This place is amazing everyone here is not just in it for the sale... they genuinely care about your needs and have safe reliable vehicles for sale. Curt and Jake are awesome they got me back on the road within a day of my old car breaking down! I got a generous $ for my trade Great warranty options and they actually listen and don't try to sell you whatever! If you are in need please see them! You won't regret it! They also have other vehicles they can pull from other lots if you don't see what u need at thier lot! Over all 10 out if 10! Love my 2017 chevy! Thanks again curt and Jake

These guys are the best around. I drove an hour and a half to get out there. They took really good care of me. Got everything that I wanted with the vehicle and all that I was out the door within three hours. Super friendly staff Curt was awesome to work with.

Absolutely would not recommend buying from this place, put 1,100 miles on a truck I purchased from them 400 of it being getting it home from them, called back sent videos of my concerns of noises and all they said was sounds like a normal truck truck no longer runs and they told me it s not their problem they won t be helping me their mechanics fully inspected the truck nothing was wrong with it .. but my none running truck says otherwise . Try to talk to them and they ignore me and just hang up when trying to explain my point.

I had a great experience with them. I bought a 2012 Hyundai Accent and I love it. It runs very well and it's a very well maintained vehicle. The people there were great to me and to my family. Thanks for everything ya'll did to me and my family.

My grandson and daughter had a terrible experience with the people who work for the New Richmond Auto Mall and the owner who never returned phone calls or emails, they purchased a truck and had some repairs and an oil change on the vehicle , they never filled the truck with oil and the mechanic said he didn t put ANY oil in it and the motor failed, then they towed the truck back to the store and then all the ignoring us began, I drove there and met with Jake, he said he didn t want to negotiate by saying HE SAID/SHE SAID and I agreed , and that s exactly how he started, and we went nowhere, and thinking back 50 years in my career I was never treated like that, and after reading all of the bad reviews the customer is ALWAYS WRONG, I could go on and say a lot more but I ve found it to be a waste of my time! LIKE I SAID PREVIOUSLY, IT TOOK MANAGEMENT OVER 3 WEEKS FOR A RESPONSE AND IT WAS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT AND THE PEOPLE AT NEW RICHMOND NEVER TRIED TO NOT SELL THE VEHICLE OR TRIED TO NEGOTIATE ANOTHER DEAL!

Do not buy a car here. We test drove a car there and the rest end clunked when we drove it. Our sales guy said he heard it too. They claimed they thawed it out and it was fine now. They said their mechanic checked it over. So we bought the car. It continued to clunk. I took it to my mechanic and he told me the rear shock was bad and to return the car. New Richmond auto mall looked at it again and said the shock was fine. Two weeks later my local mechanic said the rear tire is crooked and I have an issue in my rear end. So they ran it inside and said the shock is bad and it s quite expensive to replace. I called new Richmond again and the service lady was rude and short. She told me..well you bought a used vehicle so ..I asked for the manager and never got a call back. Do not buy a car here. It wasn t even cleaned when we bought it. They only got 1 star because 0 stars wasn t an option. We like the car. Too bad the experience was so poor.
