Great people, great shop. I was referred to them by a friend and will be referring people there in the future. Needed frontend repairs because of deer strike. Repair work was fantastic, truck was returned clean and better looking than before the accident. Communication throughout the repair process was really good.

Phenomenal service!!Courtney at caliber collision is amazing so easy to talk to and she worked with my schedule, and took care of everything it was so easy for me to just drop off my vehicle and pick up the rental car. Got my car service done super fast. I leave in Green Bay but I didn t mind driving to New Franken because of her customer service. I highly recommended this business. Somehow my phone fell through an opening near the glove box. We were in Detoit for a car show,so had 4 or 5 Ford people from Ford World Headquarters try to retrieve it. No luck. They recommended taking part of the dash apart.Went to Caliber Collision for an estimate to compare the cost of going through the dash or replacing the phone. Within minutes he handed me the phone! HE DIDN'T EVEN USE ANY TOOLS! He' a real wizard and honest too. A real asset to our community.

My son and I are restoring a 2017 Camaro II SS that my father-in law bought several years ago. The car had been in at least 2 accidents and the repairs that were done on were terrible. The factory paint was orange peel and the alignment of any body panel near any of the previous damage was misaligned. Jordan did a fantastic job of giving me an estimate and we both agreed that more than likely they would find more damage under the corner panel. And they did. But because of the initial estimate and discussion it was not a surprise or shock. When the car went in we got almost daily updates on what work had been done that day with pictures. I asked Jordan the the professionals at the shop to make it better than factor new and they did that. Whether people ask me or not I'm going to tell them that the car was in really bad shape when we got it but it is better now than what it was coming off the showroom floor. Took my car in for a fairly easy fix the team is amazing and super informative there was another separate issue which they took the time to explain to me If there were more than 5 stars I would of ranked them higher . Excellent service from receptionist to worker to manager ! Repair work was done super fast also !

Caliber was amazing! After a Deer hit my Durango. They took amazing care of us! Kourtnee and Travis were amazing! They got my Durango looking better than when I bought it. A beautiful Detail and EVEN A CLEAN ENGINE BAY! 10 out of 10 will absolutely recommend!!!!!

The Caliber team helped my grandparents out recently with their GMC terrain, the team was very happy to help and very friendly! Jordan and Kourtney were very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be recommending Caliber for repairs in the future!
