Was able to buy my tires online without a problem. I get to the care center wait almost an hour for them to tell me the tires are to big for my car even though the numbers match. The manager was unwilling to go look himself. Was able to get my tires put on somewhere else without any issue or being second questioned. Will not go back there for anything.

Walmart just does good work across the board. Always great service prices are fine. Not my first choice but in a pinch I'll go here

Employee told me that my tires were too worn to rotate. That is literally impossible. Some people s kids just still seem to amaze me.

They did great work when I had them put in a new battery. Next, will not be new tires.

2 hours to get tires put on and then staff member Jeremy was very rude. He asked what I needed and I told him I was wondering if my car was done (I saw it being pulled out 5 min beforehand) normal response should be sure! What s the name on that? But I got arms in the air and who are you?! He should probably stick to a non-customer service position.Service: Tires

I liked the idea that you can make an appointment for getting new tires on. So far, they seemed to have done a great job! Very respectful and professional. They ( Walmart) do need to make electrical accessible for those needing to wait for their vehicle. Couldn't plug in my computer to get some work done while I waited. Thanks.

I came in simply for an oil change. I arrived before the first car even rolled into the bay, before 730am,and was told it would be about an hour til they'd get started on my car. I was then told it'd be an hour and a half no more than 3 minutes after walking through the store. I am sitting here, still waiting as of 10am and my car hasn't even been moved into the bay yet. Will not be bringing my business here again, the staffing of this lube center sucks.

Well they don't answer their phones but I was able to get an online appointment scheduled. They were very friendly, reasonably fast, and extremely well priced for tire installation.

Had a discrepancy on the road hazard warranty for a flat tire. The manager took care of me in under an hour, New tire mounted and balanced,all under warranty no cost to me. Not sure why everyone else is so disappointed with the service here. I've only dealt with them for tires but I've never been disappointed.

I was told by a mechanic I needed 4 new tires to remedy a slight shake at high speeds. The tires seemed ok to us so we brought it in to Walmart for a 2nd opinion. Tho they thought they'd be replacing my tires, they let me know that my tires are in good shape and just need to be balanced and rotated, saving me a great deal of money. I'm very grateful for they're honesty and will be bringing our vehicles here from now on.

I was in line and waiting to talk to an Autocenter employee. During that time the Autocenter employee at the desk literally skipped behind me to take the appointment of the person behind me apparently im a lesser person then the person behind me. I decided to be cool about it and not fret about it. I was then told to "hold on im busy" for 5 mins. Finally another employee was asking about the current scheduled buisness and asked what I needed fixed. The person at the desk said "What you want were busy". I held my tongue and stated that I needed a two tires changed and an oil change. She then said "It would be better if you just left than stay till the end of day". I proceeded to leave. I have gone here before and I have never been treated so rudely and like a second rate person. I will never go to the Autocenter for buisness again.

Bought my tires on the Walmart website. Showed up first in line at 6:30am knowing they open at 7 so I waited. At about 6:55am a car pulled up for an oil change and another car for tires. They wrote up the other four tires and oil change before me. I waited for my car until 9:45am. Hell of a way to spend a Saturday, waiting 3 hours when I should have been out of there around 7:30-7:40. I've put tires on before, it's not rocket science. I'll never be back even with the free lifetime rotate and balance. (That I didn't want but was forced to pay for). And they say Walmart takes from small business, this time you guys contributed to small business. Go to Fred's Tire in Stillwater or Tires Plus.

Exceptional service, very knowledgeable staff and diligent, competent service providers. I used to take my volvo to the volvo dealership whenever I had car issues...now I'm bringing my car to New Richmond's Walmart auto service center. Quality at about a forth the cost, I recommend this service center to anyone who appreciates the value of quality work, excellent customer service and affordable prices. Very satisfied customer!!!

i went there yesterday with 4 hours left in their workday. they told me there wasnt enough time to do my tires so i went back today with almost 6 hours left in there work day stood around for almost 45 minutes and watched all the shop employees meander around talking to each other only to be told they dont have enough time to do my tires and for some reason i cant leave my car with them over night. DO NOT GO HERE.

I needed a battery for my car. The guy was not helpful at all. Free installation when you purchase a battery. But sorry there is a 3 hour wait, and you can't take your car and leave and come back. I do respite care for a 10 year old non- verbal autistic child. I was due to pick him up. I wanted to go get him come back and have the battery installed. But manager said no, can't do that. Thanks for nothing! I bought the battery and had my son switch it out, and took back the old battery the next day for the refund of $10 core. So I really don't like the tire department. Because waiting 3 hours with a non - verbal autistic child is not a good idea anytime. Especially if he decides he doesn't want to wait. You really need to be more sensitive to the needs of your customers.

Don't waste your time. They had only one guy working when I went with three hours left in the working day. He said they would only have time left for the one car in front of me. Typical walmart. They are also switching out most of registers inside out with self checkouts. I wonder how many people will loose their jobs from this.

I need a tire patched and am told I can t make an appointment for that and am expected to return day after day hoping there is an opening for me. Guy say I don t have an appointment Saturday morning (two days from now) and when I said but if I can t make one, who s to say I I don t agree to come then and someone else doesn t make an appointment in the meantime and got a shrug and a sorry, that s how it works. If you don t want my business, fine, I ll take it elsewhere.

Was here at 6:45 was first one here, just needed a valve stem replaced, my vehicle was the only vehicle in the shop took a hour and 15 minutes unbelievable!!! I guess it's time to find a different place to get my oil changed and tires unbelievable!!!

Special props to Annie, the guy in the camo hat, and even Justin: I needed help and they made it happen. I showed up a half hour before close on a Saturday night on my spare tire, with my torn up tire on its rim, and a new tire I'd bought at Fleet Farm in Hudson. This is already a long story but they got me back on the road when it looked like I'd be stuck for the night. Thank you for your above and beyond help!

Better choice, better price than the auto parts stores in the town. Decided to try out super tech high mileage full synthetic 5w 30 oil and same brand engine oil filter too (looked exactly the same as OEM AC Delco filter. If the prices stay Affordable will go back for more. If not will find the cheapest deal for the same items (different brands) elsewhere even ebay. I win when big corporations compete and fight hard for my business.

Told 1.5 hours for oil change... go back after 1.5 hours and the car isn't even in the shop, still sitting outside!! Honestly don't know why I ever came back here, because when I had my Jetta they acted all confused about it's filter like it was some kind of rare item. A lot of people have these cars(?)AWFUL.

Sure the tires and prices are decent but spent three hours with one other car in the shop first thing in the morning.If you are looking for time-saving work that is efficient.

They told us they had the tires in stock we needed and there would be a 45 minute wait. We went there shortly there after. They didn't have any tires in stock that fit (nor did they before we arrived) and if there was any in stock it was going to be a 2 1/2 hour wait. Never again...

Was told it would be one hour for my oil change. It took 2.5 hours. I was given no explanation or apology. Thanks for keeping me held hostage.

They do not stay open until 7pm like it says on the Walmart website and google, They close at 5PM or whenever they choose that day.
