Excellent service at fair price! They got my Pontiac Solstice in and found the problem with my brakes and had it done before they closed for the day. Two thumbs up!

We have been using The Shop for all our repair needs for a few years now. Daughters have brought their cars back from Milwaukee and Minneapolis when need work done. Tom is honest, does outstanding work, work gets done quickly and reasonable prices. The Shop is the BEST.

Cheap, reliable work, fairly open schedule, good service. I wasn't exactly sure what was wrong and they didn't just try to find something so they would have work and want to charge me, absolutely going to be a returning customer

The team here did a fantastic job. I brought my wife s vehicle in for a few different issues without an appointment. They got it in, had it diagnosed and fixed within days. They weren t pushy and all seemed super down to earth. I can t beat the price either. If I ever need other service, I ll definitely be back.

never again. I used to love those guys but suddenly because my car was so close to being a classic they suddenly said we won t work on your car anymore. Now if you buy a new car we ll work on that. Mainly because I brought in a part that they couldn t find. That part is no longer available , although it was. Chrysler uses the part I needed even on the new chargers. They didn t at the time. But I belong to a club where I could obtain the part. But hey, you got paid for labor. Didn t make anything on the part. But they couldn t find it. Now I have 2 mechanics who have no problem working on the car. Or finding the parts. I could go on but why. But while they do do decent work I d stay away from them if I were you.

Ive been struggling with my car and have taken it to two different car shops back in my hometown in Illinois and left it there for up to a week and they never found anything and always told me there was nothing wrong.I took it here and Tom Jones found what was wrong with it in a matter of 10 min. If you need your car repaired I definitely recommend coming here!Service: Transmission

I ve had two fantastic experiences with The Shop. When my ac went out, they made it a priority to get the parts ordered and installed within 24 hours. I just took my car in for a new belt and they had it done within the day! Honest prices and expert service. Can t get much better than that! As a college student always on the go, The Shop has made it easy to take care of my car without breaking the bank. 10/10 would recommend!Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

The owner doesn't stand by his work. Had a heater core replaced there, it went out a year later. Most places around the valley cover repair on this job for up to two years, for the same price. Went back with receipt and basically was told to kick rocks! Will never do business with them again!

They do great work at a good price and will give you their honest opinion. They want you as a long term customer and wouldnt think of taking my vehicles any other place.
