We waited several months for a call back about a sensor coming in that we ordered through New Franken Auto. Not only did they not call back, but when we called to check in we were told Oh, can t get that here. So we ve been waiting for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Was visiting friends when we had some car troubles. Staff here checked over the vehicle right away and gave us an honest opinion and told us it was shot, but they got it working enough for us to get home (to MN). Very honest and ethical.

Can't say enough about the professionals at NFSS. Good technicians, fair and honest. On a Sunday in the middle of winter 45 mile per hour sustained winds and snow I got my car stuck pulling into the service lot. Justin came straight away and pulled me smooth out. How is that for character! Good man. Bless NFSS
