I have finally convinced my mother to stop using these scammers. I asked for a pressure check and fill, and to see if there was any damage to the tires or pressure sensor. They were so kind to "work me in without an appointment" at their seven-bay shop with the empty parking lot and one other customer. Lo and behold, one tire needed to be replaced. Their tech had not written down which tire, what the damage was, or what the tread depth was. The manager went out and measured only the tread depth of the tire with the nail near the sidewall. They only showed me three tire options, then claimed only 2 were in stock, even after I emphasized that a 2 year old set of 80k tires did not need another 80k or even 50k tire. $84 with road hazard coverage to get a replacement $136 tire with road hazard on it. The kicker? Mom had this exact issue on this exact tire replaced for $100 at the Sturtevant BFF location a month ago. Hmm.Personally, I have used Discount Tire for 12 years, and never paid more than $35 for a replacement tire. They check your tread depth in the parking lot, write it down on paper and enter it in the system for each tire, and when they find a nail in the sidewall they wheel the tire into the lobby or take you into the bay to show you the damage. (BFF texts a photo of the damage but that did me no good since they were using my mother's number despite me being the one who brought the vehicle in. I've attached it and you can make your own judgements...) Maybe Discount Tire's policy across 4 different states and a decade has spoiled me, but that's the sort of service I expect from anyone doing tires, and BFF falls EXTREMELY short. If they want to improve - or if customers want to gauge a new tire place - those are some criteria to get everyone involved started.0/5 stars, be better.Note on photos: i checked the depth of the new tire because I was surprised they out a tire on that was just as dirty as the others. My mother forwarded me the photo of her tire that their service texted her and I never sw during the whole shebang.

Diagnosed within minutes but all techs waited for Steve to come off break (90 minute wait) to tell me. Check the cameras if you think this is untrue. Best part was told it couldn't be fixed that a nail was in the side wall. Second best was Blains unable to order the tire. Probably best because I took it to a REAL tire shop who told me the nail was an inch and a half away from the side wall and repaired it for $59.99. This stores automotive department is awful and ran by lazy, thoughtless people. If I could give a zero I would. Amanda S you should be trained better at diagnostics.

Called the store right to the service desk asked about a price match that i was told yes to on lawn mower equipment against tractor supply. Was told yes they'll match. Go to the store a short time later to purchase against the price match. Wanted to make sure they'll reiterate the match at the service desk.... nope so many miles from store, and available at store stipulations. Ok fight for saving a few dollars over I still want to purchase, I'm here I buy it at higher price. 1 left in stock go to the customer pickup lane nooooope. They don't have it. My nearly 400 dollars is taken immediately out of my checking and now I have to wait 24 hour for MY MONEY to be returned to my account. MORAL OF THE STORY DONT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU PHYSICALLY SEE THE STOCKED PRODUCT. OR JUST USE THEM FOR A PRICEMATCH ELSEWHERE.NOTE. MANAGER GAVE ME 20 IN STORE GIFT CARD. THREW IT ON THE GROUND IN THE PARKING LOT AS I GOT INTO MY TRUCK TO LEAVE. . ILL GO TO ONE OF THE 4 OTHER BIG CHAINS THAT HAVE IT IN STOCK.

I experienced a severe flat tire with my car, but I managed to reach the store. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday, and most of the establishments were closed. The store employees informed me that they couldn't assist me without an appointment, which I understood. However, I noticed that there were three males in the front area, with two of them preoccupied one on the phone texting and the other simply sitting around. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I even offered to purchase a tire and requested them to mount it on the rim, as I could handle putting the tire on and off myself. Unfortunately, they declined my request.

Loved the experience, got great clothes for my new job!!! The mannequin was the one who was hiding my size, we had to strip he of her clothes it was quite the experience... Had a FUN SHOPPING DAY!

Bought a set of 4 tires, because the deal was too good to pass up. Had a mishap with the ordering, Dirk was more than happy to compensate and make sure everything was right. Also had them install another set I had bought online, for a great price, including disposal of old tires. They are attentive, well staffed, and knowledgeable. Won t hesitate to come back in the future, for auto service.

I absolutely love this place, it has a variety of things for low prices. Staff is very kind and really professional. I definitely recommend this place to people if you haven't been there, you will definitely be amazed at what you will find whether its for home, pets, or shoes/clothing. Will continue to shop here!

WOW!What an awesome experience.While making a delivery here I decided to run in while being unloaded and purchase a few items I needed for my tractor & trailer.So many polite & cheerful people, each saying good morning & offering to help. What a difference from other Big Box Stores.17 pallets delivered. In & Out in under 30 minute's.

This is the place to go get your car battery. Other places like AutoZone and Advanced have their batteries listed at higher prices for less of a warranty. I have replaced batteries from two different vehicles and have not had any problems even within 2 months away from the 6yr warranty. Of course you will have to pay for a replacement but not full price of a new one.When my sons mother batt. died i told her to call a couple places then Farm and Fleet . Of course they were the better option and even costing $30 less. All around a great place that go. Great customer service. Always helpful associates.

What to do when your quote is one thing and the bill is over $300 more. And they're not the cheapest quote!Plus a two week wait for the appointment.Then the "store manager" refuses to do anything about it.Amateur hour all around.

Took lawn mower in for carb rebuild, 3 weeks later I picked it up, took it home and it would stay running. Returned to Blains and after another week got it back. Ran goodNext week the pull rope to start mower broke. Took it in to them, after about a week I went to pick it up and there was no one in shop, i waited over 15 minutes to someone finally came back from a delivery that worked in the shop. I picked up The mower and took it to mow the lawn and rope broke off again. Took it back in and they have had it now for 2 days. I have wasted so much time and gas during this time they should give me a gift card to make up for it.Mark

Never had a problem... They always have done the job asked.I particularly don't like having to schedule TWO appointments to have a job completed. One to make sure they can do it, and the other to do it. You can't have 2 appointments consecutive to each other.If you don't mind wasting your time.... They do have the best rate in town.

This is horrible. I use to love going to Blain's. We went there tonight and found a hunting chair for my husband. The sign said it was 16.99 on sale. When we got to the register it came up at 20.99. The cashier went to check the price and came back with another person who said the chair was on sale on the 2nd. Today is the 21st that's a long time for your store to have false advertising up. The person said the chair will go back on sale on the 29th but would not give it to us for the 16.99 price. This is so sad. I don't like giving bad reports but this is the second time I got bad service at Blain's. No stars for you.

I had tires mounted and balanced I decided to inspect job before I paid. Three of the lug nuts were missing their outer sleeves. Asked for them back the service advisor said when that happens they throw them in the trash. Without the outer sleeves the factory lug wrench will not work. In the event of a flat it would be impossible to change the tire. With something g so important they decided not to even mention it and I was told he was a mechanic for forty years what ever that means. This was a safety issue. The auto service is always the worst service. No one is at the counter to help. There is always a wait. I've had an appointment several times and it was rescheduled because when I showed up for the appointment, "The tech isn't here" the one time, "The tech didn't show up" the second time. We will never bring our car back. Worst customer service ever! I'm currently waiting for them to get a manger because "the service guy went to the auto parts store"

Purchased a new battery with a warranty. Supposedly free replacement if the battery fails. I had to take the battery back three times before they would replace the battery and then they charged me $32. They've now lost all of my business.
