Very responsive. Ford chose this business to come pick up my mache which is an EV. Special tow rules apply. Eric provided Great communication and got my vehicle to its intended repair shop.

Eric was beyond a 5 star review!!! Truly a blessing....got stranded on the side of the freeway LATE at night and called multiple company's with no answer called Eric from Breakdown Rescue and he answered on the 2nd ring told him my situation and without hesitation said he could be there and the price was FAIR AND REASONABLE he was quick professional safe and overall made my not so great situation a little better knowing I was going to make it safely home.....Eric at Breakdown Rescue is going to be my #1 call for any tow service I need in the future

Eric was very quick and efficient. Had a breakdown on an on-ramp in December with my daughter in the backseat and he was there within 20 min and even suggested a mechanic nearby that found it to be a minor issue and had my car fixed within the hour as opposed to waiting 2 days for the dealership service to open. Can t thank Breakdown Rescue enough!

Eric was very professional and careful towing my classic collector car. He used soft straps all around and was very helpful in positioning the car and helping me push it into my garage for storage. Also on time and very friendly, and with clean modern equipment. I definitely recommend Eric if you need a tow!

Eric helped me out with a flat tire. I didn't have the correct tools to get the job done myself. He arrived at the time he said he would and was very efficient in getting me back on the road. The whole ordeal lasted less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend his services to anyone who needs roadside assistance. Outstanding!
