Went in on a Monday night after work. I had the most one-on-one attention from both of the employees. The first employee wasn t sure, but asked his other employee for assistance. I felt comfortable asking many other questions on other car related topics. James is the second employee that i asked those other car related questions. But the first employee cared about my issues also. I apologize I didn t get first employees his name. Based on customer service, knowledge, patience- I will go back there in a heartbeat and recommend you do to.

words cannot express how thankful I am for James - I was traveling with my daughters from out of state, and had issues with my car (on a Sunday in the middle of severe weather). He saw that I was a nervous wreck and calmed me down and simply was a wonderful person being kind and helped me resolve my problem and gave me additional directions in the event they were needed on the remainder of my travels home. He was a blessing in that moment and on that day. I've always had great experiences at Auto Zones, and this is one of the many reasons why I/we continue to be customers. James went beyond customer service that day - he was a neighbor, a kind person, who simply saw another person in need of help. It was a simple fix on almost any persons list of things to do, and in truth and hind sight, I laugh at the blubbering idiot I was that day - but at that moment, it was the end of my rope and scared. He recognized that and was just great. Thank you James (& Stacy) for just being kind and calming a mom's frantic mind. The world would be a better place if we only had a few more people like James. <3

James and Alex helped me fix my windshield wipers after a big chunk of ice flew off of this stupid lady s car at my windshield on the freeway and broke them. They were very kind and made me feel a lot better after assuring me they fixed them! Great staff at this location!

I just want to give a huge shout out to James the PSM here, it was below zero outside and I couldn't get my windshield wipers unfroze they were stuck , James figured out a way to not only remove my windshield blades from sticking but offered a better pair for a few move dollars so I wouldn't run into the same problem in the future We all know Winter in Wisconsin is no joke, so I agreed purchased them and he installed them in .2 seconds and I was on the road safely again, when I say I can not describe how grateful I am to know that excellent managers like James that do exist and go beyond his normal job duties to have helped me it reallyade me a customer for life at this location.Protect that man like gold !!! Mind u I stopped at one other AutoZone and they told me there was nothing they could do to help me , and when I stopped off of 27th & Ryan scared and in tears James jumped into action and helped me to not only get home safely but avoid the issue again in the future !!!u are truly amazing !!!!

My check engine light came on during a drive to Chicago. Pulled off and was greeted by James C. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me laugh which I appreciated being nervous that all hell was about to break loose. He was able to help me quickly address and solve the issue. Super thankful, thanks James!!

Lady who is always there hates her life, makes you feel unwelcome. Very rude makes you feel like your asking stupid questions and refuses to help in any way. Lazy and rude

When our car wouldn t start before an 18 hour trip we were very scared. But James was great and he helped us replace a battery, check all of our fluids, and replace our air filter. He really went above and beyond to make sure that we were as prepped as possible for our trip so thank you!!

I m a 61 year old man, and today I had the best customer service experience of my life. I went in because an engine light came on in my truck. As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by James C., even though he was with another customer. Normally salespeople don t acknowledge you if they re with a customer. Once he started helping me, he was one of the most pleasant and professional people I ve ever encountered. He came out to my car, even though it was raining, and diagnosed a loose battery cable. He told me what was needed, went back in the store, got the part, and fixed it on the spot just to make sure it fixed the problem. The engine light was off! WOW!!! I was blown away by the kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. This is one of those moments that restores your faith in humanity. I can t say enough kind words. Thank you so much, James.BTW - James was also training a new employee at this time. Needless to say, he was doing that with patience and professionalism as well.AutoZone: Take care of this guy, he s a winner!James: Thank you for the amazing service. I ll never forget your kindness.

What happened to Kay and the country guy? Both of them were always on point and got all my vehicle needs done. They always went above and beyond to help out especially in winter time, the country guy has changed my battery out on my 2018 dodge Durango in no time but now when I go in I'm not greeted and when I ask for help James acts like he is so much better than me and makes me feel bad and doesn't help me, in my opinion you have lost the 2 best people that worked hard and replaced them with a lazy person that thinks they are better than anyone, will not be coming back here.

