Happy that they checked my brakes. But per my voicemail received on 3/29 I was told and confirmed an appointment for an oil change on today s appointment but that didn t happen. I was able to reschedule for next week but disappointed that there was somehow a mixup of not having my oil changed!

Their prices are affordable. The staff is always so kind. I have been bringing my car here for repairs and oil changes going on 10 years. They always do a great job.

The service I had done to my vehicle was quick and was explained in a way I could understand. The waiting room was clean, quiet and inviting. The Staff on the Saturday I was there was friendly and had a well behaved dog on site too. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be going back for all my oil changes and car needs.

Saw on my window sticker that I was overdue for an oil change. Even though it was 3pm on a Friday I was able to drive up and receive service immediately. Before 4 I was on my way and for under $50.

Great customer service I got a great vehicle for a great price and they took my not so good trade in for a decent price even with the issue it had. Keith was great and I highly recommend going to Russ Darrow for your vehicle needs. My son who was with me will be going there to get new vehicles for him and my daughter in law.

We have been a longtime customer of Russ Darrow and have purchased four cars from them. During the purchasing process we are sold a bumper-to-bumper warranty saying that it s great coverage. What they don t tell you they charge a fee to look at your car which I know most places do nowadays but there s is $60-$70 more than other places and they tack on a $20 fee to cover rags, gloves, and washers (this was the explanation I received asked about this fee). Of course the warranty is not covering an electrical (which is a covered) issue because it s in the door handle and we can t just get the electrical part we are told which of course would be covered. I was not told when I called in about this issue warning me that it is a door handle, and it might not be covered. When I went to go pick up my car and play this ridiculous fee for them to plug-in the diagnostic system and read a code. I was told the warranty really doesn t cover anything and they re not worth it. The sales team should not be selling this to clients as a bumper-to-bumper warranty. It s misleading as well as the service center not warning you that something might not be covered which they should know since they sell it. I personally will never be buying a car from Russ Darrow again and I would stay away.

I don t usually leave bad reviews but this has been a negative experience from the beginning. We purchased a used Chevy truck from RD in West Bend, and paid extra for the extended warranty. At the time it was October and we test drove the truck we loved everything about it, but I noticed that the tire light was on and mentioned it to the salesman who assured me that their mechanics and gone through it and it was just because it was so cold outside. Fast forward to February, it was time to take the truck in for one of the free oil changes. I took it to the Neenah location because it s closer to my house and asked the service advisor Rachel to have them take a look at the problem with the tire. She came into the waiting area and said the problem was with the tire sensor and they had it in stock, and it would cost me $180.00 because it s not covered under the warranty. I explained about the conversation with our sales person, and she told me that there was nothing she could do, and I would have to call him! So I reluctantly agreed to pay to have the work done but thought at least it would be fixed. After paying for the service, I went out to get into my truck and noticed that the hood was still unlatched, and that was greasy finger prints all over the hood, doors, and other parts of my truck! I could have looked past that, but when I got back into the vehicle the tire light was still on!! I walked back into the service center and explained the situation to Rachel who then said, oh sometimes you need to drive it for 15-20 miles before the sensors kick in At that point I was willing to believe her, so I told her I would take the truck and let her know. Of course after driving to Madison and back it still not working, so I called the next day and Rachel was out to lunch. I explained the situation to the other service advisor who said she would have Rachel call me so I waited two days, and didn t get a call, so I wrote an email to Rachel from the business card she gave me. I didn t receive a reply from my email either, so I decided to drive back to the service center so I could speak to someone! Rachel was out to lunch again, this day so I explained everything again to the person at the counter who ended up telling me that because they didn t install the OEM sensors that they could order them, but I might end up having to take the truck to the dealership anyway and have them reprogram them. I wish I would have know this from the beginning, because I wouldn t have paid $180.00 for something that might not work! Now I m out the money and have a sensor that doesn t work!! I feel like I was lied to by the salesman, the service advisor, and with the hood being left unlatched, and the greasy fingerprints on my truck, I don t even trust the mechanics at this place. I won t be back for my other free oil changes, or ever do business with Rod Darrow again!!

Got a flat tire on my way home from work took it to Russ Darrow right after it happened and two hours later they got me back on the road! Also they gave me a ride home so I didn t have to wait and they even came and picked me up! Excellent service! I m going to do more business with them now! Highly recommended! Everytime I have an issue with my vehicle Russ Darrow is my go to. They are super friendly and communication is great! Service dept went very smoothly. Only thing that has bothered me was when I purchased the vehicle that they left 3 year old oil in the engine. Although they showed that it needed oil change on the inspection sheet, this was never pointed out.

My free oil change ended up costing $192. I needed a new battery which is strange cuz the vehicle is a 2020. Anyway, they told my husband that the battery would be $140. Not so bad for a battery. Then he got the bill. The battery was actually $110, then $49.49 to install and $23 for shop supplies. They never told my husband all of the extra charges. If they had, he would have said no and taken it to auto zone where they install it for free! Not happy with they way he was treated at all

After my last oil change, not only does it leak oil but they broke the cable to my hood release. NOT happy! My husband can hopefully figure it out so I don't have to drive an hour back to them.

I'm very pleased by this company! I call ahead to ask what the cost of their oil change is, and she quotes me 39$ for semi synthetic oil and I came shortly after, she remembered my name and said she made a mistake with the pricing, my car takes full synthetic oil, but for now she will honor the cost she quoted and for next visits it would be 69$. I was very impressed because I feel like this doesn't happen often anywhere else. I will forever be coming here for my services!! Thank you
