We were in town for a death of a family member. The stress and loss is a lot as this person was a veteran who died in a fire. We rented the trailer as we re going through his garage before they demo it. Reservation made and even went way out of our way to get this Uhaul trailer. No one was there. No one showed up. We called uhaul who also couldn t reach them. We showed up at 11:30 and they closed at noon. We ended up having to cancel our reservation, go back without a trailer, and feeling really frustrated that no one was there or answered their phone. We didn t have a plan b. I d give a 0 if I could for our experience. Very upsetting! Don t use them for Uhaul.

Was remodeling my bathroom needed lots of stuff from Menards rented small truck. Wasn't a bad price. We forgot water lines for sink in door of truck three days later we called and thay had them in office waiting for us to call. Thanks you O'Connell's for having honest employees.

They where there when no one else would come. It was late 11:30ish and the cheapest price. He said needed to get up at 2am for a service and still came picked up the car and held it till the next morning when a nother employee came in at 8 and delivered it. Good guy, good company.

The Uhaul trailer was full of mulch. I was not given a copy of my rental contract. I was happy to have the trailer that I reserved available at the time that I requested.
