I recently sent my 2012 FLHX to have a gear drive cam set up installed. Of course my run out was well past the 0.05 maximum suggested for install. The mechanic doing the work (Al Santiago at High Strength V Twin in Harrisburg, Pa.) suggested sending my crank to Darkhorse for a rebuild. They balanced the fly wheels, added a new pin w/new connecting rods and welded the pin in place. We also installed a Darkhorse compensator. The difference is amazing. Finding neutral in any situation is effortless. The reduced vibration when the motor is idling and at speed is awesome. The power produced with the additional engine rebuild and tuning is far more than expected. This company prides itself on producing top quality results at every level. Thay did not disappoint this consumer. I highly recommend Darkhorse Motor Company.

Had these guys completely rebuild the bottom end of my twin cam with every upgrade possible. The team here knocked it out of the park. Thanks for giving me the confidence to get another 100k out the bike

Works as advertised! After heads cam pistons exhaust and tuner this put it all together simple install well worth the money putting one in a friend's bike next.nice to get a part that actually does everything they it will do very pleased .Thanks

I called multiple times and had numerous questions everyone in their team over at dark horse helped me out and was very educational on what exactly they were doing with my crank. I can t see why anyone would ever consider going some place else!
