I've shopped for parts here maybe a dozen or so times in the 3 years since moving to the area, and I haven't had a bad experience or any real complaints to speak of. Only big downside is there aren't any prices displayed or marked on anything. If you want to know the price of something you have to bring it up front to have it scanned or holler across the store to the clerk at the counter. They aren't open til 8 or 9 like most bigger chain auto parts stores so buying parts here last minute on a weekend evening isn't going to happen. Even though this store is only 1.9 miles from my house I find myself driving the 10 miles to WI Rapids to buy any parts I need, mainly because I always forget this place exists. Im a mechanic and my work sources majority of the parts we use on customers vehicles from this store, and it would appear that this store (like most napa's) get majority of their business thru commercial accounts

This local Napa has been a go to place locally for my family for years. It saves time from running to the next city and the staff have always been helpful.

Napa Auto Parts is the best place to find parts. They have great service and I couldn't ask for more. They find your hard-to-find parts for you and get it fast! This is your one-stop shop for all of your parts and car accessories.

It was very busy in my short time there. The owner was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. They seemed like they could use another person to help handle the business.
