Gabriel R. handled my entire service process, from scheduling an appointment to performing the work. It was an involved battery installation and he did an excellent job. I was kept aware of the status of the install at every moment. Gabriel explained things well and then pleasantly closed out the bill and helped me get my things to my car. I will use Walmart Auto Care Centers in Neenah again, and hope for Gabriel as the service person.

Ordered tires and scheduled install online. Staff here did high quality and quick work--took only 45 min for the full tire install. Very satisfied!

I called at 11:00 a.m. today to get tires put on my car. I talked with Max who told me to come in because they didn't have a line at the moment. When I got there there was still no line, however there were a few difficulties in getting the tires onto my car which he handled flawlessly. They did it in a very timely manner and the price was absolutely spot on to what was told to me. I would recommend going here, and absolutely ask for Max M when you callService: Tires

Got an oil change was informed when I called the store I could get in right away. I drive there within 15 minutes of calling and was told it will be 2 hours for an oil change. After they were finished I was given no report on my car also had to wait at the service desk for an extended period of time to get waited on because worker was on his cellphone in the back room.

Excellent service. I went to have a low/defective battery replaced. When the mechanic was about to drive the truck, a brake line blew. I had it towed to another shop, but forgot to retain by battery receipt. Receipt not there when I called the next day. After Christmas, my truck is repaired and I went back to the Auto Center. Luckily, they have me in their system and the battery was replaced under warranty.

Bad service!Came for an oil change,they overfilled the car with oil and right after I left the store the abs check light turned on,when I confronted them they said they had nothing to do with that,but am sure they did something.

We have used Walmart automotive for years and never had an issue with services. Today I was very annoyed that when I went to pick my vehicle up after a simple oil change I discovered they had gotten oil & grease all over my driver's side floor mat. Common sense would dictate that the mechanics should place a protective barrier on the car mat before getting in with oil coverd shoes to drive my vehicle. I am not happy that common sense was lacking today.Service: Oil change

Couldn't make an appointment to get tires. Had to go on line & buy tires, before they would give me an appointment, time. Wasted my time and efforts. went to Tires +. Next day appointment, excellent.

The employees were nice and helpful,. They got me right in due to my tires were bald and I had to go from Oshkosh to Little Chute. I had just slid down an exit ramp and I was full of anxiety and the young man said No problem and an hour later I had brand-new tires and drove home safe!

Took my work vehicle here for an oil change. Prices are really good full synthetic was around $37, hopefully they don't use fram filter (lol) and you can watch them do the work. Good experience all and all.

I wouldn't even give them a one star. They don't deserve it! My husband went there looking for 2 new tires, no cars in line no one there 2 employees standing around doing nothing and can't get in until 3 days from now. The Service manager was no help either saying there was nothing he could do about it. Good thing I wasn't there cause I would have blown up in his face. No matter whether it be NC or here in Wisconsin Wal-Mart sucks.

I brought my car for an oil change. One of the employees who was leaving shift took my car keys home with him. They called me over to the automotive center and accused me of not dropping off my keys, rudely implied that I was stupid. I had to wait around the store (2 hours) for them to get in contact with the employee, get my key back, get an oil change AND I didn't even get a discount on my oil change. It was a terrible experience, and when I brought up how I understand mistakes are made, but I don't like being talked to like that, it was an offhand sorry and nothing to make up for it. Poor customer service. Rude employees. Complete lack of critical thinking skills needed to solve problems.

They are very nice and respectful. Coworkers and manager don t throw you under the bus or talk to you in a condescending way like the one ( Manager) at Washburn.

Some of the employees are very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that you are receiving or getting exactly what it is that you want. I've had many employees stop doing what they're doing and actually take me halfway across the store just to make sure that I am receiving or picking up the exact item that I need that I can find it.

The only reason i comtemplated giving more than 1 star is due to their timely service. It took 2 standard employees and a supervisor to inspect 4 tires and change one. I don't believe they have any concept of how to actually treat a vehicle, especially an older one.To demonstrate to the other 2 employees that there might be a passenger strut issues, the employee shoved his weight down on that corner of the vehicle overstressing the shock/strut. Yes, it may demonstrate the issue, but if it's damaged, do you really think the best thing to do is to way overstress that part of the vehicle especially when you do not offer the service to repair it?The same employee(s) didn't bother to adjust torque on the impact wrench down due to the age of the vehicle and snapped the lug bolt clean off.Keeping in mind that I brought it there for a balance and tire inspection, the same tire 2 employees damaged and a supervisor inspected has an obvious bulge that is a manufacturer defect. They of course didn't bother sharing that information. Now, because of the broken stud, they refuse to work on the wheel they broke because it is missing a stud and in order to get my vehicle back in the first place, I had to sign a waiver saying that I understand that I'm accepting the risk that the wheel could fall off at any time while I am driving and Wal-Mart accepts no responsibility.Is this kind of place you want working on a vehicle you drive your children around in?

JB and the crew were so accommodating and did a great job. Unlike the dog and pony show at the Oshkosh Walmart Auto Care the Neenah location takes appontments.The crew was quick and got me out in 45 min for a rotation and 4 tire balance.

Extremely long wait times. Walked around the store while they were changing tires, came back and no one was working on my vehicle. After walking around for an hour to come back and watch that no one was even near my vehicle. Finally someone saw me watching through the window and started working on it

Scheduled an appointment for 8am, arrived on time, nobody was there. Got a hold of the manager of the store and she informed me they had nobody on the schedule until 9:30am!!! This place also ALWAYS had a wait over an hour no matter what you need done.

Always kind, always do their best they can as busy as they get. If you are a customer who doesn't have patience then go behind the counter or in the shop.

You go to Walmart its a Walmart experience. Don't expect exceptional customer service. Just go for a door price on something.
