Bought a new snowblower last year ( not from here, from Lowes) and had an oil leak first time using it. Tri-City got it repaired under warranty from the OEM and gave me a loaner free of charge to use while they dealt with the warranty claim. Great service that I'd recommend to anyone.

Honest, Reasonable and Excellent Work! Scott & Josh know their stuff..Diagnosed and ultimately replaced engine in my Deere Tractor. Fast and quality professionals. Cant say enough. They've made a customer for life!
