I didn't catch the guys name but whoever was working the night of 01-29-2024 defiantly deserves a raise. I had a hole in my tire and he came out and helped me pretty much patch it! Very generous and amazing customer service!

The staff is VERY helpful and even helped me troubleshoot an issue over the phone. They are knowledgeable and are even at times willing to help you find the part even if they don't carry it. Even my 8 year old little girl loves this parts store. Great job guys keep up the awesome work.

I was told prior to going in they could help me get my battery replaced and installed. Went in and the manager I'm assuming (Dustin) gave me the worst experience. He was not at all helpful. Thankfully a customer was willing to help me. Dustin gave him the tools and battery and had a customer replace it for me. Dustin was not willing to help and appeared to not know how to replace a battery. Even the customer made a comment to me outside saying how it seemed like no one wanted to help me. Very disappointed in the customer service here.Would not recommend to anyone to go to the New Richmond location.

Won't go anywhere else I wish I could remember both of their names that 1 guy's name was Mac I needed something in a pinch they went above and beyond to help me find it then gave me a great price on an angle grinder They're always going above and beyond

I called they put me on hold for 15mins I hung up and called again they asked if I could be put on hold I said no and they put me on hold anyways. I will never use O'Reilly's ever again.

Usually good luck, you have to find the right person to order parts through and ask the right questions otherwise they might try to up sale you a more expensive part because they recieve a commission on sales. There is a few sketchy workers here.

Most of the employees are knowledgeable. Good supply on hand. Next day on most parts. Can order online and pick up when ready. Fairly easy access and a good location. Prices are competitive.

I love O'Reilly's. Usually get ALL parts there. Water pump for one car last week, now water pump for the other car this week. I had work blades I had bought and they weren't cleaning windshield good and they replaced them for free. Love them. I was at the New Richmond, WI location. They are ALL very helpful and nice.

The gentleman that helped me was very helpful.. the girl employee there tho she needs to keep her judgmental facial expressions to herself. My 8 yr old daughter even picked up on that.

Workers here at the New Richmond are garbage. No one knows anything, and can t help with anything at all. They aren't willing to work with you or help you at all.

If you need parts for your car or truck this is the place to go. The service is out standing. I have been to six different O'Reilly auto parts stores and other car part store's and I have no where the service that the New Richmond's O'Reilly part store offers. Way to go O'Reilly you got my two thumbs up and my five star review I have chosen to only shop for my car parts there in new Richmond at O'Reilly.

Good staff...very helpful.... many visits borrowed tools free and most recently helped install a battery last minutes before closing; I was desperate and they helped at 9:03 pm

Horrible service by the current manager. Wouldn t help open a door or ask if I needed hemp carrying my stuff to my car and I was the only one in the store.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. They said it was the purge valve and sold me a $40 part so my brother could fix it. He wasn t able to do I brought it to a shop and later that day got a call saying it wasn t the right part for my car. Don t trust these people to actually know anything about cars.
