We were 160 miles from home and picked up some metal in our sidewall. We pulled into their shop for help. They didn't have our tire size in stock but they changed it with our spare at n/c. The people there are all wonderful and very very nice. I wish they were closer to home, they'd have all our business.

They broke 2 tire pressure sensors when installing new tires. Did not tell us about it before we left. Asked them to make it right and they would not even cover labor costs to fix sensors. Very disappointing.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, I dropped it off on a Friday they say it would be in next week then it was the week after that, call again and it finally got in 3 weeks later, did no work to it but the took my engine cover off and didn t replace it then overfilled it with oil about 2 qt. And took a pair of pliers and tightened the oil cap down I know this because there are tool marks on the cap and I had to get a pair of pliers to take it off. I guess messing with people s livelihood is some kind of sick joke to these people. IF YOUR READING THIS LIKE THE REVIEW

I needed my breaks done but due to timing issues for me it was hard to get a time that would be good for both me and the shop. Jeremy helped me out big time and is super friendly! Definitely a great clean place one of the best in the area. They were upfront and honest about everything I was very happy with the service!

My flat tire was fixed fine. They were busy and could not complete the wireing of my headlights and turn signals completely. I need to go back, sometime to have them finish the job. I'd give them a B+ for the total service!!

The one word that comes to mind is HONESTY. We went to an automobile sales place that is located in Dale and they totally wripped us off for a brake job. Not Midstate!! They did an awesome job on our truck. Very fair, great price and very honest. We will be going back. I brought my car in to get a wheel bearing fixed and also some brake pads put in. I was pleased with them getting the work done in a timely manner, but they didn't tighten my bolts down on one brake enough. So unknown to me the caliper had become loose and fell off my car while driving, leaving me with very little brake power. Luckily I didn't get hurt or hurt anyone else because of this.Service: Brakes

Whoever was working today threatened to call the cops simply because I parked in the parking lot and didn't come in right away I will never go here again horrible customer service

Very nice good people straight forward . If they see something other than what you came in for that needs to be repaired they will let you know and give you a fare estimate of cost ...

Friendly knowledgeable staff,was my first time dealing with a defective auto part and they honored the warranty.very helpful. Sometimes it pays to pay a little more for a personal touch and this holds true here,!
