Gary was super helpful and very easy to work with especially now that they have a texting tool that allowed me to preview some of the parts even that really helped he did amazing job even help me load up when I got there can't say enough about him.

***BUYERS BEWARE*** Gary and Wally are by far the most incompetent sales guys I ve ever met. Agreed on one price, with delivery, then they wanted me to pick it up, then they had cc issues, then they were worried about customers cancelling the payments and that it s been happening regularly lately.. I wonder why??.. never the less, the price kept increasing whether through out of pocket expenses or through added cost/taxes despite it already being accounted for from negotiations. In the end, still no parts and no resolutions, 2 days lost chasing false promises. Pay a bit more, there s better junk yards that will do anything for your business and actually appreciate it when positive criticism is brought up not piss and moan.

Drove over 2 hours to get my partsGuy was friendly really appreciated there hospitalityI wanted a t shirt but did not have any.Could of knocked the price down for the traveling

I called looking for a radio for my truck. I bought the truck without a radio. I asked to see if they had one that I could try and see if it would fit my truck. He was not helpful and insisted I call the dealer to get the part number. Somerset auto salvage encouraged me to look and try radios and so did Jellison's auto salvage. I bet the other New Richmond salvage yard will encourage me to look. Nice guys there.I buy and sell cars and have for many years. I have a pretty good idea of what I am doing. St Croix auto parts should know there are many other options for used parts. Almost all have better customer service!Reply. If anyone has tried calling a dealer and getting the part number for a radio for 18 year old truck you will know it will be a long and frustrating process. I also want to add Abco auto parts let me try radios they have in my 04 expedition, as my expedition also has at least 8 different options for radios.As I said before the guy on the phone could have been more helpful. And I fail to see the harm in trying and testing a radio. The truck would have been there. I had a picture of the wire connectors. Heck one of the guys there could have looked at the truck quick.I also want to point out there was no apology in their reply. I think that also points out poor customer service.
