First off I live two hours away from Neilsville. I was talking with a sales rep named Bill about a truck they had for sale. Promised the truck had no body rust and had the exhaust manifold bolts replaced. After my 2 hour drive upon arrival first thing I notice was the back wheel wells were bubbling from rust. I get to poking around the rocker panels I can feel there soft and start crunching when I pushed on them. Then open the hood exhaust manifold bolts have not been replaced. I ask about dropping the price on the truck so the manager comes out and I talk to him for a minute then he says not a chance on the price drop and gets cocky and says the paint is still on the rockers so as far as I can tell there's no rust. I've never been to a dealer as deceiving as this one. Hopefully I can save some people a headache. Do not go to this dealership. The sales rep and manager should be fired in my opinion

Experienced car problems while passing thru. They got us in for a diagnosis of the issue. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Because of our warranty, we needed a tow to get us back to our dealer and they gave us a number to call.

My HHR needed a winter check, oil change and bulb replacements so I decided to take it in to Gross. Very happy with the service I received. I was able to drop the car off the day before and leave overnight. Will definitely use these guys and gals again in the future.

I always trust Gross Service Department to take care of my needs. Between Yolandi in the Service Dept and Jim in the Parts Dept, I got the best new tires for my car. Hannah also gave me 2 tire rebates worth $170. And Yolandi squeezed me in for an oil change! They are the best!

After searching on the internet for a couple of months, we came across this used, yet lovingly maintained GEM of a Ford Explorer. The pictures we saw on-line were great, but upon visiting the dealership, the vehicle turned out better than perfect! The assistance we received from Roger and Marcy was friendly, helpful and to dovetail what others have said about being treated like family, they went above and beyond!!!!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!

I have a new vehicle (2022) and was having some cruise issues. It wouldn t resume after I had applied the brake sometimes. He was able to find that there were known issues with my vehicle and ordered the needed parts. I was able to get my vehicle in very quickly once the parts arrived (which was a quick turnaround too). I work in Neillsville so they came and picked my vehicle up and then brought it back when done. What a wonderful service!!! Everything is working great with my cruise now!!

Called & talked to Dusty about a problem I was having with my 2016 Tahoe. he setup an appt right away to look at it. My wife took it in & they did diagnostics & identified the problem. It was still under warranty & they had parts. They completed repairs while my wife waited. Very impressed with Dusty & their technicians. Had a great experience with Gross Motors. Would surely recommend Gross Motors!!

Cuyler in Sales along with Dusty and the service team are always awesome. They work with me on servicing that will fit my timeline. Always friendly and courteous. They also checked in with me when waiting for the service to be complete. Were able to fit in recall work with the oil change which saved me another trip in. I have bought 3 trucks from Gross and the next one will be purchased from them as well. Why would I go elsewhere!

I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with gross no matter what my issues have been or what I have been purchasing. I recently purchased a truck from out of state only for the fact that there wasn't anything available near by but after the experiences I had with that I will NEVER again do that. You guys are awsome and thank you for the great experience...

Called about a truck. I did a vehicle appraisal on the vehicle. They came back 12k less. I understand there needs to be profit made. But 12k is taken advantage of the consumer. Stay away, the mark up is to high. Do yourself a favor and shop and do your homework.

Once we got the hiccups out they made good on what my truck was supposed to have!!!!Very satisfied with Roger and he did an awesome job!!My late husband and I had purchased our 15 from him and he worked with me for my new truck again!!!

We bought a Silverado truck here about 2 years ago. We thought we needed shocks on this a few months ago, but come to find out, the shock brackets are rusted totally off the truck. No fix other than to take the whole box off the truck and try to fix it somehow. When we bought it, the truck whole underneath of the truck was heavily sprayed with undercoating, so there was no way to see how much rust this truck actually has. There s no way this truck would get that rusty in the little time we ve owned it. We are very fussy with washing it. It obviously was NOT inspected before they sold it. We believe it would be illegal to sell something like this. Few more things we discovered on the truck also, showing it was NOT inspected whatsoever! So beware and if the underneath looks too good to be true, it more than likely is. Terrible way to sell something.

Shout out to Ben for an awesome experience at Gross Motors. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove and purchased. He was very receptive and knew when we needed a few minutes to discuss things and was not pushy at all. We drove out of our way and will definitely use Gross Motors in the future! The employees at Gross Motors have always treated us like family. From the service department to the sales people, they are all professional, informative and friendly. Ben Wilson helped us with our recent Tahoe purchase and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our new vehicle. He suggested a diesel Tahoe and it was the best decision we could have made. We are lucky to have such a great dealership in our community.

If you're looking to buy a car I suggest using Roger Wenzel for your car salesman. He was very helpful with the purchase of our vehicle. He went over and beyond when we ran into some issues with vehicle as well. Very kind, courteous and professional, which is difficult to find nowadays in businesses. If we don't find those characteristics, you've lost our business! Our time is valuable...Thank you Roger!!

despite miscommunications with names, I was greeted and served quickly and pleasantly. We didn't expect to attempt to close the deal on the same day, but the young lady in finance felt it was very possible. It was decided to certify the vehicle for warranty purposes which delayed the closing to the next day. This was completely satisfactory, and EVERY person involved with this sale was great. Even the detailer came up and spoke to us. Another great Hometown Dealer experience!!
