The service is good, completed my last job, but the repair of a service bulletin failed within 2 years. Was told to bring my car in at 8 AM to drop off and they would have a loaner, arrived to be told no loaner available. I work overnights and was in town an extra hour to make this appointment, they could inform people the day before to save them wasted time.

Had an accident last fall took it into JBS . Never got completed and the paint does not match. I now have it at another body shop with new damage but I am paying them extra to fix what Johnson's body shop did not complete and to match the paint on my hood and fender from the previous paint job. Would not recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I recently had repair work on my vehicle at Johnson Collision. Insurance was notified and photos were sent. When I picked up my vehicle I was told that if I had any concerns or questions I should let them know. A few days later I noticed a repair area that was not completed. I explained it to the Manager and he refused to acknowledge it was due to their work. He was rude and defensive. Very poor customer service. I will never recommend Johnson Collision.Service: Body & Trim

The estimate they gave was reasonable. The timeline to get my car in could be better but that is subject to availability of parts and out of their control. I will see them again in a couple of months to get my work done

The customer service here is excellent! They kept me updated weekly on the progress of my repairs. The work was outstanding as well. I can't tell the car had been damaged. I highly recommend this business.

Made a scheduled appointment for autobody repair. Dropped off the vehicle and it was not looked at for 2 weeks after it was dropped off. It took over a month for them to finish my car and when I picked it up there were mice nests and feces in the engine bay. Spoke with the manager and they refused to acknowledge any of the problems were from their end. Instead they tried to blame the insurance company. Would not recommend getting your vehicle serviced here.Edit: The Headlight and widshield washer does not work after the repairs they made. Brought the vehicle back to have them correct the issue, and they deflected and said it was not their fault. Awful company, awful service.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All around perfect experience. We had vehicle body components painted for one of our Van customers before we installed them. Throughout the process from quote to finished product Marc delivered exactly as he promised.

Don't know the quality of their work as they wouldn't touch my '15 Silverado as it had rust. They only want to change parts apparently. Makes sense if old vehicle but my truck is only 6 years old.

Poor service very rude on the phone. Very slow workers booked out 5 months. The lady on the phone was arguing with me. wouldn't bring your vehicle here..
