see when I got into my car that Kyle & Jordan detailed the inside of my car. Extra bonus and fantastic surprise!

Fantastic service! I dropped my Mustang off for repair on the bumper and the work was finished way before quoted. Emily and Jay were very polite and communication was wonderful. Well this is an update to my original rating. I have had my car back from caliber collision for 2 1/2 weeks now. All the work they did has been great and it's like the break in never happened. I'm happy with the work they did. However I'm not happy with their overall customer service. I was patient with them at first because I know they have no control over when parts arrive and all that. I was contacted by the shop and was given a day when I would get another update. That day came and went without an update. So I decided to go into the shop the next day and I was told that all the parts were there and the work would be done in about a weeks time. From there when I was supposed to get updates it rarely happened and I would have to call the shop to find out what was going with my car. I would get all kinds of excuses as to why it's not done and it was always "hopefully tomorrow it'll be done!" After all was said and done I finally got my car back. I was happy, at first, but then I realized there was no interior detail done to my car. My insurance company was charged for it. It was even a line item on the receipt. So then I had to take it back to get it detailed. It got detailed, finally, and now I'm happy to not need to go back there again. I had a terrible experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Boooo.Took my car in after hitting a deer since it was in my insurance network. I called after a few weeks for an update and they gave me an estimated completion date 2 weeks away, saying it could be even further out. I made travel plans based on this. 4 days later I was informed that my car was ready and that I needed to pick it up within 24 hours. I was just on my way out of state. Luckily I was still in town and was able to pick it up. They were very rude when I tried to discuss options regarding picking it up at a later date. I picked up my car and only made it as far as Chicago before my engine began overheating and I had to pull off the highway downtown where it died completely. Turns out they had neglected plug the radiator fan in. They had also not replaced the radiator hose that had been pressed against the fan belt after the collision, causing a giant divot to be worn into it. I was lucky to not spring a coolant leak or do damage to the engine.Interactions with them seeking compensation have been as bad as the original ones. Just now the person on the other end of the phone laughed at me when she remembered who I was. Miserable and potentially dangerous experience all around with this establishment. Would NOT recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Lack of attention to detail. Poor quality of repair. Had to take the car back after it being "Completed". Many issues with the repair such as orange peel on bumper, rear end structure not being straightened resulting in the bumper cover not fully installed, trunk being bent, taillights hanging outwards.After taking the car back to be fixed again, of all my concerns, the orange peel was fixed and so were the taillights. However nothing else was. I am still not happy with the repair, but I do not have confidence that they are able to perform the repair properly.I do not recommend (at least) this location of Caliber Collision. The fact they tried to push off the first repair as complete is what really frustrates and concerns me.The only positive comment I have is their staff is friendly, and the communication is pretty decent.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