Went in for a rear blinker bulb. Angel attended to me right away, and offered to install the bulb EVEN THOUGH 1 OF HIS ARMS WAS IN A SLING. Above and beyond great service. Cheap prices and wonderfully friendly workers.

Incredible customer service!! A man named Dax just replaced a very stubborn headlight lamp for 30 minutes IN THE RAIN !!! Autozone needs to give Dax a raise!! Thank you Autozone !!! Customer for life .... Kevin

Passing through on our way home from a wedding and the car suddenly shut off. Dax came out right away in his own truck and brought us a new battery and put it in for us. Very friendly and helpful. Best customer service ever!

Friendly, professional service at its best. I came in with a dying/dead car battery in vehicle, and Geimilis was very helpful testing the battery, finding a new one, charging the old one (it didn't charge), and finally loaning a few tools so I could install the new battery. And she did it all in a professional and friendly way. Thank you Gimilis. Autozone is my preferred auto parts store because they hire employees like this.

Will, Isaiah, and Derek are fantastic people. When I needed my tire changed they were there to help me at a moments notice. Granted this was my first time changing a tire on the go but they were there to help me every step of the way. Thank you again guys.

I went into Autozone in Oak Creek and the service there was just spectacular. The manager Stacie went above and beyond to make sure I had grease for my battery terminals. She really was very helpful. I will make sure to keep coming back to this Autozone. Thanks again Stacie for you re helpfulness.

Unwelcoming and rude. I guess autozone no longer keeps the loaner tool box. That s fine I understand that but the way I was ask can I help you with something sounded like I didn t belong there. There was literally zero other customers. Yet I felt no sense of service or support at a business to help with auto repair. I love all peoples but these old women need to find work elsewhere with there bingo hall attitudes.

Darrick was a huge help! He came all the way to the gas station to switch out our battery! We re from Iowa and have a long trip back but he was very willing to help! Such a nice guy and full of energy! He needs a raise 100%!!!

Darrick was phenomenal! He came out all the way to kwik trip and replaced our battery for us at kwik trip! He was so amazing and very eager to help us out since we are from iowa. And made it very fun time as well! If I have any problems next time When I m in Wisconsin I m going to them!! He needs a raise for sure

Stacie from Store 4339, 26th & Ryan Rd, Oak Creek went above and beyond the call of duty on Saturday, 5/21/22 when she helped retrieve my cell phone which fell between my seat and console. I originally tried to get it myself for about a half hour with no success. AutoZone is very lucky to have courteous and helpful employee like Stacie.

Isaiah and Will were very professional and courteous while helping me get parts for my truck. They even went so far to carry the parts to my vehicle and wished me a nice day and safe drive. Way better customer service than Advanced Auto. Thanks guys.

Staff at this location is always so helpful as is the second location in Oak Creek.The only draw back to shopping at AutoZone... and this applies to all locations... The only way to get the best price or take advantage of special offers or the best pricing deal is to shop on line and have it delivered to your home or business. When I am working on my vehicles... I need it NOW... not in a couple of days to wait for delivery. It would be helpful if AutoZone adopted the Advanced Auto Parts model of purchase online and pick up at your local store. Fix this and I will change my review to 5 stars. I would have given 2 stars for the pricing issue but the employees at both Oak Creek locations are so knowledgeable and helpful. Great customer service has to count for something.

Covid aside, the guys were.all really helpful and got me what I needed. Thanks!I was in again today and bought windshield wipers. They offered to help install them but I deferred .. I can do this myself. One hour later I was back at the store swallowing my pride and asking for help. Jaylin came out and made short work of the install. So glad I went to AutoZone for help. Note I do not own AZ stock , work there or have a family member on staff;. Just a grateful customer, seriously.

Anything you ask about car and its available here. They offer free of cost quick services if you want to fix some accessories in car. Also they sell car maintenance and repair books which are very useful.

Needed a battery replacement ASAP and did not have any tools to get the job done. Derek did an outstanding job assisting me with finding the correct battery and installing it! I highly recommend coming to this Auto Zone with any of your car care needs!
